  1. @ivankiss do you have the experience of the moment when one enters in to sleep? Do you have the experience of moment of waking from sleep? Can you clarify - there are many ways to experience it? I think after death there is nothing to experience. Body mind is gone? So what experience? Nothing one doesn't exist.
  2. @thesmileyone can you differentiate between fire and the light it emanates? The nature of the self is silence peace bliss what ever.
  3. @thesmileyone are you enlightened? Just curious to know the difference between I am having toothache and its painful and There is toothache and its painful?
  4. @traveler Why are you so concerned about the words of tolle what ever he thinks believes? Just focus on the practice that's alone one should be keen to learn from the enlightened. And also only from the masters who followed certain path practice to attain enlightenment. Books of people who attained enlightenment accidentally with out any effort due to depression or other reasons may not be of much help. Tolle missed to tell many have become story tellers book sellers a way of making good money. Nothing wrong with making money though but what's the point/use for the readers ???
  5. @Shadowraix physcadelics are not harmful? Are they addictive? Will it cause schizophrenia? Depression? Or other delusional disorders? What realization/transformation it will bring except to slow down the thoughts in a dizzy state?
  6. @MulkyForget karma this and that. Nisargadatta maharaj said if karma is real why creation first? Who's karma? Drop all the philosophical garbages theories. These are sheer distractions.
  7. @MulkyIn short your question is what's the point purpose of this life creation? Why its not perfect? Nothing. No purpose. No meaning Imo. May be after self realization the questions may not appear. Accept what ever comes as it is or choose the lesser suffering.
  8. @Leo GuraYesterday i saw your video on Neti-Neti. I am not thoughts sensations feelings but how can i negate the feeling of the waking state or existence? The sense of me or i feeling or identity which is present with in this feeling of existence can be negated but not the feeling of existence or being concious. I don't know how to put it in words correctly. Pls clarify. Thank you.

  10. @winterknight @Aakash There is no i feeling sense of "me" seperatedness. 1.So how does it feel to be? In the absence of thoughts you know you exist or not? 2.Or because of bodily sensations breath there is a feeling of life? 3.Why some ppl refer this as death? Actually in deep sleep when one is not aware of anything can be compared to death? 4.Why one is not aware of deep sleep? What happens to the conciousness in deep sleep if it is ever exsisting changeless reality? 5.When the i feeling vanishes so one is devoid completely of i mine myself? Selfish thoughts? Becomes completely desireless? 6.Does enlightenment means complete sleep less sleep state devoid of thoughts and pure silence i.e sagaja samaadhi as said by sri ramana maharishi? 7.Does enlightenment mean complete transformation of mind and the mind is free from (kama krodha mogha lobha madha mascharya damba garva soodu soranai vekka maana rosham) not sure if aakash will understand this words but hope winterknight will. Thank you.
  11. @travelerare you aware of deep sleep while sleeping? Please say correctly. Some Other enlightened says they are not aware in deep sleep. What's your concern about taking anesthesia for undergoing surgery? Enlightened doesn't mean the body will not suffer pain. Ramana maharishi was skeptical about taking anaesthesia for surgery but doctors adviced him to take anaesthesia and he took it. After regaining body conciousness he felt pain goes the narative. Like wise some monks of ramakrishna mutt sharing their exp about surgery.

  14. Self enquiry my understanding falls into two types. 1.holding on to the I feeling or sense of me continously. As advocated by saadhu om,Nisargadatta Maharaj. Rest others i dont know. 2.Finding the source of I thought. This requires lot of will power. What ever perceived is not the perceiver. So pursue continously forcefully questioning to whom the thought appears emotion feeling occurs? It has to be very fast. The outgoing attention with every thought or experience is turned inwards. Its not a passive process but very agressive. After sometimes the inquiry will become auto pilot automatic. Request to share the experience of second type by anyone if practing self enquiry by this way.
  15. Death is nothing to be afraid of. Daily we experience death ie sleep. The conciousness will disappear just like that in flip of a moment. It reappears again and that's the waking state we experience. So nothing to be afraid of.
  16. @Ampresus It is very dangerous to do chakra opening kundalini meditation with out proper guidance from a guru. That's what people say. Other meditations self inquiry witnessing zazen etc can be done with out guidance.
