  1. So it is great to practice mindfulness around people, nothing happens to subconscious?
  2. What you say makes sense. Yes, others are me but still, If I wake up from the sleep, and for 30 minutes start talking bad things to you, I am directly influencing your subconscious in negative way, what you are going to do? Let me do it? This is kind of bad example but what you say is right. We can perform Mindfulness practice absolutely anywhere, anytime, while any activity? What happens to subconscious mind while we are mindful, what do you think about that?
  3. I did not know where to post this, but I have one question: I watched Yogi on YouTube, doing a workout, he did some pistol Squats but called them a different name... He did not talk about this but after the video, I ended up thinking about: Can "what people in the west call: workout" be turned into a meditation? If so how? After watching that video, I don't think that working out is only for getting bigger muscles, it can actually increase consciousness, if ancient yogis did it...If so how?
  4. Reason, I thought this was this: In meditation mind shifts from beta to alpha states. Alpha state is where subconscious mind is receptive to suggestion. Therefore, if individual practices mindfulness meditation around others, those people could influence his subconscious mind.. Can you elaborate your point?
  5. Thank you. I downloaded it. Started using it. Very inspiring. Great work!
  6. Great! Also I find, around other low conscious people , often times I stop being my authentic self. Does this happen to you too? In your opinion, what is the best way to fix this? This used to happen in my life, more often but as I am increasing the quality of my consciousness, it is occuring less and less. For me answer is increasing the quality of my consciousness.
  7. What do you mean by word “real” in this context?
  8. Makes sense. I thought about that as well, thank you. Good technique.
  9. I watch Leo's videos every single day. I am taking notes on them. I do it like this: Set 1 hour timer. Start the video. Watch the video for full one hour while taking notes. Thing is, sometimes my notes become too big; sometimes it becomes like a transcript of what Leo said. Because of this, I am pausing a lot, and it extends the whole process. Also, I am unable to review this huge notes, most of the time. Am I making some sort of rookie mistake here which I am unable to see? Should notes be long or short? Also, is it better to just casually watch the video fully and then start taking notes? Or, just start taking notes immediately? I don't want my questions sound like I want 1-2-3 step formula...Just is this some common pitfall to fall in which I am unaware of?
  10. Can you elaborate your point more? Got little bit confused... Belief creates reality. If we look at it nutritionally, high quality meat is probably best thing you can eat, but not vibrationally...that’s maybe my belief, than which creates the outcome...Interesting Thank you. This is what happens in my life, on a daily basis. I agree with you, 100%.
  11. 6 billion people do not have wifi access...
  12. “Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.” – Oprah Winfrey “Be Grateful with everything you have and you will be successful in everything you do.” – Conor McGregor. “When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.” – Tony Robbins
  13. that makes sense... Thanks, very helpful. Exactly, what I needed to hear. Right message at the right time. I appreciate you!
  14. How did you feel good on a bad foods? Maybe for a short portion of time but not in long run.

  16. If person is low-conscious junk will feel good, if person is high conscious, it won’t. Pluto probably meant, that when person is high conscious, he can trust his feeling and intuition.
  17. I am new to self inquiry. To help you is go to Nahm’s meditations page, he talks about self inquiry, that is way I started doing it.
  18. When I tried to explain personal development to people, there answer is: “You are an idiot, that’s a scam, stop believing in BS.” I was reading a book “Grow Rich with Peace of Mind” by Napoleon Hill, guy came to me, asking what I was reading. I told him exactly what I was reading. After I told him, he did no sa anything he just went back on Instagram. Guess what would happen, if I told him I was reading some magazine... People just don’t believe this stuff actually exists. They just can’t comprehend it.
  19. 1). Is that really about becoming more aware? 2). That would be, if person tries to manifest from ego perspective? To resolve that, in my opinion, it is about raising consciousness level. Thank you.
  20. I have a question about visualization: Is it about visualizing same thing (same scene, same picture) every single day? How often to change what I visualize?
  21. I cannot say it is useless, key is to not overdose and do not make same mistake which I made
  22. I am focused on installing habit of contemplating with journal. Today, is the first day. I did, Leo’s exercise: I got myself a journal. Set a 30 minute timer. Chose a question, and I started contemplating it. Question which I chose today was: How do I keep myself from backsliding. I successfully completed full 30 minutes without getting distracted. My question is: Is it about contemplating same question over and over again, or do I need to change the question for tomorrow’s contemplation? Change question, every single day? I think, This really depends on the person, so what’s your experience with this? For me, tomorrow I think I will contemplate different question...
  23. Wow. Thanks. That’s a great idea. Thanks, very helpful.
  24. It is about asking what is the source and then feeling the being, instead of asking question: “Who am I”?
