@Heaven A lot of people are still in egoic states of conciousness and so they're insecure about their looks. "A big Joke" is a judgement you place on reality. To judge heaven you will only see hell.

Could the third eye chakra be no-self? And to go beyond no self, could that be God-self? (Crown chakra) Turning the third eye chackra inwards to see with clarity your true existential nature as God.

Hey I want to open my crown chakra, I have my third eye open and I can see beyond the dimension of normal perception. Does anyone have any advice? Sadhguru doesn't want to give answers

@Billy Shears The third eye is a metaphor for perception where everything is seen with clarity. (I really can't explain the phenoma but it occurs when the mind is silent and sexual energy is felt higher in the body in the head)

If emptiness is formless and us. The our conciousness is God? God is emptiness. So the empty conciousness we percieved as mind concious is only that way because our thoughts cloud concious being. So that means the background silence before thoughts is God and Conciousness and emptienss prior to form. Is this correct or false? Thoughts on this would be much appreciated.

If God is Total Emptiness. Then it must exist inside Form. Form is Thing and Thing is all matter. Form is every Thing, so God or Emptiness must be no Thing. If this no Thing exists inside every Thing. Form is made out of Emptienss. Emptiness is Pure Conciousness. Conciousness is what you think occurs in your brain. Your egoic conciousness is created because thoughts like clouds cover the blue sky. The blue sky is Pure Consciousness and the clouds are thoughts which when blocking the blue sky creates egoic conciousness because you can't see the blue sky you can't be it. Being the blue sky means you let go of every moment and realise the brain has no control of your actions from a Pure Consciousness perspective. It will feel like you are in heaven because you won't have control of your egoic brain because those thoughts where blocking Pure Conciousness Exercise: Imagine why you thoughts are occuring in? Use the blue sky and clouds analogy. Imagine the what thoughts occur in is the blue sky. See this blue sky cleary and then be it. Know that when you be it, you will realise that you are the opposite of forms, Empty Consciousness which operates in the background behind thoughts. This empty background conciousness is God. Surrended to the blue sky, surrender every moment to Pure Conciousness, the background blue sky which thoughts occur in.

@Giulio Bevilacqua If you have strong trapped emotions in there, that needs to be addressed to must fully feel it. Use music to really get to the vibrational depths of the emotion. FEEL IT. There is beauty to every emotion.

@Giulio Bevilacqua I get this also you have to let your self feel the feelings and allow them to work their proccess of cleansing the mind from toxicity. You are seperate from mind so don't be too attached to negative emotions.

@Shakazulu I have states of awareness where I am able to see someone's emotions through their expressions, which wasn't previously noticable in lower levels of conciousness.

The eyes show your true emotions, intentions and soul. Don't ever fake a smile, simply observe Truth and let a smile be a consequence of overwhelming joy. Let go of this thought that you need to smile in social situations. This actually makes it harder for you to experience a real smile because you feel you need to. The eyes when seeing with higher awareness have there own smile :).

@SriBhagwanYogi It's scary how delusional you can become on this journey. It's good to always stay humble and be wary of self-deception.

Who is the watcher in a movie? When we are watching a movie have you ever noticed that there is this omnipresent watcher of the main character? This watcher of self is similar to what we are experiencing in our daily lives. If we were to define the watcher of self in a movie we would call it the camera. In reality there is no camera, so where is this watcher of self? This watcher of self is inside reality itself. You could say your life is just a movie for the watcher of self to watch. How does reality watch itself? Instead of seeing the frames on the TV screen, reality embodies each frame as itself.

We are looking for the ultimate truth or explanation to life. To understand ultimate truth we need to explore our ideas of what we think reality is. To explore reality we must first release any pre-conceived notions. Be aware that when you transition into the next dimension or degree of consciousness it's very radical. When people say it's like waking up from the dream, it's true however the ego (you) will not be able to understand this. To give a mental image of what the transition is like, imagine a character inside a video game. If this character lived his entire life as the video game character he is never going to understand what he looks like from the gamer's perspective. That is exactly what is happening in your life, as you move through each day, you're on this human auto-pilot. To turn off auto-pilot is very scary idea because even your own thoughts are connected to the human auto-pilot. That is what we are talking about when we say awakening. It's that ability to see from the gamer's perspective, seeing the graphics on the screen of a television from inside the television as the video-game character. The paradox however is that when you awaken and can see from a gamer's perspective that everything is just like a video-game, it will still appear from your first person perspective. A lot of people call it seeing Nothingness, but I feel as though calling it seeing the graphics of the video-game works best for me. You are so inside the game that you take the graphicness for granted and it appears static and material. Exercise 1. Imagine how this video game character is inside the game and has no idea he's being controlled by the gamer. 2. Imagine that he becomes aware of the gamer's perspective of the screen and he is able to realize he's made out of the screen's pixels. 3. Realize now that you are in the same situation, you are just like the video game character who is trying to see how he's part of the game, not separate from other pixels from a first person perspective.
