  1. @undeather Thanks, I will direct my effort to mainly reduce Omega 6 intake, and I heard something similar about the arrythmia, I will try to not pass this treshold you mentioned. Its interesting whether its because of the supplementation of because the Omega 3 itself. Actually in the previous 3 years I took like 150 capsules of fish oil with 400mg of EPA in each, and my EPA is still very low, what makes me to suspect the cause is mainly the high Omega 6 that competes with the EPA production, because my AA (omega 6 converted to active form) resulted in "High".
  2. A knesset member of Lapid's centrist party, Merav Cohen.
  3. Just a side walk. You have Israelxiety 😝
  4. @Twentyfirst I didn't understand what you meant here.
  5. I tried in the past to buy this red soil and to spread in our garden but it just got mixed with the brown soil and faded ):
  6. This subject cannot be even reminded without the person will be called far leftist because it is very sensitive to some, so instead the parties in the center and the left try to advance the two state solution to solve this problem and create a seperation between Israelis and Palestinians. But anyway these days the focus is almost only on the kidnapped and the desire to remove Netanyahu because without this nothing will change.
  7. They pick it for you, but not entirely because you can nevigate the chances by questionnaries, interviews, exams you go through and subjects you choose to expand in high school.
  8. I can agree with you here that the expanding of the settlements are not ok.
  9. I replied it to your message about the UN laws. About the "stolen" narrative we think differently and I explained you why.
  10. Everything is somehow dangerous. Would you agree to be given a land from strangers in any random place they will decide for you or that you would want a land in where YOU want and feel connected to? About the taking more land I agree with you that the right wing policy to ever expand the settlement is bad.
  11. UN permitted the Jews the state of Israel in 1947. You are right the international laws are important to prevent injustices in the future but in reality the only way to ensure that is to know how to defend yourself. Eventually you can only fully trust yourself.
  12. This isn't what happened. Jews and Arabs actions escalated together from 1920s until the peak in 1947. But anyway if Israelis cease to be strong enough to defend their country so yes, this is how the middle east works. And Europe too by the way, just that European countries are protected by NATO alliance.
  13. Jews were here the majority for centuries and then became a minority for more centuries. We can also claim that we came back to the land other people has "stolen" from us. This is what happen on any land on earth throughout history and the way almost every country has been established.
  14. @Twentyfirst The picture from far away will always look more simplistic and narratived, but this isn't the truth of the high resolution private life you see when you live with an Israeli (or an Italian, or a Spanish) and you see the person himself and his individual world.
  15. @Twentyfirst What do you think about your family/child/wife? What people in Italy think about their family? Quite similarly here too. You grasp Israelis in a very stereotipical way. I did my mandatory service in IDF in a non-combatant role.
  16. @Vrubel And today Rishon Letzion beach. There are prettier zones there but somehow the boardwalk renewing created a nice view.
  17. A market in Gaza. Weaken the claims about "starving" there, what though could be the case for couple of weeks in February or March when humanitarian aid was indeed lessen temporary then, and caused different degrees of more hunger to the weaker sectors of their society.
  18. There is indeed an emotional numbness oftentimes here when it comes to oct7th.
  19. As long as this subconscious discrimination is keep going in a way that Palestinians are viewed here as poor helpless animals and Israelis are human beings then of course you will exempt them from any responsibility under this skewed view.
  20. @Raze Numbers aren't an indication to almost anything in a war of western democracy against guerilla when the motivations and intentions of both sides are completely opposite.
  21. @zazen Or that now there is an active enormous passion to darken one side. This is true the the right wing way of thinking falls into hamas psychological campain's traps all the time and along the way influences certain % of the soldiers.
  22. @Raze From the moment you said that Israel did "many times far worse things than oct7" then I can't take your message seriously anymore because this is so obviously false that I don't know where to start to explain why. About the reasonable part of your message that luckily was before that sentence, Gaza and West Bank population get B-class conditions this is right, but you overlook their 50% part of responsibility to that.
