This is what Actualized.org is missing. Actualized is too much focused on goals, development, growth etc. It misses the moment-to-moment playfulness and well-being.

Don't take it. I'm guessing there is a reason you are taking antipsychotics. This is not at all a good situation for psychedelic use. Antipsychotics affect the same receptors as psychedelics. Don't mix them. This is not a good combo. You don't need them for divine guidance.

I've never really practiced it. It just happens. If you're interested in lucid dreaming, just set a clear intention in your mind to experience it. Clear intention is the first step. The next step, write it on your dreamboard. Third step, start doing "dream checks". You will eventually get there. It's not that difficult. Stabilizing the dream is the hardest part.

Hard to explain. They respond to your desire instantly, meaning if you for some reason want to focus on certain body parts for example, they will make them bigger or even twist their bodies into impossible shapes and postures. There is no shame from their part. They offer whatever you desire without hesitation.

Yeah, I get you. Sometimes the sexual energy / desire expands beyond usual limits. I can feel intimate with art, for example. I am no stranger for sexual weirdness. I've had sex with aliens in my lucid dreams. They are blue humanoid beings who can shift their physical form at will. Pretty crazy shit. They've actually helped me to open up my sexuality.

So weird how different people are, socially and sexually speaking. I'm shocked how much energy and time some of you boys here put into this. I mean... Sex is great, but holy shit are you taking this seriously. Sex isn't that good. So much work for such a little reward. Or maybe I'm just a low testosterone beta male.

I don't know if there is any reason or mechanism to it. My best guess would be that there is a sense of lack / need, and one tries to feel complete by bying into all kinds of narratives and stories.

Yeah, I see the same thing. We are not really appreciating the whole spectrum of sexuality and intimacy on this forum. Intimacy and romance is like an ocean of rainbows. I see a lot of people trying to make sense of this beautiful mess, to make it more digestible. I get it, sometimes it's scary to let go of control. But IMO the true Game is going with the flows of it.

I can see a future where there is no laws and no government as we today understand it. There will be a lot less human bodies walking around. There will not be companies making food, cars, houses and guns. There will not be money, police, voting, or even universities. We will likely also be a part of a greater collective. I mean we will be with species from another planets and galaxies.

Here's a simple but effective practice to feel better. This is quite similar to the emotional scale thing Nahm often recommends, but a bit more straight-forward: -> Find a pen and a piece of paper. -> Write down any good-feeling thought that is true to you right now. It would be good to write at least three thoughts you find even a little bit joyful, relaxing, inspiring, happy. ("True to you right now" as in anything that you can see and feel with clarity in your mind and body in this very moment. Literally anything, such as "it's a nice weather today", "tomorrow I will eat a good meal", "maybe I can create a good life for myself", "it is possible that this certain person likes me", "I learned something new today", "I like the Lord of the Rings - trilogy" or maybe "it's okay if I don't feel like going to the gym today". Simply, anything that is true to you here-now and feels good.) It's that simple! Try it! You will be feeling better right away.

Would you say that projection is not only a psychological/emotional 'thing', but also metaphysical? What I mean is that perhaps there really is no such thing as "an asshole dad" or "lunatic low-conscious narcissistic president", but really only projected images. More fundamentally, not even 'another person', only projection.

A devil could be tricking you into thinking you actually give a shit about any of this - that there is any reality whatsoever to your logic - that there is any value or need for holding these thoughts.

Have you ever done Kriya yoga? It has been super helpful for me. Kriya, dreamboard + simply expressing by talking with someone or writing it down on paper. Perhaps bring it all down from spiritual ideas and goals. Try Maha Mudra + Kriya Pranayama every day. Don't do it for spiritual ideals, awakening or even growth. Do it simply for feeling better in your body and mind. Especially Maha Mudra could be helpful.

I don't mean what it is in a theoretical, conceptual, political, academic or philosophical way. I mean what it is in the most fundamental way, in everyday life, in direct experience, as something that cannot be misunderstood? I'm looking for something obvious that connects the dots.
