@Surfingthewave Things are good. I've been learning an effortless mindfulness by a guy called Loch Kelly and doing weekly trips it's been going well.
-
@levani that's bs. There's nothing that you can experience sitting or standing, that you can't experience through laying down in meditation. Anyone who tells you that awakening requires a certain posture is a charlatan
-
Try laying down, there's nothing wrong with meditating laying down.
-
Have you tried putting your attention on your heart, and from that space just accept whatever arises and surrender to it without resisting anything?

It's a bad look when you're making statements about a potentially revolutionary healing technology when you clearly don't understand what you're talking about -

@LfcCharlie4 Who is the great non-duality teacher/pointer outer you have ever come across? So far for me it's Loch Kelly, with Rupert Spira as my second. -
@Lyubov You don't know if these companies are going to be the one's that make it though. Even though it's almost guaranteed this field is going to be huge at some point in the future, it's going to be hard to pick the winners so early.

@Forestluv How do the breathwork sessions compare to psychedelic's experiences?
-
Was this a one time shift, or something that you have to keep remembering or practicing?
-
At this point the entire space is probably just people helping people one on one so there's no company or anything to invest in. Psychedelic assisted therapy is the future though so there's a ton of money to made here. Do you want to get into it as a job, or are you just talking strictly investing in companies as some sort of angel investor? Psychs being illegal and the potential for people to go crazy and blame YOU is a huge problem for anyone in the space so maybe you could address this in someway to make money

@Lyubov Isn't that the entire point? -
@How to be wise What am I saying that is not worth listening to? I'm literally parroting rupert spira... so are you saying Rupert isn't worth listening to?
-
Poor take by Rupert. He clearly has no understanding of psychedelic's, and dismisses them so casually as a tool to pursue enlightenment. He talks about how psychidelics can be used to thin the cloud of thoughts and feelings that prevent people from recognizing the nature of their being, and sais they can work well for that. That is literally what 99.99999% of his viewers are struggling with lol. He doesn't even take the time to consider and understand a tool that addresses the root of what every spiritual seeker deals with. Rupert is awesome, but he's human and his take on psychidelics sucks.

"The Direct Path to Peace and Happiness" with Rupert Spira - YouTube Check out rupert spira he's the best teacher i've come across. I think the reason anyone meditates is because they think they will find happiness through meditation. Rupert spira goes right to the point, and shows in you in direct experience what exactly about meditation can bring about happiness.
-
Have you heard of the distinction between the direct path and the indirect path? Why are you meditating? What is the goal of your practice?

@NoN-RaTiOnAL I think there's a big difference between a direct pointing like rupert spira teachers and a conventional meditation teacher who tells you to focus on the breathe for 30 minutes a day. -

@NoN-RaTiOnAL Have you done any research on the direct path compared to the indirect path? Imo, many people who use meditation techinques where you have an object of meditation like the breathe or a mantra end up spending years thinking they are making progress and being spiritual but they end up on a hamster wheel. If your goal is enlightenment then I would take some time to research the direct path, and look into a teacher like Rupert Spira. Try a few meditation sessions where you do nothing but accept every part of your experience without resistance or aversion. Use that instruction as the object of meditation and keep returning to it when you get distracted or lose focus. -
I think i got just fucking . You are the essential part of your experience, the awareness. If you become aware right now that there is an experience, recognize you are the part of this entire experience that is aware or knows its having an experience. Think about it, it's kinda fucking weird that there's an experience right? Who said there has to be experience, something happening? It's already a fucking miracle. So wake up, realize that this experience just as it is.... is a fucking miracle. You are aware of experience, look there's an experience. You are aware of the experience. Tune into the fact that YOU are aware of this experience. That part that knows it's aware of experience. That's you. I think rupert spira is the goat of all non-duality teachers i've seen so far. His teaching is so direct.

I'm going to try and track my contemplations. It's kind of a mixture of meditating and contemplating the experience.
