@Sid X To deal with them, you just block and report each one to Tik Tok if it's like nasty hateful comments, or dms. Go to the ellipsis vertical thing, the icon for options and just click report user for death threats/suggestive threats, and any other TOS they're breaking, and block the user. Think of this in a pragmatic/practical view: You value making content, producing shorts, maybe other social media content or other content outside the internet, and you have other things in life to deal with on top of that, so it's useful to waste little time on trolls/haters/critics that post nasty comments about you or your content. Also be mindful of any emotional feelings you feel, notice them, label as FEEL, and observe the feeling live and move through your body and mind, also be mindful of how the emotion influences how you think, keep observing until you notice the feeling fade away and make way for another feeling, and so on. It'll also depend on what content you're making, what subject you're covering in those shorts, the message, but if you want more specific advice you'll have to link your Tik Tok account here and share with us what content you've made. @Juan's a Tik Tok user as well as has gotten some specific advice after sharing his/her Tik Tok with us.

@Basman I think it's more effectively relativistic. Language is ultimately relative, it's just that most cultures out there, including those with romantic languages, will probably struggle a bit to convert into more linguistic gender neutrality. -

@Jwayne No, it's more like Sim city 5, but using Unreal Engine, minus the glitches and bugs, like, you know, real life, in a clockworks universe. -

@Jwayne Great inductive reasoning, but actually the original argument is you accusing the Dalai Lama of being a pedophile, then after some back and forth you softened your position to somewhat agnostic, but then you brought up an unrelated argument with another user after my posts referencing the blizzard event during the time when CHINA'S soldiers were invading Tibet and attacking it's people, taking some monks, putting them in prisons. That was MY augment point, not @Salvijus so you can stop picking on him and talk to me instead. I originally stated for context that Tibetan culture has a mixture of Buddhism with Tibetan Shamanism, to which I stated that there's probability that Tibetan monasteries have secret esoteric groups that practice both the hardcore Buddhism and the shamanism of Tibetan culture, which mostly deals with BLACK MAGIC, evocation of entities native to Tibetan area, and curses. That's what I originally said, and then a few more posts I changed it and simply said that the Dalai Lama may have caused the storms himself. That's where you may have picked up on this idea that the Dalai Lama single handedly cast that magic that altered the weather, but to me it's more likely a group event and them using an egregor and magic ritual to indirectly influence the weather pattern. That's a valid point that supernatural powers, the supernatural and paranormal are more ethereal and more likely perceivable to those with more sensitivity, psychic ability for example clairvoyance, and those with higher spiritual development. Yes, part of the implication is that the user maybe is one of the few spiritually gifted people, or that he/she is more knowledgeable of this topic and more open minded than you are. It's just unsound to you the logic because it's almost physics breaking if you admit that psychic powers, paranormal and supernatural phenomena exist. If you acknowledge these exist, you have to then deconstruct your current paradigm to make mental space for the new paradigm that your mind will construct to explain these phenomena. The Stargate Project was one of the projects that the CIA was involved in in order to investigate psychic phenomenon and attempted to weaponize groups of psychics for espionage purposes in America, in response to intel from spies that Russia was also experimenting and doing the same. I don't know what @Salvijus's basis of claiming knowledge of Dalai Lama's supernatural powers, but if you asked me, it's because I have high intuition and am supernatural myself. I have my own means of verifying whether the Dalai Lama has or hasn't supernatural powers. The question then becomes this: are you open to supernatural means and abilities, especially that you've already made up your mind that it's hippie woowoo nonsense beforehand? -

@Jwayne Who's grounds? Based on the scientific and rationalist/determinist's paradigm? Based on the materialistic and physicalist's worldview? Based on objectivist and objectivity and consensus reality, and just because there's the majority of people's consciousness being a narrow range, justifies that consensus reality demonize the fringes of either end of that mass consciousness average? -

@Juressic It's complicated, maybe they have seen the phenomenon, but then to reform and rehabilitate? That's a bit difficult to believe it happened overnight, -

Trans activists, if you're reading this, stop behaving like this: Making normal people uncomfortable isn't gonna help the movement. -
Danioover9000 replied to Espaim's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Espaim Yes, it's that challenging. Based on SD stages of development, cognitive and moral development, personality types and traits and psychography, ego development, states of consciousness, life experiences and other lines of development in other life domains, ideological indoctrination from upbringing and culture, history, economy, political landscape, and other developmental factors of society, that a group can't simply apply stage green values and methods on a collective scale without push back and ego backlash. Look at this video for example, these two are conservative comedians, and this is their reaction to when a white teacher is teaching about white privilege. Just teaching white privilege: So, hopefully anyone here can imagine how difficult it'll be trying to teach little kids about gender, let alone privilege. This is about the average reaction, minus the dark humor and stuff. And conservatives make up half to more than half the world! -
@Something Funny Actualized.org is living example of life purpose, vision, hard work, dedication, and caring of one's personal values as top priority over external motivations. Keep up the great work @Leo Gura. I might never gain those levels of insights, but at least it's a possibility of me improving my life similar to this. However, screw the body building example, DOMs suck to experience. Powerlifting, strongman and martial arts all the way!

