  1. Yes, saw your replies in the other thread. Will link it here in case someone in the future finds this thread via search function, etc. +1 @Emerald That metaphor made a lot of sense to me. I find your advice/replies on any topics here thorough and thoughtful (from my perspective), so I don’t want to go through the same questions you answered in other threads. Thus: So regarding the female experience / life as a female: what’s something you haven’t / haven’t seen discussed on this forum? Maybe sth you feel strongly about and/or @everyone else If you have sth like that, you can of course share as well. If that’s too broad of a question for now, what advice would you give your 20 years old self regarding femininity/living as a woman in 21st century society? (Asking for my gf.) Maybe some things you found important learning about (feminism, divine feminine, ... idk). If even that’s too broad, I’ll try to come up with some good targeted questions later. Hard to ask about what idk idk. @flume and @flowboy . Yess David Deida. @Megan Alecia Thanks for the idea with the journals. @Preety_India ? Think I’m gonna gather some of the replies from this thread and others and put them in some journal in the journals section to have them all in one place. Mean I got some history regarding ehm insecurities, RedPill, Pick-Up, neediness, social awkwardness, loneliness, ... gains and losses, and warped perspectives. @Recursoinominado “And you just ignored it.” — not really, I listened lots of them (Todd, Owen, Max, Julien, ... The Naturals, ... Roosh, Rollo, Goldmund, ..., David Tian, Tom Torero, Coach Corey Wayne). But I’m curious enough to listen to everyone.
  2. Understanding for understanding’s sake, mostly. I wanna get what it’s like, how it differs from what I experience and is unique about it. And based on understanding treating them better. There’s some sexuality and relationship motivation in the motivation mix (Basically that question arose for me cause I have no f* clue how girl think about dating, life, their place in the universe, ... and I wondered...). So would you want to answer some questions, or not? Cause you said: If yes, did you think about me just asking specific questions or anything else in mind? If so, and you find it relevant, would you elaborate on why the other 70–75% of women aren’t open to some PUA-methods? (because they’re too selfish and it ends up hurting her?) And yeah. Remember watching Teal’s vid on how women feel fear daily, and thus live with brevity. Was quite a shift compassion-wise. How true is it though?
  3. Heard it often. Didn’t ask how to catch em. (sounds like Pokémon)
  4. @Etherial Cat @Brittany If you found those to actually be good tools, please report back and let is all know.
  5. What is “design”? I don’t know how to clearly articulate this video theme yet: The act of how humans design, and how it serves the ego. If you got insights you consider worth sharing on that. Like convenience built into apps, etc. require less discipline, ... How design of visuals is kinda used in a way tailored to common perception and serves as like creating a paradigm lock, ... like a more unified way of perceiving, ... Structures like barriers etc. built which all relate back to what goes on in the dynamics of the ego of people/groups and survival. ... like how human creations are designed in with ego mechanisms, or serve ego purposes. As survival mechanisms.
  6. There’s some science done on MBTI by a guy named Dr Dario Nardi. Says that INFJs enter more of a whole brain zen like state when they encounter new ideas. Which is totally different from when most other types would experience it (with something familiar). Found this one a quite enlightening look into INFJs: https://www.typeinmind.com/nife
  7. This thread: Gathering ideas about how AI, VR, robotics, ... (what else?) could be used to elevate mankind. Here's a nice one, that already exists: Overview Effect Austronaut's experience in VR for the masses, by IONS (Institute of Noetic Sciences) https://store.steampowered.com/app/1445700/The_Edgar_Mitchell_Overview_Effect_VR_Experience/
  8. AI used for deeper contemplation, where you can engage in dialogue and it asks high quality questions. (possible used for coaching, clarifyig emotions, ...)
  9. A list of the most useful metaphors for understanding reality, some of which you explain in the video. Others you may or may not foreshadow will come in future videos. Or Understanding Metaphors (might go well with the future Abstractions episode) (You already shared many...) Like: Multifaceted Diamond Kaleidoscope (... damn, it took me two years after the Stage Yellow video til I some day grokked it today haha) ... Titles suggestions: Everything’s is a metaphor. Here’s why ... Best Metaphors for Understanding All of Reality The Top Twenty Metaphors to Understanding All of Life — The Ultimate List How to use Metaphors properly to understand reality ... btw. what’s the existence of a metaphor a metaphor of? What are possible distinctions? Metaphor vs Simile vs ... Metaphor vs Maps ?
  10. Hey there. Seems we both became interested in pursuing coaching for our life purpose at nearly the same time In the couple weeks I did research I luckily discovered some great resources. Some are paid though. evercoach (from Mindvalley) - this one has amazing free guides to coaching and the business of coaching - also offers two books which come with courses (personally bought them recently, didn’t get a chance to look into it) - do offer some free courses there - also videos on their TYchannel Eben Pagan and James Mel offer coach training and there’s some free stuff from his Virtual Coach Program and more. Podcast wise: 1 Insight by Rich Litvin iPec Podcast maybe (One Idea Away) Other sources. Leo’s page somewhere on actualized.org where he writes a little about the difference between Coaching, Consulting and Therapy. In case you didn’t stumble upon it already. And some of Leo’s Life Coaching Threads on the forum. Care to expand on the “outdated” part? I’m curious. Got two of those bools already.
