attention should be in the present moment, nothing against it but even the future is the present moment when I'll fulfill my desires. imagine you're in the freezing cold and you're dripping wet! it's really difficult to be present while you're feeling freezing cold outside and shivering ( but you try to be present meanwhile) , but you have the desire to go inside a cottage to warm yourself up with the blazing fire in the fire place. if you delay the process and not to go inside your cottage, the difficulty will grow to be present, but finally you step in the house and you feel comfy and find it much easy to be present.

people don't want to accept the fact that all perspectives are relative. right-wing, left-wing, republican, democrat and... they are amused by playing the argument game and they don't want to wake up to the fact that there's a possibility of spiral dynamics and also they can even evolve to more upper levels. if majority of people in the world would take a close interest in self-actualization, how would the world be like in that case? but how many people in the world actually know about self-actualization? the number of people who don't know about it are far more than the people who show a great interest in self-actualization. as a matter of fact, incomparable! accept the very fact that very minority of people will take the right path and the majority would be stuck in their own perspectives/beliefs/perceptions. accept that changing is difficult for the EGO, very few people are open to new things, it requires meta-cognition which is rare among common people!! don't even force the process, I think even two guys are enough to start off! the nature of reality is somehow indescribable, but we can have an insignificant understanding of what really occurs: you're GOD imagining "HER" and all the things that she sees before HER eyes, this forum, ME writing an answer to HER ( with Courtney username ) the problem of understanding arises when you haven't fully experienced yourself without your body, and when I'm telling you, you are GOD, you think that your EGO is GOD, the one who thinks has the body and identity ( your EGO grasps the meaning and possesses the stage of GOD and thinks it's GOD ) I don't say EGO isn't the part of GOD, everything is GOD, but when EGO occupies the understanding of GOD and what is really beyond it, it makes you bewildered and inhibits your wisdom to fully grasp it GOD has the power to lock itself down to many perspectives by creating innumerable EGOS, your EGO, my EGO and his EGO, her EGO and ... create a sense of self in every living being, you see the infinite power? it can experience separateness, times without number. haha at the end of the day, everybody should experience the reality directly by determined practices and explanations could go on and on without ending... P.S: i should warn you that these teaching shouldn't be mixed with nihilistic teachings at all!!!

you miss the point! having no thought is actually equilibrium to being aware of the things! because if you shut down your EGO, you'd have no disruptive thought at all, that's why the more you stop your thought, the more EGO is deactivated. and clearing your mind is not a goal at all, coz being in meditation and thinking that you're doing meditation for your goals isn't meditation.

let's assume that you wake up in the morning and the first thing you do in the morning after breakfast is your meditation session which takes 1.5 hour ( closed-eyed meditation ) then you get back to your everyday mundane life, if you become present enough majority of the time, your brain will soon start to synchronize and would produce brainwaves in a coherent fashion. this simple but hard practice will pave the way for the significant growth in your consciousness. p.s : as I'm typing, I'm aware of my micro actions on the keyboard!

you can't be 100% honest all the time, if you do this you'd be jeopardizing your own life agenda at first place!
