Hello guys, It's a while I've decided to change my diet and I finally hit the start button recently by reading "The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth_ The Surprising, Unbiased Truth About What You Should Eat and Why". I created a list of healthier food to eat every week. It going pretty well and I am changing my diet finally. The book is divided into different chapters by the type of food such as fruits, dairy, vegetables and etc. Although it is a great book, it just provides some names of the food and the reason why they are healthy. I was wondering if you guys could introduce me more books on the subjects and also books about how I actually cook or mix these healthy food to make them more delicious with more variety. Thank you

@outlandish you are right. I have no aim to give up. Just right now I think there is nothing to do. People are bipolar here. It's nothing I can do for them that won't end up to getting myself killed.

Iran is the country of paradoxes. People are in two groups. One is blue in SD which are religious and with the government and the other is orange and light green which are against the government. There is also a third group which is yellow. Those are either in political prison, or left/leaving the country. Do you know what we (group two and three) think about these recent issues?? We think it's not a war. It's a game. Recently Iranian government were loosing the face due to all the people it killed in protest. Many people furiously were growing to hate the government more than before. We saw how the government slaughtered many of people due to a simple protect. In the middle of all forbidden funeral for those people (which results in arresting and killing more innocent people by the government), we suddenly heard one of the cheif military heads was assassinated by Americans. Then Trump declared that It was them who killed him. Our government made a big deal out of this. They made him the hero and all we heard in news was that how great this guy was and he is a national hero! It was announced that people MUST mourn for three days. Out of sudden people forgot all about those killed people and they all united to mourn for their national hero! We believe Iran and America shook hand on it to make this happen. Iran needed a national hero and America wanted that Iranian military head dead. Both sides win. And what happened after that? Of course ... a dramatic firing a rocket to American military base which of course they knew in advance so no one got hurt. And it's over... There is no war and it's all a game. How is it possible Iran fire a rocket to American military area?! They will loose everything. They won't do that. And how is it possible Trump react to such thing so relax! I hate politic and I never talk about it. The only thing made me come to this sub forum and write all of this is that Iran fired a rocket to a passanger airplane few minutes after it took off. Many people in this plane were between the age 25 to 35. They were mostly students at universities, kids flying with their parents and young couples. It was such a tragic event. It was rumors that Iran fired a rocket but it was three days that our government denied it and considered it as one of American's lies as usual! This morning it was proved that Iran actually fired a rocket to explode an airplane by mistake. We have many tragedies like this here and we always see innocent people get arrested, tortured and killed but this one really broke me.

I don't think it's the beliefs that are stubborn. It's the ego. The ego usually resist change. If you want to be a person who is easy-going to change his beliefs or a person who consider all beliefs as true as his, you need to know your ego.

@Jonac well Iran is a mess because they have mixed religion with every aspect of everything such as politic, private lives, media, education and etc. When I say politic you should know all laws and government in Iran is followed by the law of Islam. We are forced to cover our hair and wear long dresses against our will. If sb do a mistake he should be punished how Islam says. Imagine every aspects of law such as marriage, inheritance, woman's rights and so on is decided by the law which have been written 1000 years ago. Then of course it is our private lives. We should not be seen with a strange man in public by police. Because then they ask how u two are related to each other and why a man and a woman who are not related (such as brother and sister or husbands and wife) should go out!? They are controlling ever aspect of our lives. They fire people, imprison them, lash them because of their personal relationship, drinking alcohol and their personal beliefs. In school we are taught about Islam, Quran, Arabic language. Other books such as literature and history is again about Islam and Iran only. Of course people here drink alcohol, have sex, go out with strange men and women and all sort of things they consider taboo, but we are breaking the law ALL THE TIME. If they caught us they punish us. This paradox that exist in law and people's everyday lives is creating pressure on people. Because we are hiding everything and we are not free. And of course add the pressure of fucked Iranian economics and unemployment rates and corruption in politicians and government. This is what have happened up to few years ago. Now, plus all I said, things such as murdering people in street, firing rocket to passenger airplane, blocking internet access all over tge country and imprisoning people are happening almost every week. And this my friend, is why Iran is such a mess these days This was the most complete, up to the point and the most comprehensive answer I have given in my life
