  1. Shocked lol? I really think there is a lot we don't know about each other my friend ❤ I was starting to assume you labeled me as an Eckhart Tolle Fanboy/Neo Advaitist's. I don't follow any belief system or have any kind of identity or attachment to any kind of teaching/teacher whatsoever. I am free.. Nonduality is just apparently the best word to describe the experience that occurred here for no-one. Awakening or Enlightenment isn't something to be rated... that's simply another form of dualistic perception causing division in the whole.
  2. Haha yes we'll watch it together on my couch ...I got the cookies you bring the vegan eggnog with Soco...?
  3. Yeah no problem... and that's totally perfect because it's what's happening ❤ What was said was not just their influences, it was my own Awakening experience along with dozens of other spiritual influencers / Masters.. Osho and Robert Wolfe we're also very big on the communication that nothing really matters and there is no goal.
  4. What if there were no goals? What if there was no meaning purpose or value to anything and it was recognised these are just concepts created by the disease of the Mind. What if nothing really mattered.. Would you feel afraid or free?
  5. There isn't any certain way anything needs to be... and no one can predict how things will turn out... and the opinion of how things turned out, would be just that, an opinion. Someone who believes they are God may have an amazing life.(but what is a great life, it's just an opinion).. one person may believe a great life is being single and having sex with thousands of partners... another might believe it's being happily married with a great family and kids. Some of what I considered the worst experiences at the time, I look back on and think wow what an incredible journey and amazing learning opportunity. There's no telling the outcome of a path... therefore whatever path is chosen is the right one unless you believe it isn't.. " The Great Way is not difficult for those who have no preferences. When love and hate are both absent everything becomes clear and undisguised. Make the smallest distinction, however, and heaven and earth are set infinitely apart. If you wish to see the truth then hold no opinion for or against. The struggle of what one likes and what one dislikes is the disease of the mind" - Sengstan, Hsin Hsin Ming Suffering is caused by the resistance to what IS. I've heard it said to "take the middle way"... but what is "the middle way"... everybody's middle way or middle path is different lol. Any way you choose, becomes your way. And even if you didn't choose it it's still your way. The perception of the situation is what makes all the difference in the world. And I have a secret ...perception can be changed infinitely. Perception is your god-given power ❤
  6. When the mechanism that creates suffering and separation(ego) is understood, it's much easier to have compassion and understanding for people's behavior. To me that's literally what unconditional love means. It doesn't mean you become a meditating pacifist, you still set your boundaries and hold your ground if someone's behaving inappropriately. Unconditional love was something that improved in increments as the effects of Awakening became clearer and clearer. The Paradox is you can really dislike someone's behavior and actions and simultaneously have a deep love respect and compassion for them. Like Leo says Awareness alone is Curative... It's typically not something that happens quickly... do not beat yourself up over it ❤
  7. There's no real difference between knowledge insights or epiphanies... but to the separate sense of self, everything means something... a story gets created... how does knowledge effect the ME character... how does it supposedly benefit or not benefit ME. Judgement can still occur, its just not occurring for any one. There's still a conditioned body here that prefers coffee over tea or white rice over brown rice... Not that much changes in a certain sense... but the best way to describe how it feels is that it does not feel personal any longer. If a flat tire occurs it's just what's happening, a story isn't created about why this happened to ME.. the resistance to what is falls away. A complete surrender to beingness and all that it entails it's a great way to describe the feeling. When the illusion Falls away everything feels the same and radically different at the same time. ❤
  8. @traveler this was one of the pictures I drew in Okinawa Japan during one of the big Awakenings. It was when I was starting to recognize rather quickly that the entire story of the ME character was just a compilation of beliefs ideas perceptions and thoughts that I held about myself and not any real entity within the human body ❤ ( forgive the horrible spelling) The tiny circle that says true self ended up being a complete void of emptiness that seemed to collapse back into the infinite energy... it was then I realized I am nothing and everything simultaneously...
  9. They do that in Kuwait I've seen it... No one is getting beat over the head but beating over the head can happen. The separate sense of self would create a long complex story of how unfair it was that 'I' got beat over the head...
