I did self-inquiry, today for the first time. What I did was this: Take 30 minute timer, and focused completely on being, feeling of being. Anytime thought arise, I asked myself: Who is Thinking? And went back to focusing on the feeling. is this the right way to do self inquiry? Or this is not even self inquiry at all? To be honest, couple times I thought that I was not even self inquiring, but I still kept asking the question, and focusing on the feeling...

Thank you. I already download it!

I did not know about this. This is amazing. I cannot describe how grateful I am to you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. What I am going to do now is: Read actualized.org textbook. dedicate to my 1 hour to watching more advanced videos, while taking bullet points/notes like this, which are short. I appreciate you. To be honest, this really shocked me...in a positive way of course. Again, Thank you...,Life changing.

I appreciate you -
Do you eat multiple type of beans, on the same day? I think, it’s about buying organic soy, and that way, person can eat it on a daily basis. But of course, it’s really about testing things and taking action. Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate you.

I agree with you, but in my opinion this is super tricky...Person can think that, eating meat good for him “physically”, like for having more energy, having B12 in check and things of that nature...but He can also think at the same time, that meat is low vibrational so it is bad for him to eat it...What do you do in this type of situation?

I agree with what you think. I focus on reprogramming my subconscious mind with videos too. Therefore, I thought taking notes would 2x my progress... Honestly speaking, sometimes I feel like fried after doing my daily learning routine, but most of the time no. When I watch and note Leo’s videos, 1 hour daily, times quickly. Also, throughout the day I feel more positive, focused. To me, Law of Association, really matters. I did not know that taking notes for 1 hour was an overkill. I chose this time because we get like 12 years (6 hours daily) of bad schooling; As a rookie, I had 0 idea about what to do and what not to do...I thought 1 hour of taking notes on your videos was not enough, and I needed to do more. Reason I started doing this is to have strong Daily Learning Habit and conceptual understanding. Also, I thought detailed notes were key, to this... My daily learning habit as of this moment is: 1 hour of reading (self-help) and 1 hour of taking notes on your videos. Right now, I am focused on intro and foundational videos on “Start Here” page. If I stop taking very long notes and just write down 10 bullet points, would not it be wise to at least, watch your videos couple times? Or that would be an overkill too? How do you take notes, when you watch videos and courses? Afterwards, do you take time explicitly to study your notes? What do you mean? Can you explain more deeply? I started installing contemplation habit today, I did exactly like you said, and it is truly very helpful. In my opinion, it’s about utilizing both, books; actualized.org’s videos and contemplating together.

Personally, visualizing in detail helps me to feel more. Thank you. Thanks, Meditation tip is amazing Can you explain second point, more deeply? I understood the first point, but second point kind of confused me...

That makes sense. Thank you. Just watching videos is cool, but do you not find it harder to take action?

Thank you. What's your opinion about whole wheat? Corn? If I am asking you too many questions, sorry...Tell me to stop, but your feedback is very helpful.

Very inspiring. Video games are super destructive. For me, they are supremely connected to porn. Video games in my opinions leads to pornography and vice versa. It's all a business, who's goal is to addict you. This is a good start but it's really about making a real growth. In this situation, real growth would be to really do the inner work and solve it that way but running can be very powerful, I agree with you. Running will be helpful after doing the inner work. Once @assx95 does the inner work, replacing porn with running will be perfect.

Develop a juicy vision. Everytime you backslide, don't give up on yourself, come back stronger.

Also, two things I want to add Anytime you have urge to jerk off, start taking deep breaths (4-7-8 breathing is good. Breath in for 4. Hold for 7. Exhale for 8). While taking the deep breath, focus on bringing the energy from down (from your dick, to say it harshly) to up, to your head. This will boost your creativity and probably 10x your work. If you are new to this, this may sound dumb but try it. Try it persistently. If you fail couple times, that's part of the process. Eventually, you will master it and this will transform your life. Also, anytime you have the urge to watch porn, use The Sedona Method to let it go. Watch Leo's video about Understanding Resistance to learn about this. Personally, when I had an urge to watch porn, I used Sedona Method, and it worked like magic for me. Highly recommend it. Also remember, just because you could not let go couple times, is not a reason to give up on yourself. Keep your head up!

