  1. . What is the difference between a wise guy and a wise man? Some of your questions are related to the way we use language. Each individual have it’s own definition of a word, based on past experience and associations. A wise guy and a wise man are essentially the same, but it have a different “color” or “tone” in our personal expression. . Why do you kill earthlings for killing earthlings, to show that killing is wrong? . If electricity comes from electrons, does morality come from morons? . If something "goes without saying", why do people still say it? We have lack of understanding and consciousness. . Why is your word for "fear of long words", Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia? It boggles the mind and seems hard to pronounce. Some people may like those kind of games, but in general we prefer simple patterns. Things have to be quickly identified, because it’s a matter of survival. . What happens when you get "scared half to death", twice? Sometimes we use language to boggle the mind in a pleasant way. Read this : http://www.dgp.toronto.edu/~hertzman/courses/csc2521/fall_2007/ramachandran-science-art.pdf . If you save time, when do you get it back? We can’t really save time but we’d like to. . Why do you have "Do not use if seal is broken" labels? How are you supposed to open and use stuff? . Why does sour cream have an expiry date? Time is very slow on earth, we’ve learned to deal with this constraint. In your world you can make things appear on wish, we can’t do so. . We all have souls. But what special name do earthlings give to the top of their feet? I don’t understand this question. What would be your answer to this question ? . If one in five earthlings suffer from mental illness, does that mean that the other four enjoy it? What do you exactly mean by mental illness ? A mental illness is defined by what is considered "normal" in society. What if we’r all ill ?
  2. @Annetta I haven't much focused on my dreams lately. It's something I'm highly interested about but hell I have other things to do in life right now... Someone told me I have "magic" abilities, now that my whole family agreed on a subtle level - in a dream while sleeping next to a scolecite. I don't know what to do with that, I'm somehow afraid + the doubt that it may be totally delusional. @snowleopard Some dreams seems more "spiritual" than others. I've already encountered spiritual "celebrities" that I follow on youtube of read books about, I had conversation with them in dreams... they seemed more conscious that I was (I was asking stupid questions and having no-sense conversation) while they were trying to explain me something, but most of the time I missed the message because I wasn't focused enough to stabilize the dream and to be self-conscious. I'd say there are several types of dreams, from mondain to "higher-self directly sending messages to you" or interactions happening with others beings, considering time is an illusion, the event "dream" may happen years before of after you encountered those characters in real life (or may even never encounter them, if they are not physical). About the old nude woman, I'd say it was an older version of another character in the scene, which was my ex-gf. I suspect her to have "mystical" abilities but she's not aware of it, in this physical reality (waking state). @AleksM It wasn’t “beautiful” but crude and “real” like flesh and bones. A floating camera outside the body, I wasn’t physically located anywhere, but the point of view was outside the body, in a way that I can see what I was doing with the pliers and the bones. It was dark, in a place where light does’t really exist, a lot of red and “grunge” details like in a -40 floors under the ground hospital. I describe you here sensations, it was not really what the dream was about, but “feel” like. Many external experiences may have influenced this dream, I’d say it’s half a symbolic experience (which I have chosen symbols) and half-real. The operation was real, but the form and appearance it took was un-real, made-up, subjective, so that I can understand it. Also, about the fact that I had no emotions during the dream (and felt disgusted about it when I awoken) I think “they” avoided my emotions, to focus on the operation. Otherwise I would have been horrified and panicked. They = some people in the dream & the higher self, imo.
  3. @Annetta Thanks, I'll check that later, it's late night here and I gotta sleep.

