  1. You are still beating around the bush, just be direct and make a move. Dont say "I wish I had a gf as cute as you" that is sub-communicating lack of confidence in my opinion. Just explicitly ask her on a 1 on 1 date of some sort and then past that point look for the signs if she is inviting you to get physical.
  2. Whatever muscles are more tight/tender when you are rolling should get more attention. If a certain muscle feels fine with deep pressure, I would move on to another area. Really tight areas you could spend a couple mins rolling, then a couple mins of stretching.
  3. I don't really do static stretching too much unless its to improve a tissue thats overly tight/sore and its needed in order to improve my mobility. Dynamic stretching is more beneficial overall, gets your blood flowing more for recovery. The first thing I do when I wake up is do foam rolling and other soft tissue release with a ball. This is good because it gets things moving in your lymphatic system, flushing out toxins, which can help your immune system. I like mobility as a routine in the morning but sometimes I do it before bed. I think it comes down to your preference. However when you do stretching/mobility work, it helps you get ready for actual movement like a workout, if you do it before bed you are just staying still for hours so its not going to improve movement quality the next day. So if you had to pick I think the morning would be best.

  5. Depends on your energy expenditure. I would check out "intuitive eating", asking your body if a certain food is appropriate for it at a given time. When it comes to veggies, generally the more the better, but there are also upper limits where you dont want too much of a certain vegetable in a given serving. I would try to get as much variety (food colors) in fruits and veggies you can and experiment which ones make you feel the best.
  6. Sounds like you are evolving. Throwing in the towel on trying to be a certain way to pick up girls is healthy for you. Still, don't go out of your way to try to act needy though. Just go in to the situation with nothing to lose. Don't need to get laid, just be authentic, and if it doesnt happen, move on to the next, and eventually you will get success if you are persistent and keep building experience.
  7. Currently trying to reset my circadian rhythm to get up earlier. I have always had poor sleep latency for the most part for years. When my head hits to pillow it takes me a long time to calm my mind and drift off to sleep. I usually get in bed around 11/11:30 and wake up around 8:30/9 Last night I had my last calorie at 8:45pm, drank chamomile/valerian tea, took a 3mg melatonin at 9:30, and drank a serving of kava kava root at 9:45pm Head hit the pillow at 10, didnt fall asleep till 10:45is, but woke up at 7:30am. Felt really rested this morning. Tonight will try to have my last calorie earlier and be in bed by 9:30 to wake up at 7am. 6;30/7 is my goal wake up time, going to experiment to see if I can feel better, be more productive and get more muscle recovery from my workouts by waking up earlier.
  8. You lose life force, but its still a function of the male body to ejaculate from time to time. You dont want to overdo it leaving you drained but the semen is meant to flow out eventually and not get clogged up in there for long periods of time. When you ejaculate you should do it with conscious intention. Its counter intuitive at times. You could be so afraid to "lose life force" that you just never ejaculate ever but deep inside you want to and its draining you, and ejaculating might actually GIVE you life force from all that relief it would provide you for that moment. But this is an extreme case. For you though, its obviously best to retain it for a while because of your struggle. Don't be too hard on yourself. Instead of going cold turkey, you could do (if you currently ejaculate 5 times a week lets say) do 4 times this week, 3 times next, then 2, then 1, then keep it at zero for a few weeks, then re-introduce 1, and keep it at once per week every one or 2 weeks.

  16. Thats a lot of money on nootropics my brother. I would incorporate nootropics into my routine but I would prioritize spending my money on healthy, organic, nutrient dense foods.
  17. I think it just comes down to your schedule (how early you have to wake up) or how sleepy you are. I think 10pm is optimal, but 10:30/11 are totally fine. It wont make too big of a difference. I would do some personal experimentation. See how you feel going to bed at 10 vs 11. Once you get to midnight/1am then at that point you might start seeing diminished recovery from sleeping and will probably feel a little less rested in the morning. Personally I feel great when I can fall asleep early, get a full 8 hours and wake up early in the morning(7/8am). Better than I do when I go to sleep late (12/1am) still get 8-9 hours and wake up mid to late morning.
  18. Doing something outdoorsy/in nature is a good idea. Like going on a hike. You and your date are doing something healthy for your body, are focused externally on the environment more than just sitting at a table in a restaurant. So in nature walking the conversation should flow more freely, it is more intimate. There could be some romantic views. Plus it might seem like a unique idea/opportunity to the right girl and she could be more excited than a typical "go out to eat/go to a movie" date.

Some tips on reseting your circadian rhythm are: getting more sunlight exposure earlier in the day, not eating close to bedtime (get a 12-14 hour fast daily), and not having blue light exposure before bedtime. Melatonin is a good short term helper for reseting the circadian rhythm, especially if you are traveling into different time zones.
  23. Just deep nasal breathing in between sets will put you in a more meditative state. And having a more internal focus on your body mechanics during the lift, instead of just externally focusing on moving weight from point A to point B.
