  1. Survival is riding the waves of impermanence, not falling off the surfboard. Trauma usually shocks you awake once properly integrated & understood, usually brings a humbling towards Reality. God is enjoying itself, loving it's own creation. Unconditioned Love-Conciousness, sailing threw Infinity. The Unmanifest, creating and expressing itself threw the being that it is imagining itself as right now.
  2. You are probably realizing that distance is a relative thing, your definition of what is considered near or far is flexing. I have expirenced something like this well meditating sometimes, usually when I do I can shift it around at will to either feel like things are increasingly far away or close up. It can be a funny thing to do. Seems to me like a shifting into a more fluid state of conciousness, if you really pay attention to what is going on when that happens you might be able to develop a kind of intuition where you can relax into a deeper state at will.
  3. @sara373 I usually feel it as a warm spiraling energy that moves up the spine. The small heat could have been it slightly activating. Usually it is also associated with an intention to move more towards the spiritual, to improve your body-mind system to be more in harmony with Nature.
  4. Depends on how you use your lucidity in the dream, which direction you guide the dream in. You can spawn scenarios for doing spiritual healing, but most people usually just spawn things for short term pleasure.
  5. @Wisebaxter Well yes there is only one layer, the Absolute Relativity. It is the feild of conciousness that unifies everything as the Real. It just that the mind likes to categorize and make distinctions onto things, but really there is no distinction, we just make distinctions in order to get things done in the dance of life & it is easy to get caught up in them. Which is to say get caught up in maya, the relative, not seeing it as the Absolute, suffering beliving you are separate from God's Love. The difference is an enlightened being is surrendered to the truth that is always so, the truth of being no one, or being the Oneness that is Everything. That surrendering is the alignment of your will with God's will, in essence, realizing yourself as God, the end of suffering, flow with the Universe as the Universe.
  6. The spiritual is the real, right there in the suchness of reality itself. You find it everywhere, but is the mind synthesizing the information properly? Can you see the One Whole, as it, and as a part of it? Enjoy the moment, watch where it goes, Truth will begin to show itself to you the more you release yourself into it.
  7. Trust the intuition of the Heart, grow your understanding & wisdom. The Pure Heart knows the way to heal. Guided by wisdom, your intuition will get stronger, sharper, more in tune with Flow. The curiosity of the heart when allowed to be open will guide you to deeper wisdom. Learn, Love, Grow to Flow
  8. @habed345 You aren't the human, you are the Unconditioned Pure Conciousness, which is prior to a brain. You as God are just manifesting as the being you are existing as right now.
  9. @ivankiss I remember made a thread where he suggested screaming into a bucket full of water. I have screamed into a bath tub doesn't disturb anyone else around that way.
  10. I have done this stack before minus the L-Theanine. I doubt it would cause anything negative. Have you done each one by itself before? Just to test that they all don't have any negative side effects for your body on their own?
  11. @Thought Art Your work will come to fruition when you are ready, just keep finding flow in the work you are doing, moving towards the passions you enjoy. It is good that you are aware you are in a downward spike of mood, the more mindful you are of this the better you get at riding the waves of mood. The hardest part to ride is usually the low points. You probably feel a lot of self resentment because you feel you aren't already perfect the way you are. You know you are always growing, and it is beautiful. Is the flower of a plant more perfect then the seed? Or a adult more perfect then a baby? Keep watering your potental, you are doing great! @Flowerfaeiry makes a good point, ease up a bit, it is ok. Be kind to yourself, notice how much you have grown and are growing.
  12. @asifarahim Not sure where you got the impression that I was suggesting anyone had malicious intent. All I am asking is for you to point to an example of what you are saying.
  13. @asifarahim You wanna elaborate? What's going wrong? How are people being mislead?
  14. @asifarahim And I have been fishing with a rod with no hook on it for 20 years, still haven't caught any fish though
  15. @Someone here You missed what I was saying. I am not telling you that it is unnatural to not be happy. I am telling you to enjoy your sadness, enjoy your anger, enjoy your disgust, enjoy your fear, enjoy it all! It is all Infinite Beauty! When you are sad express it, be sad, love the sadness, cry your heart out, play sad music, make art about your sadness! Emotions are a beautiful thing, mastery over them is your ability to channel them into motivation by seeing the beauty in them. Learn to dance with emotions, in life they are here to stay, and they are wonderful. The mind will constantly try to tell you that it understands emotions, but it never will, only the Heart does.
  16. @Someone here The difference is between enjoying the show, loving the expirence of every emotion, and believing there is a separate you that this is all happening to, the suffering of duality. You can feel uncondtional happiness for every state that you find yourself in, it comes from realizing deeper and deeper that you really are the Unconditioned. Having a worldview that is discordant with the Real distorts the actuality, it brings up thoughts like "This emotion/ state is bad" "I shouldn't be feeling this" rather then accepting the suchness of what is.
