There are many interpretations of this video based on your stage of development, cognitive and moral development, personality typing, states of consciousness, life experiences and other lines of development. When we further developed our technology, into radios and tv boxes, we then have paranormal experiences related to the black and white screen, and the ghost boxes. The same with when we finally invented the internet and videos. However, for every supernatural and paranormal experiences that are told, are more numerous accounts of those that are made up, to take advantage of the latest developed tech plus tapping into the mass hysteria of some of those events to make more fortunes(mix of red and orange values, of events of purple to blue). The main reason though, for me, is that such events are extremely rare that they do capture the imagination of what it would be like, and such rarity drives the need to spread it more as if it's likely to happen. Look at the UFO phenomena and the sub culture built around such events, they're very rare, coincidentally tied to government secrecy and the paranormal, and such rarity drives a need to proliferate that thing, or event, into a very interesting light, to fight off it's scarcity and unknown factors and sell it as something more known and relevant, and relatable, and marketable too. There are other more common examples around technology too, and this is what makes it a tricky topic to discuss to those who's worldviews are more normative and natural and have the supernatural and paranormal as not the groundwork of it.

@Michael569 Nah, you didn't say anything too harsh about Crypto, in fact you were too nice about it. Scorn is an example of a game influenced by a past pop culture, the Aliens movies and maybe the chuthulu books. Context: 2 days ago I had fapped 4 times, had 2 extra coffees, and had had a very stressful day that day, not a regular masturbator and had binged due to over stress. Had to live temporarily at a friend's house to look after two cats for one night also. During the afternoon, I felt a swelling and a very familiar sensation of cold and sore throat, followed by some back pain, followed by a few nightmares. Yesterday I felt hot and cold and hot and cold, followed by slightly more pain in throat. Had added much more salt than normal, and forced myself to sleep few hours more and nap longer. Late afternoon to midnight I had runny nose, very watery, and blood from my left nostril. Today, symptoms have had decreased a little bit, still on the salts and taking some meds. I've never have had this sore throat so severely, I rarely get ill like this. Is this because of too much stress? Too much coffee? Picked up a common flu virus? Although I'm always careful and wash hands very frequently, as I have a fear of germs. Is this because I masturbated too much? I rarely binge like this, so I really suspect this could be the one major factor. Anyone with a similar experience, and solutions, please share.

@at_anchor You're doing fine. For me though, the simplest meditation is the mindfulness practices of Shinzen Young, followed by sleep yoga. I keep it under an hour, or sometimes half an hour or less, and ecen sometimes taking a break from meditation. As long as your spine is relatively straight, any posture will do, doesn't have to be lotus only. It's also okey to take breaks.