  11. How about creating a small list ourselves for now? We can sort out "the best" or highest priority to learn afterward. Maybe here or somewhere else on the forum. Spiral Dynamics Integral Theory Ego Development Theroy (9 Stages of Ego Development) Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Levels of Energy model, by Frederick Dodson and David Hawkins Chakra System (Personality:) Myers-Briggs Type Indicator The Enneagram That model Leo shared on "Life's Chapters and Stages" (based on iPEC) ...
  12. Did you do the LPC? If yes, you could possible go from abstract to concrete and take some educated guesses. that's one I see you could go... sth else? When you're really motivated, what gets you going? Do you have an idea? Great!
  13. How science is stuck in the categories of the mind. Once example I found mindblowing to ponder (I from a video on Leo's blog, paraphrased here) was that man and women aren't objectively real. That chromosomes, etc. are just begging the questions. That first we humans had the category of man/woman in mind and then used science to prove they were real, which essentially is question begging.
  14. another title suggestion: (Develop) Mindblowing Mastery through Modeling
  15. The important distinctions and concepts around modeling. After being mentioned in the end of “Should I Go To College” researched it a little. Listened to some interviews with Wyatt Woodsmall on it and he blows my mind! The potential of this, just imagine our education system would work with modeling! (btw. does anyone know where to actually purchase Wyatt’s course on modeling?) Title suggestions: Learning = Modeling — Fast track to massive skill How to learn anything in half the time — Modeling Modeling — How to become a learn the skills of the greatest Modeling — Being a Copycat is a Superpower Using Modeling to Learn 2x faster and become an Expert Learning x 2 = Modeling
  16. There was a time I was looking into that stuff (EMFs, ...). Most interview I heard on the subject adressed that point "It's non-ionising radiation" (as well as "Too little energy to heat you up.") - given I luckily listened to the ones that didn't feel like conspiracy thinking with no evidence behind it. - The argument: It's another pathway / mechanism, it isn't either heat nor must the radiation be ionising, it works through a different mechanism. (Mercola interviewed a scientist talking about VCCGs (voltage gated calcium channels) ) https://www.emfsa.co.za/videos/dr-martin-pall-to-the-nih-the-5g-rollout-is-absolutely-insane/ The main pattern I saw happening: Many who say it doesn't have any effect (people I saw online) didn't do any research on the topic and their talking points are "there's no thermal damage, it's not ionising, so it can't." Which isn't adressing the concerns of people talking about adverse effects ("non-thermal damage", "standards different around the world and not safe"...). And these are the main arguments I saw from people talking about adverse effect of EMFs. (Would find it way nicer when they were to open their minds, listen to the actual arguments made and do more science around the topic to check the actual arguments being made and find out new stuff.) It's like people know and have seen the "5G/EMF is dangerous" on Alex Jones or sth, but don't take the possibility serious that there may be actual scientists and people who aren't into conspiratorial thinking AND research those and actually go find those. Plus, I'm pretty confident you can find studies on smartphone usage near the head and blood cells clotting together. Any other claims, idk. @Blackhawk What counts as evidence for you? https://ecfsapi.fcc.gov/file/7520958029.pdf (page 5 or 79, and others) ? Ideally I would have done the science myself and directly experienced it, but I didn't have the balls yet to put three wifi-routers and a cellphone around my head. That would be the clearest way to tell and end any discussions (if no more narratives are stricken around it). If that's not convincing to open the mind to the possibility and you're interested in finding what's up with this, then research yourself. Don't expect a gold standard post that can't be nitpicked to be written by "busy" people on some random forum, but go out of your normal way to explore. (and no, I don't mean there's no woo or people who try use the fear to market you magical stuff necklaces, or people just believing in 5G = Bad because of conspiracy thinking and no scepticism... I see that element being there.) There's also some older threads on this forum on this topic with more examples, etc. ... That being said, if there's anyone here actually having looked extensively into it and has come up with any conclusions, please share. I'd like to get some rebuttal on the vccgs, blood clotting, etc.
  17. So where so hippies and bohemians etc. hang out online? Etsy.com? Might be worth to test it out and put your ebook there for download, too.
  18. Love it. Probably the third time I see it on the forum.
  19. See title of this post. Which one would you recommend doing (implementing as a habit) first? And why?
  20. It's not exactly books, but find it valuable nonetheless: Also it looks like Eben Pagan sells 8 of his business courses for 1$ on black friday; Google a little and you'll find his facebook announcements of the last years. Hope he does it again this year.
  21. @Rasheed You may be lucky now. Looks like Eben Pagan (Yellow Thinker, online business, marketing, money psychology, ...) in the last years sold 8 of his courses (usually 800$+) for 1$ on black friday. I really hope he does it again this year, wanna buy it. Google "Eben Pagan Black Friday" and you'll find his Facebook announcement of the last years, usually the last date was on 25-17.11 .
  22. https://buddhism.stackexchange.com/ Leo shared this one once on his blog. Skeptico forum maybe too
  23. Found this site online: MyNoteTakingNerd http://mynotetakingnerd.com/blog/mynotetakingnerd-welcomes-new-visitors/ http://mynotetakingnerd.com/blog/marketing-notes-page/ http://mynotetakingnerd.com/blog/live-with-the-nerd/ The guys who run it share some of the notes they took on lots and lots of Marketing, Business and Self-Help Seminars, and some of it is free (still a lot). Multiple Eben Pagan seminars, Tony Robbins, Dan Kennedy ... You'll find some gems if you manage to click through the site (and the regular picture that makes you wonder why the hell it is on a blog post). Enjoy.
  24. Oh, and btw. if any of that sounds ridiculous or the advice isn't much good, feel free to give feedback. I wanna learn too. Good luck!