  17. I wouldn't do that, you want to face what the breathing is bringing up. When you feel the emotions, fears, anxieties, locate where exactly you are feeling it in your body, start to consciously breath into it, relax it (You could use a visualization that helps you relax if you want, like ice melting, or anything you make up that you enjoy), and everything connected to the sensation. Then just observe it like you would any other sensation going by. Do this even with the sensation of wanting to give up. Also you might want to be doing something I usually call titration, which is where you feel the unpleasant sensation and then switch to noticing everything else going on in the environment you are in, then switch back to the sensation, occelating like this so that you don't overwhelm yourself.
  18. It is important to investigate that feeling when it comes on, sit with it for awhile. Some people meditate on their own death as a daily practice, makes one appreciate life more. Dealing with the fear of death is a really important piece of the puzzle to being happy with just the present moment. No sense of anything isn't scary, that would be something. If there really was nothing there would be no one to be afraid of anything. Really there isn't nothing, Nothing is Infinite Conciousness that is imagining & being the World. Ultimately the way to deal with it is by realizing who you really are, the Eternal Deathless One. You can deal with in on a more basic level by meditating on your own death like the stoics do. Also acceptance of the impermanent nature of reality is a big step, and something that deepens the more you ponder it.
  19. It is easier to remember times when you were happy then to be creating your own happiness right now.
  20. @bejapuskas Defantly, it is a matter of expirence. Understanding is always relative to the scenarios you put yourself in. Systems in general can be understood on a meta level, there are principles that can be understood that can be used to work within systems that are the same type, or all systems in general. Yeah a person in a who grew up in a privilege position is going to have a harder time understanding someone who grew up poor. Very hard to notice something that doesn't effect you, unless you are a empathetic person, and even then if you didn't expirence being in a poor environment then it can be difficult to really understand. Systemic racism has stunted many families. Takes a lot of emotional work to grow in a positive way in general, but yeah moving to a new spiral stage is a big transition, takes a lot of work. I see what you mean, certainly in the dating section of the forum that is going on. Some people need more help then others to empathize with people. Cultural programming that needs to be rewired, but that can only really be done if the person is open-minded and willing to change. Stage Green is usually really good at openness to change and empathizing with others hardships. I feel most toxic aspects of any stage comes a lot from clinging to an ideology, lower stages usually have more dense worldview, where higher stages have a more fluid, constantly changing worldview. It is interesting you know most people have gone threw some kind of trauma, and usually I find those who have accepted their trauma have a much easier time empathizing with others. Sometimes though if they haven't expirenced a similar type of truama, it can be harder to understand another.
  21. @bejapuskas Sure The aggressive demonizing others and the passive doormats for equality I see as two sides of the balance of trying to integrate stage Green. I have observed people switching between these two poles in an almost manic manner. I see this as a kind of chaos that comes from not integrating the grounded sense of purpose stage Blue/ Orange has, where unintegrated stage Green people will have a very abstract sense of purpose that involves a lot of social activism usually, but never "getting there hands dirty" in a sense and actually going into the system that has an issue and understanding its essence so they can work within it. What I see is that stage Green people need to understand different systemic issues so they can design their purpose such that they are targeting a system that they are passionate about, like what permaculture is doing to farming, or holistic health centers that are more concious then the modern health care systems. I don't think people really start to understand systemic issues until they get to stage Green. Turquoise is about holistically harmonizing every sphere of life, which the holons of a sphere are different depending on the context you are in. This is really what Green wants, but Green is just at the beginning stages of understanding systems, it needs to allow Yellow to show it how to get there.
  22. Yeah, we do need to get a good definition on what toxic green actually is first in order to figure out how to deal with it. It isn't the easiest thing to point out due to green not being super prominent yet. I feel some examples are, someone who values community and equality, but they they don't have the integrity of the lower stages so they become a doormat for others so that they can "keep the peace". This is the type that is afraid to hurt or be hurt and as @bejapuskas said will lie to avoid this. Then the other side of the coin someone who aggressively fights for equality so much that it becomes inequality, as in demonizing the other side rather then trying to find harmony together. I think a lot of toxic green manifests mainly due to people being born in first world countries, not having to integrate the lower stages. Often times demonizing them, or having a week spine from not integrating the good in them. Green needs Yellow to help it integrate the healthy lower stages so that Green can see the good in the lower stages & find harmony with them. Just as Orange needs Green to help create a healthy environment, businesses, relationships, and growing a equal society. Green needs healthy Yellow leaders who are willing to help Green understand things at a systemic level. In my opinion healthy Green will point to dysfunctional systems rather then demonize others, or doormat themselves for "equality".
  23. Question until the questioner is realized to be what being questioned, and they both collapse into what is. You can use contemplation to get into some deep states. You just need to be making sure you aren't theorizing, but are just observing something until you actually become aware of what it actually is.
  24. @fopylo That's great! If piano is what gets you inspired then defantly focus on that. I find that the best music that I make always comes from doing something that I just enjoy for it's own sake. For me it is mostly designing sounds in FL Studio. Depends on what kind of impact you want to have on then listener. The more you increase your expressiveness on the piano the more visions will come to you I am sure.
  25. @fopylo If I was going away to the military for awhile I would learn some introspective techniques for calming the mind that I could do anywhere. Any simple kind of meditation, or contemplation exercises for emotional understanding. Being in the military would be a great opportunity to observe your own emotions and understand them. To develop a good relationship with yourself internally.
