  1. It’s not a specific experience. It’s experience itself which means it’s present in all experiences. You need to have Consciousness to have an experience. So every time you’re experiencing (which is always) that is Consciousness. It’s not within the experience. It is the experience
  2. Yeah I see what you’re saying. However, I wasn’t saying that the brain itself has pain receptors that feel the pain. When I said you feel the brain, I was referring to how you feel the “swelling” of it against the neck per se during a migraine. In other words, you feel pressure being applied from the brain not in the brain. You’re thinking I said that it was felt in the brain.
  3. Consciousness is Experience itself rather than just another thing within experience In other words, it’s not that it’s grasped through senses. Instead, it is the senses themselves
  4. Understandable. It can be very difficult to grasp it directly. As you’re going about contemplating all this, remember that seeing isn’t the only form of experiencing. So you don’t necessarily need to see the brain to have an experience of it. For example, feeling is another form of experience and you feel the brain when experiencing headaches. But this would still make the brain an experience and therefore, something contained within awareness/consciousness
  5. Understood. But if there’s something you think I need to hear or be critiqued on, I’m always open for discussion
  6. Lol Gotcha. Hope for what? You didn’t agree with the video and wanted me to change?
  7. I’ve noticed that’s been happening. YouTube changes the status of my videos sometimes when shared through certain platforms. I’ve been checking if there’s a setting in my Creator Studio that could be doing this. Also, @Johnny5 why were you so excited? Lol
  8. ?No worries. Your insights were still great. Just contextualizing them to the question
  9. I don’t think the OP is saying that reality is within time. They’re saying that Reality and Time are One. Like how Maya and Brahman are One.
  10. Mmm...okay now I see that you’re just trying to segway this into something Lol
  11. Mischievous little devils, aren’t they?
  12. Exactly. I like to say that all duality is Nondualistic. Like that Yin & Yang symbol. Simultaneously dualistic and nondualistic. Imaginary and real
  13. You don’t need to sacrifice one for the other. You are Awareness and Awareness is everything (including the brain). So you are Awareness and the brain. One simply includes the other
  14. The Master learns to focus by handling distractions. So even if this place can be considered a distraction, it’s still a useful tool and a useful learning experience
  15. There is One Ocean but many drops. In the same way, there’s One Consciousness but many levels.
  16. The way people speak can be an indicator of how much they’re immersed in a realization but not always. Some people just speak conventionally even though their language doesn’t reflect what they’ve realized or how they feel
  17. I would say so, yeah. It was a subtle realization of Oneness and interconnectedness between all experiences and forms. I’d say that counts but definitions of what constitutes an awakening can differ.
  18. Meditation can strengthen the mind. Just ease into it
  19. It takes too long to describe through text. So if you have time and are curious about it, you can just watch the video in this thread from a while back:
  20. ?? The only permanent thing is impermanence itself
  21. Speaking from experience, yes. But of course, it’s always better to validate for yourself
  22. The Buddha’s Five Truths: it is nothing it is something it is both it is neither it is all those simultaneously So technically...I just agreed with you?
