  1. I think a cool way to do this would be to have an AI personal assistant as an earpiece and it will see and hear everything you do throughout the day and you could have it pick one of these paradigms and it will role-play that paradigm, so as you talk to the AI it will repaint the world around you from that specific paradigm and then you could go back-and-forth and dig deep and explore the world in front of you through that lens. this could probably be used for any learning material like pick one of leos videos and then you can interact with a AI to learn it deeply throughout the day or throughout the week, imagine the AI will point to something you’re doing and then frame it from some of the insights found in the video.
  2. If you’re worried about looks just wear a helmet, Or a mask and get your personality OnPoint
  3. If everyone was at turquoise we would do farming and nutrition in a ethical conscious way. So in the end it’s not about trying to force everyone to eat that specific diet we got a raise everyone up to be more conscious and as a whole will be able to fix all of these unethical issues. if you wanna use science fiction just make a 3-D printer that can print at the molecular level and now all the problems are solved.
  4. I think what you have to be careful with is having a rigid mind that has a strict scientific benchmark for truth and believes that truth can only come in one way. If having a structured mind creates a paradigm lock then yeah it’s gonna be hard to escape your box. But Einstein avoided this trap. I think math is good for visualization and holding many variables in your mind so it should help with someone’s ability to explore possibilities which is what most creativity is.
  5. The TikTok generation is having sex at 13 specially the girls. This is not the generation of the past they’re hitting each other up on Instagram the second they hit high school they’re all sleeping with each other nonstop. A sensible restriction would be the age gap can’t be more than 3 to 5 years. Then after 18 Yolo Internet culture for the younger generation is fully sex focussed there is 0 Sexual suppression. on top of that the entire strategy of trying to restrict it makes absolutely no sense. they need maximum sex and relationship and communication education and they should be free to do whatever you want as soon as there ready.
  6. All movies are great movies on LSD
  7. He thinks Trump is a businessman who hustles to get ahead, Musk is also anti-government and believes strongly that people who are good at “allocating wealth” should receive more freedom from the government. So yeah he’s just on the side of the rich. Elon trolls a lot and so when he sees Trump bullshitting he relates to it and thinks that he understands it. Trump‘s policies will favour Elon. There’s no reason for him not to vote Trump. Elon thinks that if you’re poor or disadvantaged you should just work harder! Work 120 hours a week! He views a lack of success as laziness. at least that’s what my crystal ball told me 🔮😂
  8. @BlueOak I disagree quite strongly with most of what you said, I went through the belly of the beast and came out the other end and I know what this journey looks like. Much of your beliefs are young and sounds very fresh off the kettle. You’re talking about detoxing from meat? That’s a very Vegan type of health belief. —- Edit: I realized I wrote this a little too strongly, I really don’t want to have any kind of debate on this topic. I have said what I think about dietary changes and you have stated how you feel about it and we can agree to disagree, in hopefully good faith! The issue is the only way for people to know what is true is to experience it, it cannot happen through conversation. That’s the nature of these kind of debate topics.
  9. https://aor.ca/product/advanced-b-complex/ this supplement meets all the requirements I believe that they are in the correct form. And it has that choline bonus. But maybe it’s best to buy each vitamin individually
  10. it’s like if my girlfriend accidentally got pregnant and had twins now my life needs to revolve around the family there is absolutely no escaping this responsibility. My train has to be redirected towards them. I have the ability to set a boundary at this very moment but there are situations where you cant escape by setting boundaries you have to stand up and get the job done. Setting boundaries can be like running away. it’s true like you said I accepted a certain amount of responsibility but then it kept escalating and now it overstepped. but it’s Very difficult to say no and just accept that you failed someone and you don’t even know what they’re doing with there life anymore and Because of your inaction they are struggling. like are you going to abandon your children? never, so then why is it OK to do that with a girlfriend? @Michael569 yes it’s a gf of 2 years now, basically they want me to become a family man, work to support them and fix there mental and physical health issues. While also requiring large amounts of my time for support. basically i don’t want to do this so I have to set a boundary but really what’s more important my needs or there’s?