Calling yourself a porn addict won't help the situation. Always keep the prime directive of life in mind. Personally, it really helps to remind myself of the prime directive, anytime I am in situation like this. Say to yourself that you are here to increase your quality of consciousness. Say it with strong positive emotion. I think, it will help you. Your advice was very helpful. I appreciate you.

That's amazing. Do you have a vision for quitting porn? Maybe you don't realize how this bad habit can actually destroy your vision and passion. Watch Leo's video about dropping a bad habit. Do the exercise. I think, it will really help you. Also, focus on the process. Fall in love with the process and that will shift you from doing and having, into being.

I thought vegans need to eat soy, in order to get protein...Still, I am happy that it's still good to eat. I did it research on it too, and it is really about buying organic one, not with GMO-s... Thanks. Do you have any other important tips for this practice? I agree with you 100% about the point you made which really helps, this veganism and really nutrition is about direct experience and taking action, because information is super contradictory.

For me, best way to be, is to do what you are passionate about. Aaron Doughty talks about this a lot. This will get you more in a being because you will lose yourself in the flow of doing what you love. I know this is not what you asked but to be honest, porn is straight up: No; No; No for me. In my opinion, it will destroy individual inside out. That sexual energy is extremely powerful and helpful. It's really sad for an individual to waste it, for porn. Just imagine how much better you can do, If you stop jerking off and instead take that energy, and bring it up, toward creation. In my opinion, to stop jerking off, you need to develop a juicy vision, which is about transmuting that sexual energy into your creation and passion.

Thank you. I did not even know this existed. Life changing. This maybe sounds funny but I am saying this honestly. But how we can successfully integrate and take action, if we don't really grasp the concept, I thought that's why remembering stuff is important. What's your opinion about this perspective?

Thank you. I don't know about DIY Subtitles. Can you explain that more deeply? Yes, I consume vudeos to me and try to take nites which are important, but sometimes I feel like, everything Leo says is super important. I know the topics which Leo talks about are supremely Valuable, so I focus on not underestimating them. It is really about remembering and memorizing the information, it is that what learning is about? Leo himself stressed importance of taking notes in his video where he talked about the Big Picture of Self-Actualization.

Great post. Thanks. Thing is, most people will come and tell you, many times that you have lost, while not even knowing what your goal was in the first place. So truth is that it is not really about you, it's just them projecting their own negativity onto you. Easy Example: If you wanna become a great bodybuilder but after hardcore training, you still get the last place at the bodybuilding tournament. Arnold Schwarzenegger won't come and tell you that you are loser. Neither, any other truly successful person...but: Your mum, who is average; who is 9 to 5 employee; who has 0 passion; hates her job and life; will come to you and tell you that you have wasted your time. She will tell you that you are a loser. Truth is, your mum is just projecting her own negativity onto you. Many people can't realize that and they let other people, outside circumstance dictate rules of their game... -
Such a great topic. Thanks for posting this. Very helpful. @LfcCharlie4 I agree with you 100%. It's about competing consciously.

What Conor said, in my opinion went beyond trash talking, but this still does not mean way Khabib handled the situation was right...Still, both Khabib and Conor are very inspiring people.

Beautifully said. Nobody can say that "X" is high conscious. "Y" is low conscious. Even englithenment can become low conscious, when some people treat like a religion or cult...Sport is not low conscious just because most people who do it, do it low consciously. Most people who meditate, maybe do it low consciously, people don't call meditation low conscious...Same with sports. I agree with you. Key is to do it consciously. Be aware of the traps and not fall for it.

Thanks. I will apply both theories and see what works. I want to ask you one more question... - I watched Leo's video about shopping healthy food. He said to not eat soy, wheat and corn. I get it for corn and wheat but what about soy. How can vegan athlete not eat soy? It's easy for Leo to not eat soy because he can go and eat organic grass fed meat + organic eggs...Is soy really as bad as Leo thinks?

I am doing the research, but information really contradicts each other.... I have one question, I want to ask you: - I hear people saying that protein type is the most important thing, and individual needs to hit all 9 amino acids for body to be at it's optimum. I hear some other people say, protein amount is more important because body is smart enough to use protein amount efficiently? What do you think about this?