  5. I love myself more than anything in the world, but I’m afraid to say it because it seems narcissist. I feel deep love for humanity, despite all mistakes we’ve made.
  6. @Joseph Maynor I play poker once a week with co-workers, one of them is into 60' 70'. When we play at his place, he always put vinyls in background.
  7. @Leo Gura Why not a meditation/5meo center in the US ? Legal ? People would plan for themselves and take a fly. Maybe someday I'll give you a hug, before or after 5meo, dunno...
  8. Does chimps want to escape the game ?
  9. @Shiva Reading someone's post because of reputation is also wasting time, if the information ended not to be what you needed. The bias of popularity prevent you from being neutral when seeking out information, and shortcut your critical thinking.
  10. @Shiva you should indicate your spiral dynamic color "orange" ^^
  11. Yes, do it. Popularity does not equal quality. I like the idea that people have to read for themselves, without being distracted by reputation points (members and posts).
  12. Well, I guess the article on massaro makes me feel the way my parents feel when I tell them "I go to seminars to hear someone talking about spirituality and stuff" Sometimes I wonder if the most ignorant life is the most profound too : things going full circle. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frqPh7jsv0w
  13. I would think meditation is slowing down the light, so that all your infinite-self (fractal, hologram...) are reunifying with each others. That means, fluidity in the way you interact with all the others-self who are testing right now different possibilities. My speculations may be deluded, but I have fun writing this ^^ It's late at night here.
  14. I went through a "tortured artist" phase few years ago, it helped with inspiration for sure. Then I dropped my personnal drama because it was not nessessary. I play with emotions, to set myself into a mood or something, but I don't identify with them. What if everything we do (including art) is mostly influenced by external things ? (non-physical energies). I've heard from somebody enlightened that these forces express themselves through us. If free will there is, I wanna fight for my choices (purposes & art). I'd rather prefer to visit higher places, than melancholia, torment, agony... we'r just a visitor. Egon Schiele & mandala destruction :

  16. - daily meetings, 20 minutes, to talk about the goals & deadlines (short term & long term). everyone exactly know what she/he have to do, at the end of the meeting. the leader takes notes, and do a typed record (this is considering working full-time on the project, you may have sparse meetings if you are not working full time on it). - each person in the group is responsible for one (or more) aspect (s) of the project. the group may talk about stuff together, but the final decision is always took by the person in charge of this particuliar aspect. individual strenghts (and past experiences) defines who's responsible for what. spread tasks equally across the group (the leader have to delegate). - do a "critical path line" and x3 the time you think it will take. do a planning, with the different steps the project have to go through, and breakdown to each person in the group. do an excel document with a column for each person. uses colors in excel : red for "to do", orange for "work in progress", green for "done". - have a folder with a lot of references files, and discuss about it during reunions. - do tests, pre-renders, and keep an history of different versions (you can steal a music or footages from youtube/movies, just to illustrate the content of the film, and help the audience to understand/feel what the film is about. you'll replace later with the final music and your own material). - if the music play an important role in the editing, work on music first -> it gives the timing. - it's ok to have a residual side-band (see origami) everyone in the group cannot be at it's full potencial, 100% in. - giving encouragement always works better in the long-run. - a lot of stuff are fixed all along the process, things you haven't expected (see meetings).

  18. Insight from last night’ dreams : the waking state is a dream in "safe mode".
  19. What are the things (mastery) you have put 10 years into ? For me it would be : - Cooking : it’s been almost 10 years that I learn cooking, by trial & error. - Ridding my bicycle : I have my driving license but I don’t want to have a car. I practice bicycle since I’m 6 years old (it was a victory at first, like every kids I guess). I’ve been into bmx as a teenager (vert & dirt), fixie (custom), and now route cycling. I do 70km on sunday from time to time. - Questioning reality : since I'm 17, as I was observing my emotions (and as I was discovering Eckhart Tolle) I question reality every day, every moment, every instant, every thoughts, every events… I’ve done that naturally without thinking about it, on a daily basis, for many years. Not just 2-3 minutes a day, but 70% of the fucking time. I observe things. - Electronic music production (breaks/garage/house) : this stuff is my daily routine, I eat and breath that. I began this journey on 2013, after 10 years of drumming lessons. I’ve spent actively the last 4 years researching and learning about the technical aspects, and working on pre-production. Sometimes it’s been hard times, and I struggle, but so much time & efforts had been put into it that it would be criminal to quit. It's a journey. - Others stuff : psychology and humans, but everyone does right ?
  20. I've read they sleep on a wooden bench, so their mind never gets totally relaxed, even while sleeping (and not fall in one side or another). The goal is to "still" the mind 24/7. 4h sleep > 1h meditation/prayers in the middle of the night > 3h sleep. Check books like "The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep" by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, or "Dream Yoga and the Practice of Natural Light" by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu.
  21. Bashar says the present is not a result of the past. He says we humans are used to "do stuff" to make changes happen, but it's possible to shift entirely in one single second. We don't believe we can do it, so we don't. It's like Neo learning to use his powers in the matrice ^^ when he's on the roof and jump.
  22. Advertising = big tits *taking notes* Edit: no jokes, I once had a dream where an american businessman from the early 20th century told me an advice : Instead of trying to convince the customer -> "Describe, describe, describe..." (the product) He looked kinda like the guy on the right :
