  2. So, having 432hz music in the background while doing some other activity, is not multi-tasking and can actually enhance focus and concentration?
  3. That happens in my day-to-day as well. That's why I like to watch self-help videos while eating. Any time I try to just focus on eating, someone comes and start asking me whole bunch of questions, talking about low-conscious things...Best way I found to handle this is to definitely tell people to stop asking me questions. Most people get surprised by that and it forces them to stop talking.
  4. To be honest, when I watch self-help videos while eating/having a shower, after I am done with the activity, my mind becomes clouded and I start to over-think. As opposed to, when I am listening to 432hz music while eating/having a shower, my focus enhances and I feel whole lot better. - What's your experience with these guys?

  12. I agree, more personal development I do, less other people can affect me. It’s about being the hero, not the victim. I think I am getting what you are saying but..What do you mean by ‘depersonalize’? Can you explain it more deeply?

In my opinion, being ungrateful is not a natural human tendency. 99.9% of people are ungrateful because the maya conditions them from supremely young age, to take life for granted by feeding them false information, and leading them to astray. It doesn’t have to be a thanksgiving, or Christmas to be grateful. 99.9% are only grateful on thanksgiving, and that’s not even being grateful genuinely, they are just being fake, and pretending to be grateful, because that’s what everyone else is doing. Being grateful is very high frequency. We are all high vibrational beings, naturally. Just, society brain-washes billions of people, turning them into low-vibrational devils. I think, that being grateful is natural for us, and being ungrateful is not natural, our vibration proves that. Krishnamurti’s quote is perfect fit for this: “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”
  15. I have my own Wim Hof Method Routine, which I apply every single day. Personally, it helps me to increase my quality of consciousness. In my opinion, it is not only good for my health but it is also benefitial, when I do other core practices. In my opinion, developing this habit is a great investment for anyone. - What's your opinion about the method and if you applied it, did it help you in raising your quality of consciousness?
  16. Anytime I go out and do something, I come back home, thinking about it. - What can I do about that? It’s getting in my way, a lot. It’s disturbing me, while I am building my positive habits... Sometimes I am thinking about specific person, sometimes about situation...How can I stop thinking about those things and focus?
  17. I meditate for 1 hour. I do concentration practice for 20 minutes. Daily. - What else can I do about this? P. S. I am not saying that my mind is like super monkey...Because of this two practices I have great focus skill but after I am done doing something, my thoughts are going back to it...   19. How long to read per day, to create a significant impact?
  20. By significant impact I meant, to actually meant a real impactful growth... What's better: 2 hours of reading vs. 1 hour of reading + 1 hour of actively watching and taking notes on personal development videos? Should I leave personal development videos and only focus on books, or both is better? What's your opinion that?
