@Arhattobe Everytime i go near a person or even an animal they sense my presence and immediately stare at me. I don't look at people anymore because it's too overwhelming.

I have been doing classic meditation 2 years now. 1 week ago i found about holotropic breathwork. It's MIND BLOWING , i LOVE it. I do it evey day now. Can i do it every day or is it dangerous? Thank you.

Even when you get enlightened you will still feel emotions etc but there will a massive shift in your consciousness. Words can't describe. Just keep doing the practices and don't analyze it.

Hello everyone. I hope you are ok. So i live in a house with a sister of mine. We don't get along so well. Today i had a dream of my sister throwing a cup at me with the intention to hurt me really bad. And she was very very angry. Does it mean anything? I can't find an answer. Thank you.

@PsiloPutty Yes i want to do it at least 1 hour every day. I remember in a video Leo said to do holotropic breathwork once a month or once a week but he didn't mention doing it every day, idk why .