  10. Hehe, the southern lady thing is funny... I really do it as a kind gesture to illustrate the unconditional love I have for everyone whether it appears we are in agreeance or not ❤ ? I was a hardcore Seeker for a couple years prior to liberation( beginner's luck samadhi experience)... after Liberation occurred what was recognized is everything is absolute complete freedom... You are free to seek knowledge for the rest of your life or sit on your couch eating cookies none of it matters whatsoever.. We are already whole free complete it's just whether it's recognized or not... and even then it makes no difference at all. Liberation isn't any better than anything else... it's just something that apparently happens ❤
  11. Cool story bud and isn't it incredible it's all happening within THIS... Nothing happens outside of THIS... Pertaining to your question about who shot the messenger, that would be the illusory separate sense of self and the same separate sense of self that got triggered to write this statement... Cool right...?
  12. Traveler friend lol...? I really thought it was funny when that lady was pointing out to rupert that she had listened to all the Papaji's Ramaji's and mooji's before finding him... Old Rupert just gave a surprised / puzzled look to someone in the back near the camera... I was like come on Rupert seriously that s*** was funny as hell crack a smile at least.. I'm aware he was probably doing it out of respect for other teachers though ❤
  13. It was obviously an opinion.. Didn't mean to offend.. Have watched probably almost all of his videos... it's good stuff .. just outgrew it. Also said he's a great guy and I love him LOL..❤ but you didn't mention that ?
  14. Really like what? ❤ All that's happening is what's happening.... there's no big mystery to what's going on. Either you believe you are a separate individual or you have awakened to the realization you are Oneness... simple as that ... Everything else is incomprehensible boundless freedom with no meaning purpose or value whatsoever. It's Freedom it's Paradise it's heaven on Earth it's what's happening...
  15. Gotcha... It's most likely because their communication does not leave a leg for the separate self to stand on... it completely chops the leg off and explains the separate self never existed in the first place... Nothing in existence especially not the separate self / ego likes hearing they don't exist lol. (it kind of takes the steam out of its sail sorta speak... it feels threatened) Pertaining to your question am I enlightened... well what is your definition of enlightenment? The question itself is misleading because when enlightenment is attained the separate sense of self or the 'ME' is gone and simultaneously recognized that it never existed. Liberation Freedom Paradise are great words to explain it. What happened here was there was a clear recognition that the 'ME' character was only a story kept alive or perpetuated by my belief in it / the energy fed to it. The next day I clearly saw how everyone was being controlled by their separate sense of self and running around in the rat race trying to achieve achieve achieve. ( the separate sense of self can never except that it's already Complete because it subconsciously knows that it will be its demise) There was some kind of energy shift which could be described as a disentangling from social conditioning and a snapping out of The Matrix. The illusory line between Duality and non-duality was completely blurd. Some described it as a collapse of Duality and non-duality. The Experience here could then be described as a gradual Enlightenment process in action. Here's a video you might enjoy ?
  16. @LfcCharlie4 Well, there are no real problems, that's just the separate self's projection that what IS, isn't good enough or isn't IT... there also is no such thing as an incomplete teaching because there isn't a complete teaching or you could say every teaching is complete & incomplete... there isn't a one-way anything should be... that's again another projection of the separate self. Non-Duality is simply what's happening, whether you believe you are a separate individual or not. It sounds like you're projecting your definition of Neo advaita as an incomplete Awakening experience and stirring them up together in an attempt to discredit other teaching( the good old shoot the messenger so I don't have to take seriously the implications of the message) Here is what I found: Neo-Advaita, also called the Satsang-movement and Nondualism, is a New Religious Movement, emphasizing the direct recognition of the non-existence of the "I" or "ego," without the need of preparatory practice. We've already agreed in other threads that there isn't any prerequisites to Awakening... sometimes practices are apparently involved and sometimes they are not... the interesting thing about Awakening is when it happens there's no telling exactly what caused it. Great video bro... I like how Rupert explains it's an apparent feeling of separation. Basically he's explaining when your viewing things from a dualistic viewpoint, things apparently appear as separate... When Awakening occurs and the separate self is recognized to be illusory and apparently falls away, the line between dualism and non dualism blur's... it's simultaneously recognized there never was a separate experiencer ... you are the experience itself.( Rupert is just describing someone who may have not had this full recognition) Experience doesn't have an agenda, it just experiences, it's not a do-gooder spiritual ego that needs to go out and achieve achieve achieve. That's basically saying God has an agenda and a need to accomplish certain things in this existence to feel accomplished and validated.(that's ego running the train) I love Rupert he's a great guy I have unconditional love for him he just takes 25 minutes to explain one basic thing that takes other awakened individuals 10 seconds to explain. Rupert also takes himself way too seriously in my opinion... you can tell he's up holding some kind of persona about himself. On the other hand Jim is a blast to listen to(my opinion) he's funny as hell... He definitely walks the walk and there absolutely isn't anything there for the individual in his communication.
