  1. Is this valuable? How am i supposed to learn from this? Explain your thoughts so i can learn please.
  2. This is not a screw it mentality. "natural minimalist", reducing this to orange is ridiculous. Ah kk i see how i worded it in my first post, it makes it seem like im saying yellow doesnt care. Didnt mean to frame it that way. Have you ever seen minimalism effect the statistics? Environmental population is growing rapidly, its not stable or linear. If its growing then larger systems need to change, nothing else will stop it. We see real footprint reduction happening in eco conscious green countries, or stemming from eco friendly companies like with tesla.
  3. @Rilles Yellow is a natural minimalist within reason, it does not try to fight the environment/world its living in, goes with the flow. Yellow also sees that its foot print depends on the structure its living in and so individual efforts will have 0 impact long term. Long term vs Short term thinking. Greens minimalism comes from a place of values, "i dont like wasting" Green is trying to get more of what it wants. (survival) Yellows minimalism comes from a place of not needing. "These things dont add anything to my life, its unnecessary" Yellow is not trying, things naturally fall away.
  4. @Rilles Yellow doesn't have the motivation to do this, green does. Yellow sees individual efforts like this a waist of time and would rater focus its energy on root cause systemic efforts. This is also solidly a green value. Edit: I am not saying yellow doesnt care or is not a minimalist, im saying it lacks motivation to do meticulous foot print reduction. Because it sees how ineffective it is.

  6. @Michal__ I agree, the youtube monopoly is strong and it makes no sense to play any other game. But he recently added his content to spotify, because more platforms = better, so why not add his content to decentralized platforms to? @Leo Gura Any thoughts on this topic? Do you support decentralized platforms?
  7. Subvocalizing is a trained habit learned as children. For many people it is on autopilot and out of there control. They also mistake subvocalizing for thinking. This is not the case. The subconscious mind is doing all the work, when pure thoughts emerge and reveal themselves to the conscious mind they are then converted into language. Converting raw thoughts into language is slow and unnecessary. Better is to work with the raw data as is, or converted it into imagry/stories. The chess master calculates 15 - 20 moves into the future in silence. The musical plays an entire piece in silence, they are not babbling in there head. Both are using there mind to its fullest and "thinking" with out language. The same can be done with reading and writing. But thats a brutal habbit to break. Retraining the mind to work with raw thoughts significantly increase performance. Its how the brain is designed to be used.
  8. Check playlist and playlists on channel https://www.youtube.com/c/ComplexityLearningLab/playlists
  9. For your last meal eat high protein. Example beef steak. That should stop all that offal bliss your experiencing.
  10. Add a conscientious message inside or around the comment box with words of commenting wisdom to help guide great conversations. This will encourage higher quality commenting and self reflection. It could calm someone down and guide them away from reactionary behavior or promote compassionate or creative responses. It needs to be right here next to the comment box always visible to be effective. Example: Let your very next communication in this space come from your Highest Self. Before you offer your wisdom to or about others, remember that your perspective is yours, and just one of many. Is this message off topic? If so consider moving to a new thread. Discern your “emotional buttons,” or the things to which you overreact. Feel your self, feel your ego, feel the self-contraction. Is this constructive and positive? Does this attack the person? If so please consider addressing the ideas or the message itself. Keep in mind that people can be at very different places in life, so your advice may not work for them, try to show compassion and understanding. Is this really the most insightful response? consider taking a step back, relax, let the idea settle and explore possibilities. I know i could of benefited from this reminder...
  11. I would like UI change, a spread view of all the 10 latest posts from every category, this way i dont need to click into a category to see the posts listed. It could look like a page filled with blocks, containing lists. Would probably do an entire site UI update, its bit outdated.
  12. @datamonster Heres a quick tutorial, the struggle and the transformation to yellow. lolol i wonder how accurate this actually is. When all of greens attempts for change fail and out of desperation it calls for more insight, it unlocks yellow. lololol How does green defeat red? INSIGHHHHHHHHHHT.
  13. This is the a major difference between tier 1 and tier 2 thinkers. Are you ready to do real work and answer my question, what causes greens transition into yellow?
  14. @BlackMaze Just do research... there are many doctors that eat head to toe carnivore.
  15. Quick 2 min videos. https://ncdd.org/13854 Democracy 2.0 Liquid Democracy Wiki The idea we are supposed to vote once every few years on a representative is archaic. This system does not work and has proven itself to be a popularity contest, where the beauty pageant contestants are chosen by the powerful. Maybe we can have a debate discussing the pros and cons of this system? Is this realistic? What would it take to change the US political system? To be clear a liquid democracy is also digital, so imagine an app on your phone where you can see and vote on individual government issues, as well as delegate your vote to any representative that you trust. If that representative abuses his power, his power can be taken away easily in real time vai the app. No delay. It would also be possible to divide your 1 vote to many people you support, voting can be done anonymously and all voters must be government verified vai that app, bots are not allowed to vote.
  16. A problem that will likely come up is marketing manipulation. Spreading misinformation to sway voters into supporting deceptive policies. This is already happening, but its gong to get worse.
  17. @tuckerwphotography there are definitely challenges that will come up, but its got to be better then what we are currently doing... also people can vote anonymously. In underdeveloped countries intimidation dangers might be an issue, they are not ready for this system yet. Discussion opened.
  18. @datamonster When you can explain exactly what causes greens transition to yellow, you will have graduated adolescence.
  19. Would it? Liquid democracy means voting on individual issues, not just representatives, that means daily or weekly voting can take place. More opportunists, more freedom.
  20. @Opo Sounds illegal? Like forcing someone to vote is illegal today, also this is probably already happening in the current system. There would be no difference. lol
