From what you said, I think your problem is not that you lack concentration, your challenge is that you believe that you lack concentration, you unconsciously adopted a self-image of a person who lacks concentration. To better underatand this, I advice you listen to Aaron Doughty's podcast episode about Self-Image. I am confident it will change your life for the better, here's the link: https://podcasts.google.com/?feed=aHR0cHM6Ly9leHBhbmR5b3VyYXdhcmVuZXNzLmxpYnN5bi5jb20vcnNz&episode=NGJhNDc5ODZjMjljNDFmYTlhODg0NmNiNjA4OGUzODU&hl=en-GE&ep=6&at=1569829488551 I had same challenge with Visualization. I unconsciously adopted a self-image of a person who could not visualize and was not able to clearly see his visions. I became aware of that which then allowed me to consciously change my visualization self-image. I changed it. I start believing that I can actually visualize. I start telling myself that I can vividly see and feel, everything I visualize. As a result, my visualization practice became 1000x more vivid and enjoyable because now as a result of my shift in self-image, I am able to clearly see and feel my visualizations. As Ralph Smart likes to say: 'It's all BS.' --- It's all belief system.

I agree with your point, but for me to be honest, eating is another form of meditation, when I eat, I really focus on it, and it becomes a meditation for me. What I also understood is that we can be multi-tasking unconsciously, what do I mean by that? When I am eating for example, I can start thinking about something else without intention, and at that moment, I am multi-tasking unconsciously. Or when I am doing static stretching, I can start unintentionally listening to someone else talking, while I am stretching, that is multi-tasking too. So, what I concluded is that to really develop great concentration, I need to be really mindful throughout the day too, just turning off some music is not enough. Turning off the music is the fake growth. Real growh would be to become more mindful, regardless if music is on or not. You are 100% right, I thought multi-tasking was very black and white but that is not the case. That' a great insight I will apply. Thanks.

How my behavior changed after reading this book: - Competition cease to exist. After really understanding the nature of competition, which is explained in the book, my awareness of it really helped me. - I started to practice more awareness. Krishnamurti imposes importance of awareness many times in the book. - Ambition...I stopped wanting to become somebody, instead I started examining who I am and start becoming my authentic delf. Author clearly explained how bad ambition really is. - I stopped comparing myself to anything and anyone. Comparative mind is a weak mind. I became aware of that after reading the book. - Book encouraged me to do what I really love to do, to take action, not to get something, but because I love to do it. That's true greatness.

How does that affect your eating? Personally, when I do that, I start eating very fast, without properly chewing the food, which is not good for digestion...

‘When a man makes his thoughts pure, he no longer desires impure food’ - One of my favorite lines from the book. Amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you! Great resource! I am always curious: Why to take vitamin c supplement every single day, when bell pepper has 200% more vitamin c than daily amount needed?
-
Thank you! Very helpful! I appreciate you.

So, having 432hz music in the background while doing some other activity, is not multi-tasking and can actually enhance focus and concentration?
-
That happens in my day-to-day as well. That's why I like to watch self-help videos while eating. Any time I try to just focus on eating, someone comes and start asking me whole bunch of questions, talking about low-conscious things...Best way I found to handle this is to definitely tell people to stop asking me questions. Most people get surprised by that and it forces them to stop talking.
-
To be honest, when I watch self-help videos while eating/having a shower, after I am done with the activity, my mind becomes clouded and I start to over-think. As opposed to, when I am listening to 432hz music while eating/having a shower, my focus enhances and I feel whole lot better. - What's your experience with these guys?

Are garlic and onions healthy? Do you eat them? Why or why not?
-
Thank you! Your information was very helpful! You explained everything wonderfully! I asked somep eople about this, they did not know anything about garlic, onions, they just told me that it leaves a bad smell...I am glad I asked this question, I will apply this information 100% I appreciate you!

What is the best way, to hear something but not listen to it? (By this I mean, to hear someone say something and not get affected by it.)

Thank you! Very inspiring! It’s all about becoming conscious that we are the creators of our reality, taking our power back and from this point, creating consciously, which will result in more positive world. I appreciate you for your feedback!
-
Thank you! Wonderful perspective. I never thought about that. Truly eye-opening. Practical application of this would be to really become mindful and consciously decide what we want to identify with...What do you think about that? How do you apply this in your own life?
-
I am not bothered because that's not 'me', I am not taking it personal. I got it. Thank you for sharing a wonderful insight. I appreciate you! Thanks! I will apply this, 100%.

I agree, more personal development I do, less other people can affect me. It’s about being the hero, not the victim. I think I am getting what you are saying but..What do you mean by ‘depersonalize’? Can you explain it more deeply?

I am a genuinely thankful to you all. Just logging in the forum, and reading your comments guys, is very inspiring. It gives me tons of positive energy to see all wonderful people together in one place, discussing high conscious topics and changing the world. Thank you for inspiring me.

In my opinion, being ungrateful is not a natural human tendency. 99.9% of people are ungrateful because the maya conditions them from supremely young age, to take life for granted by feeding them false information, and leading them to astray. It doesn’t have to be a thanksgiving, or Christmas to be grateful. 99.9% are only grateful on thanksgiving, and that’s not even being grateful genuinely, they are just being fake, and pretending to be grateful, because that’s what everyone else is doing. Being grateful is very high frequency. We are all high vibrational beings, naturally. Just, society brain-washes billions of people, turning them into low-vibrational devils. I think, that being grateful is natural for us, and being ungrateful is not natural, our vibration proves that. Krishnamurti’s quote is perfect fit for this: “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”

I have my own Wim Hof Method Routine, which I apply every single day. Personally, it helps me to increase my quality of consciousness. In my opinion, it is not only good for my health but it is also benefitial, when I do other core practices. In my opinion, developing this habit is a great investment for anyone. - What's your opinion about the method and if you applied it, did it help you in raising your quality of consciousness?

Anytime I go out and do something, I come back home, thinking about it. - What can I do about that? It’s getting in my way, a lot. It’s disturbing me, while I am building my positive habits... Sometimes I am thinking about specific person, sometimes about situation...How can I stop thinking about those things and focus?
-
I meditate for 1 hour. I do concentration practice for 20 minutes. Daily. - What else can I do about this? P. S. I am not saying that my mind is like super monkey...Because of this two practices I have great focus skill but after I am done doing something, my thoughts are going back to it... Thanks for the answer. Appreciate it.

Thanks. I like to take notes videos because after I am done, I review those notes again couple times, and it helps me to apply information more efficiently. Thank you. I will try that. Great idea.