  17. @Javfly33 haha wild right!! Yes that video is spot-on...Adya is gd. There's lots of names for it; consciousness; awareness; spirit; the absolute; infinity; god. It's nothing and everything; it's real and unreal; it's ungraspable and unknowable... It's the only thing that's going on... Its THIS ?
  18. The 'I 'that saw the thought and realized it wasn't yours is also a thought lol... mind-f*** right ? What makes up the 'I' What is it composed of? Is there any real substance to it?
  19. "Trapped in Spiritual Ego The spiritual ego is a trap and an end to the spiritual path to freedom. It doesn't mean a person can't lead a happy life. It's just a life within a certain set of confines. They may be less confining and unconscious than before, but they're still a part of the prison. It's like someone getting out of the prison cell then decides that this is good enough. They can wander around the cell block. To ground this in an example, think of this as someone realizing money doesn't make them happy. They lead a simpler life, but they still hold onto desires for romance, social validation, and many other forms of emotional safety. Sure, they're not so lost in the quest for financial safety, but they're still in a trap. That trap comes with certain rules, however. So this person is trying to do all kinds of other things now to get what he wants from those unresolved desires. He's got tons of ideas about what social validation looks like and how to get it. He has tons of behaviors regarding how he can act and how he can't act. In general, any time you think you need to be a certain way, you're falling away from the truth. The purity of spiritual freedom puts no demands on who you should be or how to act. Initially, it's scary to be that free of ego because you may find that you can't tell what you'll want or who'll you be from one day to the next. In many ways our ego controls us with that fear of the unknown. The Fear of the Unknown Yet, by resting in that spaciousness we find out that we can act, and we can feel and sense the most truthful way of acting when it is needed as well as knowing when action is not needed. That only comes with letting go of the spiritual ego further, and while a person can do that at any time, it's typically more pain and suffering that will force people to go deeper than just about anything else" You can read more about the spiritual ego here: https://www.spiritualawakeningprocess.com/2010/04/beware-spiritual-ego.html
  20. The falling away of the separate sense of self isn't something that will happen in the future, there never was a YOU to begin with. When that which is false is recognized to have never been, you are left with what IS True. When you treat Maya or the illusion like it is something real that needs to fall away, it perpetuates the belief in it's illusory existence. If there's something to be gotten rid of that means it's real right?.... NO incorrect that's part of the illusion ? Just because something appears or feels real does not make it truthful. Duality is not real just because Maya is so convincing. The apparent separate waves in the ocean or the apparent separate sand castles on the beach does not mean they were truly ever separate.... the waves are still just the ocean, the sandcastles are still just the sand. A super convincing Mirage of a Dr Pepper soda machine in the desert does not mean it's real. ? " the separation never occurred" - A Course in Miracles ❤
  21. The oneself or the higher self as some like to call it, is still just Maya the illusion of self. The ego has convinced them they have awakened and are now the new higher self or true self lol. This is simply a sneaky tactic of the ego to preserve itself undercover as the new true self so it can still Control the organism and perpetuate it's illusory belief in itself. They call that the spiritual ego sometimes..(note: the spiritual ego now does loving spiritual work to help humanities hopeless situation) What is left after true Awakening occurs does not have an agenda, life purpose or opinion on what should or shouldn't be taking place. Its complete wild radical freedom without an agenda, its liberation, its THIS ❤
  22. There's a conditioned human body that apparently seems different. There isn't a separate 'ME' character with a story inside the body that is the illusion or Maya.
