  1. I'm guessing you're a beginner. Do you have peyote and ayahuasca, to begin with? It's pointless asking when you don't have them in the first place lol. And do you mean psychedelic substances or spirits? Your question is confusing.
  2. Or you could just admit you're jealous because the man actually has a hot witch girlfriend and he's so far more advanced spiritually than you are. Does your synchronicity include you believing in transforming sexual needs and the need to be a perfectionist with your posts?
  3. Don't forget he has a hot witch girlfriend. They tripped out in the forest using LSD(mentioned in his fear videos). He made a video about the role of balance, so I'm sure he's aware of the dangers of tipping too much one way or the other or being at the middle. Great! As long as you don't use this as an excuse to not have actual sex and relationships with real partners. It must be hard though, for an awakened person. Say both you and your partner transcended sex. Now you're both naked, just staring at each other, going "now what".
  4. I was jocking lovingly. Humour=lightness=high consciousness The fact you refused to be open-minded, and be playful is the very sign of low consciousness. Here, you're being a spiritual devil being emotionally triggered by me and now put blame on me while refusing to realize what I'm trying to point out to you. You took this joke seriously. Seriousness=low consciousness. I don't know you and thought you were a legit realized human being. After getting triggered, well, now I know you're pretending to be spiritual and need more personal development work. Here's me helping you: fix your laziness, and you're limiting beliefs about spirituality. Realize you're just believing Leo's work and incarnation. This work is brutal and it is very hard on not just you or everybody else in this forum but for me too. Eventually, you just got to develop a hard-hands-on approach to this work and apply it for yourself
  5. I think you miss your Dad, misinterpreting actualized.org logo, and misunderstand spiritual work. Take it easy Remember that there's this active balance at work here. I'm assuming you're a parent, so glad you are open-minded and now want what's really best for your child. However, check out developmental psychology, and the 9 stages of ego development. Ultimately, you should be the example you want your child to be. If you want your child to meditate, meditate yourself.
  6. Ok then, if that's how you define non-duality But good telling bananas and oranges that. They seem to not like this oneness business at all.
  7. Sounds more like psychology and demonology wrapped into one.
  8. 1. Because enlightenment deals with realizing what YOU are. Go research enlightenment and contemplate it. 2. To really understand this you should contemplate enlightenment and psychosis separately first, and research each one for yourself. If this spiritual work is too much for you, go focus on more basic personal development. Balance between awakening and development.
  9. From zen Buddhism. Could you elaborate more on your 'awakening' experience?
  10. What do you mean by kundalini? Is your involuntary 'awakening' an enlightenment experience or a 'kensho' or a kundalini? How do you know your awakening is kundalini? What did you use to determine it's a kundalini? What were you presently identified as before/after kundalini? What is your consciousness like now? Do you still experience normal states of consciousness like waking up from sleep, feeling emotions throughout the day, going to sleep, having dreams? Experience higher states of consciousness? Lastly, do you now own a pet snake and act emo?
  11. It's probably because Leo didn't give a lot of examples for when this path gets dangerous but aside from that, I thought Leo's message is clear: Do your researching, learning and contemplating of spirituality first before actualizing it. Pretty clear to me.
  12. Don't forget the other brighter side of imagination. If you read manga, I recommend checking out Berserk. It's really good in terms of art quality, philosophical ideas, and struggling on despite what mundane or supernatural hardships lie ahead.
  13. @Matt8800 vs @Gnostic Christian , a holy battle of Bible quotes! So epic that we don't even know if the verses were original verses or from the same people(originally Hebrew). And mods! What happened to religious ideology being not allowed?
  14. My definition of a tulpa is a thought form that is semi sentient, has personality and is actively hallucinated onto your waking reality by your senses. If interested, go do your own research. Sorry to hear you're scared (although spirituality and enlightenment for you, as a concept, should also be scary). This is just normal for me. Some people, with little to no training, do have imaginary friends. See Leo's episode on crazy people and self bias. You might then be more open to these sorts of concepts.
  15. I would start basic. For your head pressure, try massaging yourself. Head massage, hand massage, feet massage, arms and legs massage, torso massage, vital point acupressure (if you know chi Meridian channels) until you get relief. Also stretching your body in different positions is good. Next would be addressing whether you get high quality sleep which is about 8 hours, or if you need to nap more, or what your diet is and what drink or food you're eating that causes that head pressure, Basic stuff check first. If unbearable, last resort would be pain medication. For techniques, letting go meditation and any activities you find relax you can be really good for your head pressure. For creating space in my head, good old fashioned visualizations! Ask yourself what's your favorite place? Your ideal place to go on vacation or live? Your mind is incredible at Making space, length, height and width of a place that resonates with you and filling in the details overtime.
  16. I create spaces in my head. It's not that hard. I also fill those spaces with seemingly sentient beings. Of course, I take this for granted. I've been doing this for years and put the effort in and gained a ton of focus from visualizations and meditation practices. On top of that, I experienced a haunting in my childhood which had somehow affected my mind. Recently I had a cute spirit come and live with me for about four years. It could be a spirit, or as suggested by an occultist in this forum it could be a tulpa. Those four years gave me even more focusing power. Point is, you need to increase your focus with concentration exercises everyday gradually. Since you've meditated, you can first do a concentration practice first then meditate and that could help you. Try Leo's recommendations, or try whatever is available on the internet. Since you've interested in space, contemplate what space is for a while until you made enough progress with your focus. Then start to treat space as an object of focus. It would be really good if you could triangulate the object of focus(space) while being in a meditative state while directly focusing at space and directly realizing the true nature of space while staring at space. Optional, get involved with tulpamancy and try out guides at tulpa.org. The gains I got with focusing and visualization are ridiculous. Plus, you got an imaginary friend.?
  17. Hi all! Have any of you communicated with entities recently or for many years? If you got some advice on communication please share.
  18. My state of consciousness is tiredness right now so excuse my badly written English. I meant 'try doing Kriya yoga alternate nostril breathing.'.
  19. I can relate to this. As far as I can tell from what you said, there's no significant problems. There could be potentially a problem when someone does catch you doing it, which is why I practiced internal dialogue with myself and Crysty. Another problem is related to spirituality. If you, say, were planning on doing meditation or mindfulness meditation and that voice can increase in volume it can effect your focus. If you have this problem, try doing kryna yogia doing th alternate nose thing practice. I've done it and usually it quiets the mental voices.
  20. For me, there's multiple ways to explore this quote If you're thinking about an object, you see it, raw data, plus your mind assigns meaning, value and thoughts about it and now you don't see it the way it is. This could imply lack of mindfulness. this is one way. Another way is dependent on states of consciousness. If you're drunk, your perception of one object would be different than a state of being sober, or the state of being emotional, or the state of being high, or the state of waking up in the morning, or the state of being sleepy, or the state of dying, or the state of a meditation high. Try contemplating this quote using a journal. Question if its true or if true what does it mean for my life/parts of my life. "If true, what does this mean for my career? My relationships? My practices? Etc.
  21. @Mikael89 and tell me what spiritual method your using for your two day enlightenment retreat. I'm holding you accountable to what you decided. I'm going to do this as well and see how far I go! Looking forward to your report!
  22. Maybe because you need to question deeply your statement*?* It's simple: all suffering comes from attachment to impermanent objects. Contemplate this*?*. Also, don't stop seeking. That seeking is helping you build up to something amazing. Keep going!
