  1. Even to "observe" its a groundless technique that I have realized that simply doesnt work when Im in ocd or anxiety attack. Maybe only the body is the answer - slow down as you said and maybe also sit down for a minute without doing nothing.
  2. @Zorka meditation and spiritually seeking can be very helpful as long as it is just one piece of your day and don't make you do less the other things you do in life. If the process makes you to be less with family and less with friends - than you are doing wrong. Spirituality might not be a private nor an isolating thing. Its very easy to fall the cycle of intrusive thoughts. If it already more than an hour left and you still try to solve this backlash issue that makes you afraid - just do another things! The solution will come to you effortlessly on its time The whole spritually process have to be in balance with other activities in life, for your emotionaly health!
  3. Actually this 'dark night' was less dark than the previous in 2018, which was less dark than 2017 which was less than 2016. Which means a real progressing trend line. Maybe dark twilight of july. Insights: 1. Every moment is good and interesting enough by itself! Always. Goals are fine but not as a replacement of present moment well being. If you feel different look for maslow hierarchy most basic needs (under self achivement). Every other reasoning the brain does = illusion and not the actual reason. "But I dont feel good enough because I didnt achived that goal and that goal" = illusion. 2. No technique which comes from the head can deal by itself with backlashes. The technique will neutralized by the brain. Sensations and feeling are better to use but still 99% of the time are manipulated to the favor of surviving strategy. Any method which incorporates activities done by the head - even most simple you can think of and which takes only one second - will fail most of the time during backlashes because the frontal cortex is neutralized and you won't feel "clicks" means the brain will not give you a permission that the thing was actually done. 3. Body activity - walk, sit and do nothing for a minute etc. - is a much better way. Still dont know if enough, but better for sure. 4. Dont be attached too rigidly to any method and dont forget the IDEAS (not techniques, not mantras) of acceptance, love or just making yourself something tasty to drink (only natural! ?) 5. Micro ego backlashes (after micro ups) happens all the time! Maybe the serious ego backlashes are just a lot of micro backlashes that accumulated cause suppressed by us during the months?
  4. I understood what Leo meant I just said i agree with 2 states solution ? But I admit that I want it because israel interests only. From bird eye yes i understand its not easy maybe i am missing things but, the best way *to the palestinians too* is to incorporate in the process an "economic peace" which will encourage economical development of west bank and help them to be more orange because this is a stage they can grasp and move into! Thats the best mayble only hope to make change in the relationships between israel and palestinians.
  5. I agree we need to seperate oursleves from the palestinians because the friction is exhausting and also corrapts us.

Gaza for example is a complete authonomy with border, Israel is not there at all since 2005, and Hamas takes all the money Israel gives him and expliot it to terror weapon, and leave the citizens a minimal amount of money. The humanitarian situation in Gaza is terrible even tough dozens of tracks with food and medicine cross the border from israel to gaza every week. Actually if there was a palesinian state, they were most likely suffer more because the palestinian leadership is red cruel (hamas) and red-blue in the best case (palestinian authority). And we cant know what leadership will grow up there after Mahmud abbas will leave. Maybe hamas will take back part of the control in west bank. The only reason hamas dont control west bank today its because israel doing security job every night and co oparating with the palestinians authority. Actually we kind of save west bank citizens from hamas because the palastinian authority is probably not strong enough to secure the west bank from hamas. I stiil want seperation from them also in the west bank, but it has to be made cleverly and with israel's right to do interventions there whenever it wants, in order to keep terrorists from taking control there.

I think trump position is not smart at all and the right thing to do is to allow them enter israel, but it still not black and white because those women didnt want to visit israel and only wanted to visit the pelastinian authority. Why? If you really care about the peace in the rigion, you cant just bypass israelis people and government. But still it would be better to allow them in and not fuel more their biased beliefs. I dont know what are those women value systems. If they are really liberals and only get mislead by the BDS (whose values are like Iran and Saudi) so letting them in maybe even change their mind about israel. In the other hand, if they have arabs nationalists values it would less work and maybe letting them in would grasped by them like a weakness! So i prone to let them in, but the answer is not a clear cut. Trump, although his low consiousness, can still teach us lessons in how to talk to middle eastern people, which liberals people might have be to naive and do damaging things (like they did in the horrible Aslo agreement in 1993 and Iran agreement in 2015). In that kind of thing right-wing people are superior to liberals. After all, every stage is the most expert of his stage issues! We cant overlook that fact. Including blue is not the same as working 9:00-18:00 in blue!
  8. @Leo Gura Zionism, in our terminology, is about loving our land and following the values of the Declaration of Independence which are: 1. Freedom 2. Justice 3. Accepting all of its citizens and be opened to all religions, genders and races without discriminating. Yes, the state is jewish, but every non jewish citizen deserve fully human rights and also right to do his religious rituals whenever he wants just as the jewish people. Its much more elevated than only "nationalism". Much more green. Unfortunately, some parties arent really zionists in the original intention, and they are much more nationalists and those jewish people are heavily blue but the real heavy hard core blue is minority.   9. @hamedsf what do you mean the hardcore approach? What technique? Couple days ago I tried to do the everything much slower but than my ocd started to question this technique in overwhelming thinking and "you have to check the second technique first" and "how do you know it really slower than regular. better only watch first" and inner very noisy talking like that. But I think its a good technique and I'll try it again.
  10. But that is exactly why these people are not the most creative nor giving high value to the society and therefore high tax them seems ri be a good thing. But in the other hand, if we tax to high the big corporations managers they will have less motivation to be in your country and it can be a problem. What do you think about that?
  11. Do you mean that this method is the preffered one to help with mental illnesses? Can you explain it? I dont understand exactly what you mean. My tendency is always to think meditation as a technique that change the brain over time but I realize that when I thought like this, it turned out to not being helpful enough.
  12. Or that in the rest of the day I have to be with no effort at all (Zero technically effort)? I find myself many times think that: I will do everyday the 20 minutes meditation/mindfulness technique, and also in the rest of the day, when a negative tought come to me (randomly) I will do the "watch" / the "Do Nothing" / the "Feeling it in my body" etc. method also on the random negative toughts that appears in my head during the day... sometimes. Not all the toughts but sometimes yes and sometimes not." What do you think about applying the spiritual method like this, also in the regular daily time when a negative tought coms up? Is it a good thing? Or is it a compulsive and damaging thing which is nothing but an Egoic/ obssesively trying-to-relax in a smart disguise of "mindfull watching"? Is it can be good sometimes, or do you think that in the regular daily time I have to be completely with no technically and mentally effort at all? Its a question I'v been struggling with a lot, and i'm interested to know what do you think.