  11. It’s part of self development and growing up to become health-conscious and to eat healthy. Athletes Dial in their nutrition for Performance, health and longevity. It’s true that most people are unconsciously eating junk food every day and need to have a nutrition awakening at some point but it’s a false equivalency to say well then we should just all go vegan. You can be healthy and eat healthy without any higher moral values, you do it just for yourself and that’s what most healthy people do. @Princess Arabia Also if someone is over 50 and they’re in perfect health condition, with good skin no health problems then they should continue on that path, changing your diet is extremely dangerous in practice, for 50 years the body adapted to a specific diet and You just want to change it and assume that you’re making healthier choices? it’s far more complicated than any naïve approach. Genetics play a huge role in what you should be eating or not eating and that’s the last thing anyone thinks about when they read a book on nutrition and it tells you the perfect diet to follow. If something work for 50 years don’t change it. Don’t go crazy learning about every super food and trying to incorporate every trend into your diet, you’re going to create a world of problems for your body. The problems that happen when changing your diet you’ll only know when you experience it yourself, because then you’re gonna start googling and researching health problems associated with dietary changes and you can start looking at other peoples testimonies and stories and you’ll realize just how bad it is and difficult it is and how much fake information there is and how much false studies there are and how much money there is and how complicated it is to actually know what your body needs. Some people have commented that science has proven you could be a vegan, this is a very naïve and lazy approach to knowing what is true and what isn’t true in the world around us.
  12. Are you taking any vitamins and micro nutrients? Like zinc? None of the supplements you listed are stimulating. On top of that fish Oil will drop your blood pressure and make you super tired all the time. Magnesium will also make you really sluggish if your body is in a specific state Lacking other synergistic nutrients. Got to take each supplement consciously and carefully observe how it affects your body. Like a scientist experimenting on their own body. also I keep repeating this a lot but if you have chronic fatigue there’s a bunch of problems going on in your body and you probably don’t want to be ejaculate anymore. you wanna go about three months with out ejaculation so your body can fully recover. At the very least experiment not ejaculating for a week and see how your energy levels are in comparison. also experiment with liquid vitamins they hit completely different. The supplements that you listed above is like drinking a glass of water you’re not gonna feel anything or worse it’s gonna put you to sleep it’s like a bedtime routine supplement stack. Are you crashing after exercise?
  13. He makes 3.5 million a year as a game twitch streamer. And he lives at his mothers house in a dumpster
  14. His father was a libertarian his mother was a Democrat registered voter he was registered as a Republican 🤷‍♀️🤷
  15. WAT I thought that was science fiction, but can you have an electric jam running in the background? I think you would have to activate it when you see a threat?
  16. Pretty scary but if you wanna Go full Science fiction release something into the air that alters human DNA that kills off a specific DNA strand. Eventually it will circulate the globe and the unlucky target will die from having their DNA unravelled in their body similar to radiation poisoning. No one would have any idea who the creator was. but that dragonfly poisoning is scary because it again lowers the barrier of death. The only issue with it is the average person wouldn’t really have access to it, but a drone and a gun and a 3-D printer maybe that’s a little easier to get your hands on for the average Joe or average terrorist. Edit; oh I just realized when we create something that can target any human on the planet anonymously then Kim Jong-un with his resources would have an incredible advantage. Possibly
  17. They are saying he was a bad shooter but really the issue was he was nervous. His heart was probably pounding, sun in his eyes, he just crawled 2 roof tops, the stress is insane, this is not a relaxed shooting range, he’s on the verge of death, he’s 30 seconds from death and now he has to aim and pull a trigger!
  18. AI drones with guns are coming and It’s going to lower the barrier of entry to assassinations even more. If the assassin was a drone how would They defend against it?
