  1. @ajasatya I was/am talking about Dr Masaru Emoto's study/experiments. Can you tell me more on who and why they have been proved irreproducible?
  2. Good point @bejapuskas Everything that happens unconsciously can be done much better consciously, think about breathing for example. The body already heals itself when you are wounded isn't it so why do you think it can't be "improved" (lack of words) by doing it consciously for example? Do you know that for example thoughts can alter the molecule state of water (and other things)? Your body is made of 72% of water, did you know? If not do some quick searches, you will find enough about it. If all this seems "believable" to you, what makes other things not?
  3. @FrankTheTank Like @Anton_Pierre said: "Just because you can do something, does that make it genuine and sincere?" This stays an subjective "thing" (for you and for me), not saying it is not important or anything, but again that is subjective for each and everyone of us unless you go "beyond" that where there is possibility to "objectiveness" but then it would be in experience, not in language. I quote you: "... So for that matters that would be at least a serious start in the right direction." This again is an subjective statement, what you decide to be "real", "true", "serious" and all other dualities that can be used, are only relative to your experience, so, yeah, this all ends up to how you are willing to look at something "I havend had the necessary experiences myself to make me very convinced one way or the other so SHOWING some good evidence would move my convictions a good deal in the "right" direction." If you always want "something" besides a belief or feeling to convince yourself that something is a "right direction" than you will miss a whole lot of things in life my friend, I can assure you that, been there done that And here as well, why do you need to be conviced of anything? Is it because you believe the contrary of what you do want to believe IF more "evidence" is shown? Think about that, does that makes sense for you? "And: do you really think only the things that you BELIEVE in do manifest in ones life? really? I am convinced the world is full of happenings that people did not believe in at all. Is it really your metaphysical believe that the causality in the universe is governed by (even if very serious) wishful thinking?" I will answer that but, what does it changes for you in your experience if i say yes or no? Only information or content will fill your mind, nothing more or less I would say not only but yes, this is sort of "the law of attraction" which makes lots of sense if you have certain experiences or try out yourself. This is not wishful thinking, the word itself is of the same seriousness of the act, not much If you truly truly commit yourself into surrendering and fully trusting this, you will see things happening which needs no convincing At least try it, try it long enough and do some research about it, commit yourself to at least try it the best you can and see what it might give you. Don't try it 2weeks and say "hey this is BS" (not saying you will but i have to say this :p). Like everything in life, you need the proper actions for the proper results to come. "I find it hard to believe that people inner model of the world really works that way..." That is the whole thing that makes it difficult for your ego/personality to surrender to it, "I find it hard to believe..." Why? You should seriously thing about why you want to believe it in the first place? You want to believe but on your conditions (conditions meaning having certain proof in a certain way)? Aren't you better of not believing it, staying with your current beliefs? If not, than why hesitate about it? It only takes willingness to do so, give it a shot I want to make clear that in NO way i want to make it as i know better, or that i approve/disapprove anything at all, this is of no use to me. My only purpose here is to try and make you think for yourself, to benefit yourself
  4. Is that a question for me? If yes, the Inner Engineering program is 7 videos of about 1h20 each with a practice at the beginning and end. Each video is about another topic (self, food, emotions, ...) Depending on where you place yourself in the "progress" of your spiritual journey I would personally say this course is suited for "beginners" and more sensitive/emotional people. The Shambhavi Mahamudra is strictly a physical practice which will kind of "automatically" set a decent (physical) platform for your spirituality to evolve Here is a nice video about it: Here are some search results which can give more info for the lazy ones : https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=shambhavi+mahamudra Isha Kriya is something very simple and free if anyone is interested:
  5. There is never an "objective" statement or thought if it comes from a human standpoint You wanting/asking for "proof" is just a statement that you truly don't believe in it, so by definition if you don't believe it 200% how could it manifest ever in your life? Him proving anything doesn't prove anything it will be just something to add in your experience that is not in your experience, what good would it be to you? Just to believe it and give your all to try it? If yes, what do you have to loose to try it without him or anyone proving anything to you first?
  6. My wife has been there, she went for the Isha Hatha Teacher Training in 2016, in tamil nadu for 5ish months. It all comes down on where you are in your life at that moment, how "stable" you are in life and some other aspects. Some will go completely "crazy" (I don't mean this in a "bad" way :p) some will have no "effect" at all. In general what she said is that there is an very (for the lack of words) positive atmosphere there in the ashram. The place itself is located in the mountains so this makes it already a very "connected" place to be. What he did tough is kind of great (with the mercury and stuff) and he knows much more than he is willing to speak in public that is, one on one he is more specific about certain things and i guess he has his reasons for it I followed the inner engineering program and the Shambhavi Mahamudra, which anyone who is seeking should try, the Shambhavi Mahamudra is something that will align/bring balance in your body if you do it properly, you will notice a change in your experience IF you are sesitive enough to notice it of course The rest is all up to you I would say. Hope it helped Warm regards!
  7. Thank you everybody for your feedback and advice's, really appreciate it! Somewhere/some part in me already knows that I really need to contemplate and take the proper time to turn inwards, I always tell people, "The only way out is in" - Jaggi Vasudev - and it is time I follow my own advise. I am "stuck" at having lots of insights and (due to a lack of words) the feeling of a connection but at the same time unconsciously I still try to understand what can not be understood but needs to be experienced and this is holding me back, not letting it unfold I really like the precise way of how you talk about these things @Leo Gura, thank you for dedicating your time to do this! This generation will need this approach and contextualization big time really looking forward on your future topics and video's, they are, (to me) slightly different than the ones before, since your retreat (in a "good" way). Leaving on holiday this night so will not be able to respond before 15days or so. Thank you all again for the input! Warm regards!
  8. Hey everyone @Leo Gura, first of all thank you for what you do and how you do it This is exactly what I needed! I am wondering, starting 1:00 > in the video (Becoming God) you are talking about the design of creation, I wonder what you mean when you say that we can't change anything to the design, there is no free will (other video) or the fact that we have no control at all (enlightenment video) and so on... Do you mean that the infinite chains of causation's that are possible are by design, that there is no randomness at all in a "general harmony way" to create a "balance" ? Can you elaborate on that more if that is possible? Thank you very much and don't hesitate to ask questions if something is not clear in my above statement. Warm regards!
  9. So is there like nobody that has anything to say about that ?
  10. Ralph Smart (Infinite Waters): https://www.youtube.com/user/Kemetprince1
  11. Bump, I directed this to Leo but I want to clarify that everyone can elaborate if they want to
  12. For me, this is profound and you should read the lyrics first and than listen to it, trying to "connect" Lyrics & song: https://isha.sadhguru.org/in/en/blog/article/mystic-chants-nirvana-shatakam Enjoy!
  13. I would come if you come in Netherlands, Belgium (I am from Belgium) or France so please do come Good luck with everything!
  14. I have heard him said a couple of times something along these lines: "My whole life purpose is to create stable environments so that all human beings can flourish into their full potential" so while he has created such things like you state (my wife has actually went to this ahsram in tamil nadu) you "should" (i suggest) not focus on this unless you think that the "answer" to your question is really really relevant for you If it is, go and try to set the focus on this, if not, try to find out what is "worth" setting the focus on for you right now Good luck with everything! Like he stated: "The only way out is in"