  14. I think cold color stages (purple, blue, green, turquoise) have an advantage of mental health above the warm stage. Even tough of course you can be emotionally healthy with warm stages dominant, it is more difficult and they will have to be in more healthy version in order to be healthy like the cold ones. That is my feeling and thinking (dont know if it actually true but I think so). Why? Mainly because the cold color are prone to be much more harmonic and collectively disciplined, and part of mental health is to integrate your mind and brain with others and also NOT doing all what your survivle-driven mind wants to. And inside the cold group turquoise will be the healthiest. Green is the second most healthy, and blue is the 3rd.
  15. I am not enlightened. I just had such an experience of how I grasp this state. When do you think is the liberated state? Is it turquoise? Or a state (without connection to any level)?
  16. Enlightement is a relative thing and its just the discovery of a "new world" in relative to the things you had previousely in your consiouseness. Last year i had some kind of enlighement when I suddenly had a thought that "oh! I am already succesfull! Because I have reached this thing and this thing" and suddenly the anxiety (which takes 3 months of light-moderate anxiety/depression in average) finished overnight. And from that night I just started to feel good and It lasted 6 months and in the end of august it has lost the effect and the mood turned back to the previous state where it was in the winter (and even worse, but for shorter period). For me it was an enlightement.

  18. Great video of Teal thank you (the second I didnt hear yet). Even though I believe she is quite right, how can I know she didn't just rationalized a wishful thinking she has? And what does it mean "high/low vibration"? Does It mean high/low flexibility in thinking? All the high spiritual words don't help, actually do the opposite and reduce the reliability of what she tried to say.
  19. mood later? I don't mean to just going downward back to the zero point, because this is obvious (if you go up you will later go down). I mean to a NEGATIVE wave. Is such a wave really must come after a positive wave in one's mood, that one will have to pay all the mood-debt EXACTLY to the point (that he has acumulated during the high-mood period)? Its a question that I ask. I dont know if its really true. I want to know what do you think. For example: say I had a very positive week of "+4" mood. Is that means, that I will SURELY have, later, an opposite period which in, i'll must pay all the mood debt? (to the point!) and therefore I will have: A week of "-4" mood (medium-high but short depression). Or two weeks of "-2" mood (low to moderate depression/anxiety/etc). Or A month of "-1" in average (uncomfortable mood but Lite). Or a more complex form of payments spreading. Which in the sum of all its parts, will be exactly equal and equivalent to "-4", in such a way that in average, in the long run (let's say couple of years) the average mood must be very very close to 0 (or to the long-run thermostat that you have which have to rise slowely within the years, if you are really developing). Does our mood really work like that? Or do you think it works different to what I wrote? What do you think? Another example: 2 months of more excitement and 'butterflies' than usual, but after that... a period of payoff that in the end of the day will offset it accurately.

Turquoise emerges when you start to understand, that even though that meditation techniques and self inquiry and all spiritual training are absolutely nessesary things and crucial for development, still, you will have to be flexible enough to drop them all (to significant time at the day) and let your mind wandering back to every prior stages stuff - friends, family, sport, culture etc. that you won't even want to do spiritual things becuase all your emotions, and motivations, and thoughts (the deep subconsious brain) have already wandered to other topics. Its crucial to shift the "want" state from topic to another. It must be emotional and sub-consiouse shifting (and not mainly consiouse embracing like it was in yellow!). I feel these days after a backlash i had (still not fully behind me) that I must develop myself to this place. That kind of flexible you have to be in order to be turquoise. Train your brain to really be within many 'ideologics'/topics (healthy sides) during the day. Of course shifting will require consiouse work. especially in the start. yellow doesnt go anywhere! Consiouse Spiritual work doesnt go anywhere and you will keep doing it too. Not just understanding their significance and embrace them consiousely like in yellow, but really become them as exactly the same intensity and authentisity as you were in the spirituallity topics because you will want to!! Meditation althogh is maybe crucial in the way up to turquoise - is NOT turquoise (95%+ of the time) even though it helps mobilize you to there. The flexibility must get you out of meditation and consiouse spirituality things in order to be turquoise. Turquoise is just melting yourself - like an ice-cream which melts in the sun - back into society, and let you loose back into it! sprituallity and systemic thinking (of yourself and other things) is included in this of course, but only one part. It may said that only than the duality of spirituality and non-spirituality things is collapse and you get Spirituality. If you have OCD/anxiety/depression/milder mental things but still not easy (99.9% of population) you can't beat them in yellow. Yellow can help very much, but not enough and you will get to the point you will must come back to Nature and the healthy sides of the ego because ego is important too and let yourself loose into society/family is also very important. Surrender to the dependence (mostly in healthy ways, because you are not in tier 1 stage) and to the support of family/friends and let them lead you too. Surrender to culture 50% of the time, when you, without thinking of it - a very good example of healthy version of how to manage in life and thats will help other people develop too.
