  1. @datamonster I don't think the meat industry is giving money to youtubers so they can exploit insecurities and sell their products. The vegan community does get money from the vegan industry to promote insecurities so they can sell their products. The formula is this: 1. Force people in vegan diet 2. Create health problems 3. Sell pills and other nonsense to fix it If you eat healthy you don't need pills and stuff. Anyway people can do whatever they like. Just stay away from the kids. Not all vegans are equal but the fact it is so difficult to get the vegan diet says something. And if you don't see that I really can't help you.
  2. Practice is making the connections between the Lego blocks. That is why they say you need 10k hours to build something solid.
  3. I'm sorry. I wasn't clear enough. There are NO famous vegans who give good advice. If there are I would like to see it. Most of them are either physically or mentally (or both) ill. Perhaps your dogma and ideology is blinding you? I'm stage yellow and I have transcended that stuff. At least you are honest about vegans which is good. But don't pretend like I defend anti-vegans. It is your projection. Carnivor youtubers, which are few, are marginal and don't have influence. It is the vegan youtubers who have a whole industry behind them to exploit little children insecurities to earn money. This needs to be addressed. Children need to stay away from vegan diets.
  4. I know that but I'm talking about the famous vegan youtubers. They have a lot of influence. A lot of children are watching toxic advice.
  5. I'm not sure how it works but they say eggs have less heavy metals than the actual fish. And on top of that you only need a small volume of eggs to get the same nutritional value of actual fish.
  6. Uhm what? ?Give me an example of a vegan youtuber who did vegan diet for 5 years straight and didn't ruin his health or bit the dust. There is no such example. Stage green ideology and dogma is becoming toxic and is ruining the health of millions of people.
  7. @Maciej Borowka true. One doesn't have to consume a lot because it is so dense and packed. I only consume fish eggs every 3 days: 1 small spoon full.
  8. I'm reading maps of reading and the author touches upon this subject. You might like it.
  9. Add organ meat to your diet: chicken heart or liver. Or even better: grass fed beef liver. Eat it at least once a week for two months and see the results. And secondly make good food combo's. For example eat meat with green veggies and so on. Your gut issues are a result of too much greens. Find sources that cause it and reduce it.
  10. Young fish have less heavy metals than mature fish. And fish eggs even have less heavy metals than young fish. It is the best option imo. It is small in volume but it has a lot of nutrition and it tastes great. I'm glad not a lot of people know about this delicacy. It is dirt cheap considering the nutritional value.
  11. In some countries kids get taken away if they are not nourished properly. How would a healthy - natural - vegan diet look like according to you (without taking supplements)? I don't believe in supplements. If it is not organic, the body doesn't absorb it very well. There has never been a multi generational vegan society that lasted. Probably there is a reason for that. In other words, it is too early in the game to determine the long term effects of veganism on humans. Only after you did veganism, and your kids do and their kids do, we can compare your vegan kids (if they survive that process) to non-vegan kids. The thing is this: You are talking out of your ass as much as I do. We don't know what happens to the body and society on a vegan diet. The vegan diet is something new. In couple of generation there will be more clarity of the effects of veganism to the body and mind, health and reproduction. My predictions is that there will be massive public rallying against veganism (i.e to save kids from malnourishment). Especially against "mainstream" veganism, that is ideological, rigid and that has low consciousness about health and diet.
  12. I can't stand Goatis (or whatever his name is). His voice is annoying and he is ignorant. It doesn't mean he can't make good compilations of vegans decaying 15-30 years in 4 years. There is no ideology in making relapse video of vegans and putting them back-to-back with a nice soundtrack. True, it is an epidemic. There will come a point that people will rally against rigid vegan ideology and dogma. I mean, an adult can do whatever they want but they are forcing kids to do this madness and destroying their body and mind. Mal-nourishing kids should become a crime. Necessary legislation is needed. In some European countries it is already in place but they are not very strict. More awareness is needed for saving kids before the government can become more proactive against vegans. I meant, I don't listen to his ramblings. I do watch these compilations of vegans.
  13. I don't eat a lot of fish for this reason. Sticking mostly to wild salmon eggs.
  14. I don't watch him. This video is not even about him. And what I don't get: some say the sick people in his videos are all fruitarians. No no! Only some are. I agree that not all vegan diets are the same. That is why some last longer than the other but let's not fool our selves. Reality will catch up and it will cause horrible health problems. Unfortunately for most it will be too late. Too indoctrinated or too decayed for salvation.
  15. Monkeys stayed monkeys because they didn't eat meat. If humans hadn't switched to meat inclusive diet we would have stayed just like them. A specie with a small brain. Our brain consumes a lot of energy. In which food there is a lot of energy? Ta-da!
  16. I'm seeing this mental illness in a lot of vegans.
  17. I'm focusing on constructing the mechanism for success. It is OK to worry about the end result but only worry to evaluate and don't get caught up in that, because that is not where progress is. Focus on the process and optimize.
  18. I got the original copy and I don't really like it. Are there any other writers who recontextualize Sun Tzu's stuff and make it more up-to-date? I'm specifically asking about Sun Tzu's work. I already read Pressfield.
  19. A lot of women are drawn to power and by laughing at you they distance themselves from you and side with the more powerful individuals.
