  1. I stopped meditating and visualization as well, I sleep and watch movies, I stopped going for running as well, I have seen many deaths and pain of people in the hospital and these things keeps revolving in my head, I am not exactly sure on how to move on,

I am 23 year's old, I graduated and i am in a corporate job and i am working in the organization for almost a year and i really hate my job, I am in software industry and the kind of work which i am doing, i really don't like my job at all, I have to push myself and I am unable to take decision to move on, I have a fear of job security as the job pays my bills, I want to learn other stuffs such as teaching software development on YouTube to help younger people, i also want to learn different technologies, i want to be financial independent such as learning stock market, investing money, travelling, changing my job in big companies like Google, Facebook and work in my domain which i like and much more, I have so many things in my mind that I end of doing nothing, I have a tiring job as well, I get tired at the end of the day that i don't have motivation as well, I have been recently diagnosed with dengue and I procrastinate all day, I don't know how i should move on, if someone have gone through such situation, It will be pleasure if you can guide me through this.
  3. @ajasatya How can i start enjoying process? As you said you have gone through this, What procedure did you followed to deconstruct them.
  4. @ajasatya I think I am always in a hurry and i am quite goal oriented, I don't enjoy the process rather than i focus more on achieving goal, and I think this is the reason for my impatience and this results a distraction as i don't enjoy process.
  5. @ajasatya I did and I was thinking about movies and i wanted to move as soon as possible and wanted to distract myself from anything which allows me not sit idle and do nothing. I was feeling impatient.
  6. @B_Naz I started procrastinating and wasting time on movies rather to focus on my work.

I always get distracted from what wanted to do, I am 21 year old and I am in programming industry, I actually wanted to learn some important stuff which will improve my career and i also wanted to work on my personal stuff such as meditation, developing habit of reading books, daily exercise but Within few days, I get distracted from everything, I tried it for the 4th time and I failed. What thing I am missing right now, should i need to work on my subconscious level ?
  8. Due to my exam, I wasn't able to give time to my reading and data science, but now I am free and I will again start pursuing my journey to be successful again.
  9. Things I have done today:- 1. Studied for getting into NIT. 2. Meditated. 3. Exercise done for 20 minutes. 4. Data Structure and algorithms done. Things I haven't done:- 1. I haven't read about Data Science. 2. No book Reading. I need to improve certain things:- 1. I have to increase my duration so that I can study more and use Pomodoro Technique. 2. I need to control my thoughts while meditation as I get distracted easily. 3. I need to be aware towards my goal throughout the day. CAN SOMEBODY REFER ME SOME GOOD BOOK, WHICH WILL HELP ME WHILE ACHIEVING THIS GOAL?
  10. I am in my 20's and I decided that I will start taking small steps towards my goals, I have decided to update this journal consistently. Goals for three months:- 1. Getting admission in NIT 2. Daily 20 minutes meditation 3. Daily 20 minutes running and exercise. 4. 1 hour for data structure and algorithms 5. 1 hour for Data Science. 6. 1 hour Book Reading.
