I don't have the answers to the questions, but you asserting I don't, namely that others can't have the answers, is a belief. I'm trying to point out you are limiting your own discovery. Your belief that beliefs=direct experience, is also a merely a belief. Its simply not true. Its the difference between concepts vs. actuality. Your mind is confusing one for the other, which is the great illusion, I would do some sincere research into the difference between those two.

If "the case" was false. I'm talking finding falsehood at rock bottom. The fact there exists awareness in this present moment is false. lol.

Its more complex than that, again success has nothing to do with consciousness. A rags to riches story has little to do with consciousness. Believing in oneself and hustling to achieve success can still be extremely myopic and narrow minded and often is the majority of the time. If he is inspiring to you, Im not trying to take that away. He has positive qualities, I was just saying he isn’t going meta, his values and behavior says more of his level of consciousness than his material success or fame.

On a side note I would say Law of Attraction is the most widely adopted/popular spiritual concept in stage orange. If not tell me what is.

Don’t confuse outward success in his career with inner consciousness/growth though. You can be the best fighter and make tons of money getting better gigs and publicity but is unrelated to being conscious. You could be the most ignorant person and meet such criteria. See Leos video: Fake growth vs real growth I don’t dislike Connor or anything like that, I find him quite funny and entertaining. When I’m saying hes ignorant/low consciousness I am just trying to state it like a fact. In the same way stating Trump is low consciousness. Not putting them on the same level, there is a spectrum of ignorance but Mcgregor has a massive ego, which seems like its gotten him everything but is he truly happy on the inside? I see plenty of materialistic people speaking of law of attraction man. The ego can take a spiritual concept like that and apply it strictly to material success if it wants.

I literally found one. Self proclaimed witch working as a personal trainer. Does all sorts of psychic card readings and healing and stuff like that. Used to be my co worker. Im not single but just saying they are out there for sure.

Leo was pointing at something deeper than what Connor is alluding to when he says he is "structuring" his training routine to build his body up. The word structure is being used differently. Like a basic self-help structure vs. reading between the lines becoming conscious of something higher structure. Connor isn't going meta by any means that I'm aware of, especially when you think of all the ignorant antics and highly materialistic stage orange lifestyle.

What makes above the neck less of a body than below the neck? The heart and brain are both bodily organs dependent on each-other, once couldn't be without the other. Why would a "soul" be restricted to a brain? Why or how would it be even located there? Step outside of deeply rooted cultural assumptions, its okay to not know something and contemplate instead of just inserting beliefs.

The way your 2019 could've gone couldn't have possibly gone any other way. What happened, happened. Its perfection, so don't play yourselves, feel amazing about everything that happened and who you are and give it a 10/10.

Sounds like your own problem that you are just grouping others into.

I do 12-14 hour fast every day usually stop eating by 8:30-9:30pm. Usually after I wake up drink some lemon/lime water and coffee then do some form of light exercise followed by a cold/hot contrast shower. Then eat some b-fast. Been working for me.

Some systems thinking right here.

Mostly a waste of money. Get your vitamins from real, whole foods, where they will be in the natural ratios for your body and bioavailable for absorption. Don't have to worry about any upper limit vitamin toxicities either. Only vitamin where its worthwhile to take as a supplement especially if you are in a colder climate is Vitamin D, or a vitamin D+K supplement for better synergy and absorption.

You tryna find out or what? lol @Tom T I've tried this. It takes a lot of effort to do it. You really gotta concentrate on squeezing the pelvic floor muscles and have to use your finger to put pressure if you can't do it yet by just squeezing. The orgasm is intensified in one aspect but partially made worse by trying so hard to control, but this could just be a learning curve. I felt less depleted afterward. One time I did it and had a good workout a few hours later, something that I wouldn't have done probably if I just let it go. I didn't quite feel multi-orgasmic, I felt like once I held it in I lost most of my interest in sex, but again could just be conditioning of the default habits and adjusting to something new.

I'm really sorry to hear that. Do you think you are going to try again with 5meo? Perhaps another psychedelic can get you where you want to go and lift your spirits in the meantime. -

Be wary when someone tells you something like this. Their experience is not yours. -

13:48 - When talking about quantum mechanics and particles relying on an observer, the guy said "it doesn't apply to the macro world" First thing that popped up in my mind was, macro world vs micro world is utterly relative and is just a human distinction. Where is the cut of between macro and micro? The size of humans? How arbitrary. Surprised Deepak didn't jump on that one immediately. -

I would still be really careful about downplaying Ralstons awakening. I don't think there is better work out there when it comes to exploring the nature of the conceptual self vs being. If someone disagrees, show me otherwise if you've read Ralston's books. How deeply he breaks down every layer of the self in his work is seems unparalleled. -

I got to thinking, if the awareness taking place in the present moment is all that is there in actuality, how would "my" same awareness be the same awareness inhabiting another living being or entity seemingly at the same time as mine, yet I don't have access to it. I thought a lot about the insight Leo shared "because you are too busy being you" that you don't experience other perspectives. I got to thinking, that this is just an illusion that is rooted in the deeper illusion of time. Since both awarenesses seem to be happening at the same time, but since time is ultimately an illusion, this transcends that dilemma. All I know is that in this moment there is awareness, and that everything is God, there is only one awareness. From a higher dimensional perspective that I don't have access to in my current level of consciousness, God somehow is playing out all the perspectives of every living thing, maybe non-living too, and every entity in existence on a queue, that plays out one at a time from Gods POV within duality, but in this dimension of human consciousness they seem to be happening all at the same time. So God can still be in the shoes of every single perspective, throughout time, and still interact with itself. Am I on the right track or does it go even deeper (of course it does but can you help point me) -

5meo the most optimal tool for experiencing this directly? -
You are mistaken. Starch technically has protein, but incomplete protein, lacking all the essential amino acids. You couldn't be optimally healthy with only starch, its not possible. And protein in general can be used as glucose so your point is moot.

I wonder if Leo discussed psychedelics with him and what Ralstons attitude around them were. I assume he hasn't used them, but I could be wrong. If love is a facet that happens after truth, since to realize truth is love you first have to realize the truth, maybe psychedelics would've pushed him there. -

The thought "things exist without me experiencing them" is a nothing more than a thought. Your notion of the world existing without you there to experience it is a concept, a representation of something but not the thing itself. -
Veggies veggies veggies! Green stuff, will get a lot of calcium. Also some nuts, beans, and of course dairy, which be mindful of your consumption of.
