  1. We all have personal definitions for "Powerful" "Inspiring" "Motivational" & "Epic Music". This gives me goosebumps.
  2. There is "good" and "bad" in every stages. By that I mean reasonable and extreme people. I think your judgement/criticizing is a good example of violence, for yourself.
  3. My guess is : Green. Does it mean a Vegan become "yellow" when he/she eat animal products again ? Depending on circumstances, it doesn't have to be an "ego" thing (don't tell everybody you'r vegan or vegetarian). When I'm at home with family, I eat whatever is cooked, even tho I don't eat meat (especially beef & pork) when I'm on my own. I eat fish (small fishes) and chicken from time to time. I've heard big fishes have mercury in it.
  4. Dunno if that helps, but I've found this : http://weness.org/ https://www.youtube.com/user/wenessorg/videos
  5. I'm interested in the idea of becoming the opposite of "what" you are. Being what you criticized, what you hated, what you fear. Is it a turquoise statement?
  6. I wanna guess what is turquoise : the opposite of what you actually are ? Being what you have judged/hated in the past ?
  7. The 1 thing from blue that resonate with me is "authenticity". I've never been a big fan of "The True" Leo talks about this often, but to me it seems an infinity of truths (it's a matter of how we use words I guess). I don't wanna waste my time judging other people tho, so let blue be blue! (Edit: I think this statement is green) (And this one is yellow) Auto-evaluation seems tricky.
  8. There is also examples of blue in fiction (movies/tv) since it reflect our society values.

  10. Ok, I go for option 1 by myself. GL (I'm willing to connect with people sharing the same goal)
  11. This is a great idea. I did lucid dreaming competitions on dreamviews board, it has boosted my practice. https://www.dreamviews.com/lucid-challenges/ I vote for 1 "Dry Vegan Raw Intermittent Fasting" 7 days
  12. I've read B12 is found in the ground. Cows eat a bit of mud/dirt when they eat grass. I wouldn't eat non-washed vegetables tho, the main reason is parasites.
  13. i don't know, but if he releases a new course it's instant purchase for me. Edit: only if he shave that beard! just kidding...
  14. You have chosen to put these numbers here and here so you can think "hey, maybe that's not just a coincidence". There is no such things as "synchronicity" because everything is synchronicity.
  15. I have no expectations. This 30 days challenge is a good example of someone doing hard work.
  16. Interesting. We do create things with our mind everyday, in a multi-dimensional way. Having a though is a creation, persistent worlds can be visited in dreams.
  17. - I found running without music is better, because it blur your inner tempo (listenning to your body steps, rather than music). - Chia seeds, quite awesome for energy.
  18. @Michael569 Why cyanocobalamin and not methylcobalamin ? What's the main difference ? Is Solgar the best option ? Do you know brewer's yeast ?
  19. I though this was interesting (at 2:21)
  20. Happy Birthday Bro !
  21. About Kriya : I've done the lessons 1 to 7 on & off the past weeks. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - A few notes on Chakras (from the book) : . A Chakra is a bridge between the energy of consciousness and the senses, thus relaying the experience of the human being with the immortal soul. A Nadi is a (tube) channel of energy. The principal Nadi is called Shushumna (Chakras 1 to 6, along the spine). A Nadi is activated by breath. Each Chakra have 2 points along the surface of the body, front and back, which are called Ksetrams. Focus on the front Ksetram = reveals qualities and powers of [selected] Chakra. Focus on the back Ksetram = move awareness to the source of [selected] Chakra (to locate it's center). 7th Chakra : Sahasrara (inside the brain). Bregma = front Ksetram, on top of the head. Bindu Visarga = back Ksetram, where the hair swirls. 6th Chakra : Ajna (inside the brain). Bhrumadhya = front Ksetram, point between the eyebrows. Medulla = back Ksetram, where the spine and the brain meet. In the head, there is an area filled just with cerebral spinal fluid (no brain). This point is important, and it's called "The third ventricle". Draw a line between the two ears. 5th Chakra : Vishuddha. 4th Chakra : Anahata. 3rd Chakra : Manipura. 2nd Chakra : Svadhisthana. 1st Chakra : Muladhara. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Daily Routine : .