  19. @Alexop This wasn’t a conversation about veganism but I’ll just quickly reply the issue with what you said is you could go a long time depleting your body of nutrients and then at the end of the journey you’ll be left with sickness and struggling to get back your health. Very common story. Most people don’t have the genetics where they can sustain being a vegan for more than 10 years.
  20. “ 30 is high for homocysteine. High homocysteine is caused by folate deficiency and/or b12 deficiency, so you should take both. It causes a lot of problems, including depression, so lowering it should be your main priority. Taking riboflavin is also supportive. TMG helps lower existing homocysteine levels, and should be included in your supplement stack. B vitamins start to work after 6 weeks, and your body can takeup to 6 months to fully heal, so be patient, although you can sometimes feels effects sooner. Not all supplements are equal. Does your supplement have folic acid and cyanocobalamin? Look for a supplement with Lmethylfolate and methylcobalamin. It's more bioavailable and if you have mthfr folic acid and cyanocobalamin often cause anxiety. I recommend Thorne's methylguard or Methyl-Life's Multivitamin Go slow with increasing methylfolate. If you have mthfr your body has been working with limited folate and decreased methylation for years, and they theorize that detoxification can occur when you start supplementing. If you have trouble with methylfolate, start with high dose b12 and a very small amount of folate. If that doesn't help look into hydroxycobalamin and folinate. It's a good idea to avoid all folic acid once you start supplementing, as that can increase the anxiety and sometimes causes absorption issues with the L-methylfolate. Drink electrolytes after supplementing. It helps a lot with the aches and fatigue. High B6 supplements can lead to toxicity. Avoid any supplement with pyridoxine, and look for doses around 30mg or lower of p5p instead. Ben Lynch's site, mthfr.net is good for additional info, as are NIH studies on treating depression with folate, which you can find with an internet search. Deplin îs a high dose methylfolate supplement that helps support anti-depressants and is worth looking into once you can slowly level up your folate dose. Methyl-life also makes an over-the-counter high dose methylfolate that some people find useful for depression. I've experienced fatigue, depression, anxiety, and that 'everything is scary' feeling. I have an mthfr mutation and have spent years doing reading trying to treat myself since most doctor's don't have a lot of advice. I'm doing a lot better now, and that's mostly due to following the protocol I've outlined above. Good luck.” —- The above is someone who has direct experience with a similar issue and went through years of resolving it. You want to look for people who have high success fixing an issue and personal experience with a particular issue and see what their journey was it’s going to be worth 10 times anything that A doctor is going to tell you.
  21. I can relate to this, as long as you’re improving you’re going to bounce back and it’s not brain damage related to what you think right now you’re probably experiencing major brain fog. numbing will come back as well but right now your situation is when one part of the body fails many parts fail, so it’s not just one problem anymore. you might noticed that masturbation or ejaculation causes fatigue and things like that, partially because your body can’t lose those nutrients. If you have POS then it takes up to four days of abstinence to get the feeling in your fingers back. As long as you continuously make improvement you’re gonna be able reclaim a decent liveable quality of life. Relating to doctors not helping you correctly and not knowing anything and your parents and people denying everything you’re experiencing, it’s very common and I know it’s frustrating but there’s nothing really they can be done, focus on helping yourself.
  22. Why is the situation not resolving itself after supplementation? Are you improving or getting worse? https://www.reddit.com/r/MTHFR/comments/121fpwo/homocysteine_was_30_norm_is_010_what_should_i_do/ look at strategies other people are doing there is some interesting information
  23. Showing this because it's interesting that there was actually a secret service sniper on the rooftop before the shooting even happened aiming towards the shooter. So it's not like he didn't have full protection. I guess hitting a shot at 450 M away is difficult? Also I'm sure he practice like crazy the problem is when it's time to perform and do the job your heart rate goes through the roof. Can you imagine his psychology right before, he was probably so nervous he could barely hold his gun straight because he knows he's about to die.