@Extreme Z7 Can we just arrest Elon Musk already? They're going after Trump, might as well go after Elon Musk and whoever is copying Trump's recklessness. -

@Thought Art Come on man! Celibacy doesn't imply strong correlation to being perverted. Yes it's hard for the average person, but I do think if done properly it's possible to transcend sexual desires. -
Danioover9000 replied to Yimpa's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Salvijus True, although celibacy is already gonna be pretty hard for average people, modern western and eastern, and if badly practiced is just more suppression of parts of the ego that is sexual. Apparently the Dalai Lama is spiritually gifted, with a few supernatural powers himself. Saved part of Tibet by conjuring a blizzard to impede Chinese soldiers from entering the temples. -

@Lila9 I can assure you, it's all a joke, a sadly badly framed joke. There's little evidence to support these allegations that he's a sexual predator though. Also, don't believe the media too soon, until there's enough footage or an proper criminal investigation. I do think he was playful. -

@MarkKol I intuit that eventually, if this AI becomes AGI, and technological advancement doesn't slow down or strategically pause to let other human developments happen, and allow AI to disrupt jobs and careers, we'll all end up like React content makers making pseudo intellectual takes, pseudo philosophies, pseudo versions of @Leo Gura making these existential videos like there's no tomorrow, because all the more typical mundane to meaningful works out there are taken by AI and AGI. Also, dude, I know it's transformative and fair use, but please put a warning, what you posted was AI techno porno. We still have youngish users here man, don't want to get into trouble with animated tentacles okay? But nice animation but it's jarring because I'm mostly used to 80' and 90's anime style. -

@mmKay Probably, but I am confused: What's the difference between transgenderism and transsexuality? Is Transsexuality<transgender? -
Danioover9000 replied to John Paul's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
Can someone engage with this question: Is transgenderism and transsexuality the same? -
Like I don't want to take this seriously, the political messaging of capitalism vs communism/socialism and all that malarkey, that's better in philosophical or political discourse because it's too simplistic to explain within a song's narrative, but it's correct in some places but mostly it's incorrect, if you feel me here?
-
@Danioover9000 Only problems I have with it is just the political messaging, as usual, but also the caricature of politicians, which are very easy to make enemies of even though society and democracies do need politicians in the system. However these are just my biases and preferences of my worldview. Again, if I'm a Spiral wizard rapper, I'd struggle to fit Spiral Dynamics stages of development into a rap song, let alone commentary of cognitive and moral development, personality types, states of consciousness, life experiences and other lines of development in different domains of life, and other ideologies. But I gotta focus on my dark magician mode, of making that diss track.

@Yimpa Nice! He sounds pretty good. This Channels decent too, from YouTube, guy's ex football player(soccer) and an independent artist that reviews the technical aspects of rap:

@Jodistrict Sure, although it's relative and depends on so many factors, including weather, it's stormy and windy outside so I can't touch grass, I'm stuck indoors with little to do but to contemplate life and what does it mean to be 'tongue and cheek' in reality? -
Danioover9000 replied to Yimpa's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@zurew If this is true, then it's easy for the accusers here to show a list of evidence and proofs that sticking out tongues in Tibetan culture is a taboo, and for the defenders sticking out a tongue is cultural greeting in Tibet. Since there's a lack of evidence from either side in this issue, then it's unreasonable to continue attacking or defending the character of Dalai Lama. Again, where's the list of evidences to back up claims of the Dalai Lama's pedophilia? This is the burden of proofs from the accusers, so where are they? -
Danioover9000 replied to Yimpa's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Jwayne 1. All superior spiritual beings are innocent. Dalai Lama is a superior spiritual being. Therefore, Dalai Lama is innocent. Is this valid/invalid syllogism? 1b. The Dalai Lama has hugged and kissed the boy on the lips several seconds ago, and later joked while sticking he's tongue to the child. The Dalai Lama is then a pedophile. How is this inductive reasoning true? 2. what is the range of him expressing the dark side of Volcel? What is Volcel? And why do you think this inductive reasoning is true? 3. If we cannot know his intentions, then why are you attacking and accusing the Dalai Lama in the first place, and assuming his intention beforehand as if it's sexual and not humor? 4. If we cannot know the suffering of the child, then why are you assuming that the child's suffering is being caused by the Dalai Lama's actions? Have you at least contacted the child? 5. is the 'is it logical that there ought to be more evidence of his "inappropriate lifestyle/activity, if it exists' a deductive or inductive claim? What makes your inference true here? 6. So, if the family stays quiet, then would you consider that that makes the Dalai Lama's actions valid? If they spoke out to make their statement, and later found that media reporters payed them for making false testimonies that Dalai Lama's actions are inappropriate because the family is poor, does this invalidate the accusations to the Dalai Lama? 7. Since there's nothin definitive yet that has surfaced about the Dalai Lama, or what Tibetan community as a whole thinks about this incident, why are we discussing and arguing then? Can't we first wait for confirmation first?
