Guys want to spread their seed. It is a primal urge that is subconscious. It is one thing to be 70 year old and never have “tapped that” and it is another thing to have tapped that and be old. I agree. The love for your partner can overpower the primal urge. It really depends on how deep your love and consciousness is.

What is the name of the book about chakras? This counts for woman.

Nah. Distinctions are distinctions. There is just more than distinctions to learning. I already gave the example about the car. He just doesn’t get it and that is ok.

The bill prepared by the Ministry, which recognizes the right to euthanasia for children under the age of 12 who have no hope of recovery, received the support of the parliamentary majority. https://amsterdamfox.com/news/children-under-the-age-of-12-to-be-granted-euthanasia-in-the-netherlands/ I’m a proponent of this. God didn’t have mercy on these young souls. We should.

Organization of pages in OneNote is only 2 level deep, they need to fix that because it is a pain in the ass.

Pocketbook doesn’t have that app. I guess I will go for the audiobook then. I hate physical books.

Ego just means centre field of consciousness so in that sense they do. But even according to Jung we don't have one ego but multiple egos that pretend it is a whole, while it is a conglomerate of multiple egos. In the human ego there is also the animal ego, that is why we can act as animals sometimes. -
Will there be epub-format for the ereader?

@Bobby_2021 you are very confused. This is the problem oversimplify things.

I never took a bootcamp for this reason. The value proposition is just not there. It is just all fluff and showmanship. People go to bootcamps like it is Hogwarts expecting to learn some magic and they end up listening to a balding ginger midget with an ego of a giant going on a massive ego trip. What I like about Owen is that he gives book recommendations, the real value is there. But lately he doesn't do it anymore because it cannibalizes his own sales. I get much more from his book recommendations that from him because those books are well structured and Owen is mostly all over the place. He probably has ADD.

You take a car. Take all the parts out by making distinctions. Do you know how to put it back together? Just distinguishing the parts doesn’t tell you what the relationships are between the parts.
-
Learning is much more than making distinctions. Yes, it is about making categories but that is just the first step, understanding proper relationships between these categories is paramount, otherwise those distinctions will be like fart in the wind, it won't stick. It is a bastardization of Aristotelian thinking. It it already exists more than 2 millennia.

You will only fight for something you love and love something you are willing to fight for.

Sometimes when you study a new topic, it is very hard to judge if you understood a concept. There is a really easy litmus test for this: if you can give a 5 minute summary speech of the concept you understand it.

It is already backed up on OneDrive, but I'm paranoid something might go wrong and I might loose my OneNote somehow. Are solar flares a danger? There is so much value in my OneNote, if I loose it, I don't know if I could bare it. My plan is to back it up on an USB stick one a month or something, but at the same time OneNote is installed on my laptop and desktop locally so I don't know if it is necessary.

Don’t ask a fish how to catch fish. In a way getting laid is like hunting “game”. One has to be ruthless and decisive.

So I go out to this club in my city. I only go out once a week because I’m focused on myself. And I go to this club because it is close by this low investment and the quality of girls are good. I know some guys from this night club and some girls. They are loose acquaintances from dance schools and such. I don’t do pickup within this cloud. Only pickup on girls who are outsides of this cloud. The thing is that the girls within this “social” cloud have their eyes on me all the time. So when I talk to a new girl they all watch what I’m doing and most of the time pretend they aren’t watching but they get caught all the time. I’m on the fence what my attitude should be. I could just not care and pick up the younger girls and live my life or I could be like some guys who are just a social animal? Or perhaps do both? Obviously girls judge guys who try to pickup a girl from their own group, my question is this: do girls judge guys who pickup girls outside of their group?

Handwritten commonplace book would be a hell for me. Especially in this age of data. It is like trying to ride a horse on the highway lol: "but I like riding horses".

@something_else solar flare would fuck that up

Pickup is an art, not a science. You just need to whip out your personality and start playing like in the schoolyard back in the day. Game is play. So if you are heavy hearted about the subject, you are not getting the play. People don't want to play with people who don't know how to play. You don't need game. You just need to know how to play. Most people learn this in kindergarten. The ones who do, don't need to study "game". They learn through play and gain mastery in the process, not as an aim but as a byproduct of the process.. And the thing is that you can't learn play through a book. You either are autistic and just have a deficit, or shit happened to you and you need to decondition yourself so you can be playful again. "Learning game" is mostly deconditioning yourself, not conditioning yourself; subtraction instead of addition. Most guys who get laid, don't need to learn pickup. Ask yourself why.

Little update: I thought those girls were judging me. I was wrong. These girls are trying to reach out to me so I guess they weren't judging me. I guess they were "judging" me but not in a bad way.

@Ulax @Enlightement @Enlightement my onenote journals are like 5gb, no way I'm going to print that out.

Amazing series and it is totally free. So much value right here: There is so much value in classical education. If you really want to understand the arts and the sciences, understanding the trivium is paramount.
