I think Gary Vee or Alex H. already have so much wealth and they have been teaching and influencing the next generations for so many years. They should have known by now that it's not just about themselves but about helping the society they are in. So they would inch towards Stage Green now.
Gary Vee definitely more green than Alex H at this point.

Different books work for different people at different learning stages.
Books like Atmoic habits mainly only gives you the tools but do not really inspire you.
So in some ways, some books like Hustle Smarter or 7 habits can inspire you more.

Too many people are struggling these days. They may be many people who think they are now in stage yellow or green but truth be told, some of them don't even earn much and are struggling to meet ends meet.

I was referring to the fact that you may have healed your inner child but you have not healed your inner adult. Traumas sustained during adulthood.

Personally, I don't really think people suffered huge traumas in their childhood.
Most of the traumas are suffered in their adulthood when people go through dramatic life experiences. So people who just teaches on 'inner child' is not addressing the full problem as there is still the 'inner adult'.
Furthermore, most people forget about things that happened many years ago. Problems at present should take priority over last issues.

It means that they found out that there's little or nothing to accomplish in life.
Two scenarios can happen:
One is they are very successful and they do not know what's the next steps to do.
Example:
Second scenario are those people who are unable to accomplish what they set out to do and they could not find a way to achieve them. Maybe they are injured/sick and they can no longer be a world champion in swimming etc.
In both cases, people may feel empty as nothing else satisfies them.

Yes human beings compare and play stupid ego games. The more people there are, usually the conflicts there are.
The best place with the least conflict is at my church where we all love God and have little conflict of interests. We poured our problems out and then said prayers after that. But you have to watch out for petty people from time to time.
