No you can't live your life in that state because there is no any of you left. There is a reason why it is called No Self. "Shadow work" and "mastering breath" not needed after it.

Have done it. Problem is that you can't stay as it for long. Ego kicks in and you re appear as emotionally humbled down human on earth. Humbled to the core estatic joyful. Healed from all Past trauma and bullshit others and yourself have done to you. But expect ego backlash next day.

I think there are small percentage of people who abide in non dual awareness for sure. But I think people who entered full God consciousness is very low. I personally consider only people who become God fully enlightened but ok. We all are God All the time after all I guess.

No it is not point for me to describe it for you. You have to become enlightened yourself and you can do it only while meditating. You can't walk around thinking you are enlightened, no you can only become it during meditation. So practise practise practise not losing yourself in concepts philosophy Religion science.
