@Rilles Insanity is the norm here.

@Rilles I'm sure you meant to post this in the health section.

It's incredibly important that the EU stays strong and shows support to those who need it, even if that means going against superpower nations. Europe leads the way in getting this world more peaceful.

I've been introducing cold showers slowly back into my life after a long break from doing them. For a couple of days, I've been doing them more and more, increasing the cold each time. The showers here in Iceland get so unbelievably cold and hot because of the geothermal energy we have. Today was one of the days I almost turned the nozzle fully cold and man do I miss doing this every day. I feel so limitless and full of energy, yet a deep sense of relaxation as well. I'll be continuing taking them and going full coldness, I also like to stay under the cold for at least 10-15 minutes. I don't know if that's healthy or not but I feel better the longer I'm under. I'm also on day 5 of no caffeine consumed, and waking up around 6 AM, aiming for a 5 AM routine. To my surprise, I haven't really felt any withdrawals from quitting caffeine. Which is weird, because I've been consuming energy drinks daily for a long time, so around 200mg caffeine daily. Maybe it's because I started waking up earlier at the same time, so my body is so happy being back to its natural sleeping pattern, that it isn't even worried about the caffeine withdrawal. Or maybe it has yet to hit me whilst I'm blindsided.

This is like some green eutopia. Wish every education system was like this. We're not even close to this level here in Iceland, sadly.

6:00 AM I've started to notice some of the caffeine withdrawals at some part of the day. Around noon is when I get a little tired. I expected to be a lot more tired and groggy, but it hasn't been very hard at all. If I drink some cacao or tea at times when I feel I'd want some caffeine, the urge to just goes away.

That's all that matters.

Microdose of LSD would probably be the best choice available.

8:00 AM I've noticed that if I'm not getting ready for bed around 10, it gets increasingly harder to wake up at the hours I wish to. Last night I hit the hay around 23:45 and I noticed how hard it was to wake up at 6:00 compared to other days when I was in bed at 10:00. I've got to watch myself tonight with distractions and making sure I'm not procrastinating on sleep. It's been a long time since I've had a proper morning wake-up routine, and I absolutely love waking up early; which is something I would've never thought since I'm a night owl.

I'd opt for this one. If you feel like you start to hit the limiter, then you can always quit the job. I really like Jordan Peterson's view on men wanting responsibility in life by lifting a heavy load. Make life a little challenging, to have some meaning since there's nothing else to do.

Pollan is such a great spokesman for psychedelics.

Have you by chance read Purple Cow or This is Marketing? I'd guess you have. But I wouldn't blame low engagement on it being "too high of a conscious post" for the normie out there. Key with Facebook marketing is to test a shit ton of creatives to see what resonates with customers, and knowing how to structure a brand around it as you probably know.

7:00 AM Woke up at 4:45. Went back to bed and slept till 7:00. I had the most vivid dreams I've had in ages. I can remember extreme details from them. I took some melatonin before bed, I don't usually take supplements other than magnesium to help me fall asleep. But man does it help, I slept like a baby and woke up fully refreshed.

8:00 AM Went to bed a little too late. The caffeine withdrawals are not helping much. Next 2 days I'll be aiming for 7:00 AM and 6:30.

7:00 AM Feel tired. The feeling of having finally woken up beats it, so progress.

I read his book about 7 years ago and have now been watching some of his videos. He's basically as pure orange as orange can get, with shades of blue, but not much. Very little green, yellow, and absolutely no turquoise. He's basically intelligent orange. Don't mistake that for yellow. -
You're shaped by what you read and learn even if you've long forgotten what you read. The wisdom gets imprinted in you from having experienced the thought or lesson and changes the way you think. Most self-help nerds get stuck in an endless loop trying to remember every little detail of every book they've read; trying to perfect the way to live life when it'll never work. Life is complex and multidimensional, It's not a mathematical equation.

@allislove hope you use Makita for the cleanest cuts. -
@Leo Gura @Consilience Do you guys want to beat Trump or not?

@RedLine I know what you mean, just teasing. I agree with you to a certain extent, it's just a tricky subject. Just depends if the individual feels they are ready and know what they're getting themselves into. This is in a way the most serious thing one could choose to do. I felt I was ready around 18 and It went fine with proper forethought and diligence.

You mean fall deeper into the illusion.

I did it, came out just fine, came out fantastic actually.

I've pondered this and it seems to be the case for me as well. It gives me motivation, something to look forward to do.
