I think the core of the issue is that you need to set healthier boundaries for yourself and not be leached off of to the point where you feel drained. I would give it one more chance but you need to put down some ground rules and focus on your own health first. Counterintuitively I think it’s healthier for you guys to be living separately. When people are living in the same house together, especially when they’re unhealthy, just the fact that your there triggers there neuroticism to nag you about everything and demand things. Living separately will give you guys room to breathe and form a better relationship. Especially if they’re lonely.

So how does one get that experience that they are happiness? Reading about it didn’t do it for me!

Everything is going to be ok, you haven’t lost anything. All of your mental abilities will return. Try to enjoy the experience you’re currently having. Take a break and go live life, watch movies, hangout with friends, play some video games, eat good food and you’ll feel better again. Life is a game and you’re a randomly generated character, go out and play it. The point of games is to have fun.

The right way to figure out the answer to these questions is to go out there and test out a hypothesis and experiment. Find women with the same interests as you, women who are into self development and see if you guys connect. Have some deep conversation.

Yes most men experience this. When women wear yoga pants there flaunting their sexual value in your face. Obviously you wanna have sex with it. Sexual attraction is a primitive part of the brain. It’s not as sophisticated as hire forms of love that can happen in romantic relationships. Women are also attracted to amazing looking men when they see them. But the question you asked her is whether she wants to have sex with them and that’s completely different emotional question. She doesn’t wanna have sex with them because she’s in love with you and only wants to have sex with you. it also depends on the stage of sexual development your at, if you view sex as just fucking and there’s very little emotional connection or you don’t value emotional connection during sex then lust for other women becomes more prevalent. If you were having spiritual sex the appeal of simply impersonal fucking would be much lower. But everyone loves candy every once in a while and why we have porn.
