@kieranperez yeah, English is not my native language, so by "ego growth back" I meant that my level of consciousness goes down. Anyway, good luck in your journey

Microdosing (md) is amazing tool. Md helps me in socializing, makes me more loving and creative. I think there is no such thing as lasting growth. If I do spiritual practices, md, full doses, reading spiritual stuff, watching Leo I feel I grow. How fast I grow depends on intensity and variety of tools which I use. If I do nothing from this I feel how my ego growth back. md doesn't give such a rapid growth as a full dose, but still it's amazing tool. So, my suggestion would be to use as much tools as possible (including md, of course, only if it resonates with you).

If meditation doesn't resonate with you maybe try other tools: • Kriya yoga • Psychedelics On the theory side, you can read emotional mastery section in the Leo's book list. -

Is it fair to have the analogy of video game? The One character plays all game characters simultaneously (including all things in the game). If one game character dies the Real character may add another game character to the game or none. -

I had the glimpse that we are all One on my last LSD trip. It was scary and my mind started to shout: "I don't want to know it. Please, please, please, I want to forget.". Also, there was a feeling of liberation afterwards. You create everything, so you are free to create anything. So, I stopped doing full dose of psychodelics for a some time and now I am ready again. -

I have tried guided meditations for the fist time (well, not counting meditations on Vipassana retreat) and quite liked it, thank you. I have tried so far: • Kiss the Toad • Being Aware of Being Aware is the Highest Meditation Todo: • Pouring Emptiness into the Body So, I basically can google "Rupert Spira guided meditations" and do any of them. But do you want to suggest other teacher for guided meditations, so I have some variety? -
I want to share a simple technique which I use for about half a year and it worked quite well so far. It's called "coin flipping". If my monkey-mind can't choose between two options after giving thought to it - I just flip a coin. Let's say I can't decide which socks to wear - blue or red? I just say head of coin is red socks and tail is blue. Then I just flip a coin. It worked for me with simple choices like go home or continue to walk, or go to some place or not. Also, it worked with more serious stuff like to tell a person something or not, to buy something or not. Nothing is random in the Universe including flipping a coin. You just need to have more trust in process. I imagine this is the way how my higher self helps me to make a right choice.

Good morning @flowboy Little motivation for you:
-
Funny story: once I had to wake at 3.30am in order to run 21 km before the work.
-
Cool. In my experience to wake up early becomes easier after doing that for a few weeks, but you have to know what exactly you want to do in the morning, otherwise there is a danger to fell asleep. Oh, you motivated me to try to waking up earlier again. I need to think about it. It's much harder to do with a small kid.
-
Waking up early morning is so amazing habit to build, from this habit may stem so much other amazing habits. In summer 2018 I was waking up till around 6 am for about 3 month. I was meditating or jogging, or doing some fitness. It was a great time and I was super productive. I hope you keep this habit longer than I did in 2018.

Ah, I remembered myself on the day after my first Vipassana retreat this year, what a great time. Have you achieved "free flow"? I was able once to sit 2 hour without moving. I wanted to continue Vipassana after the retreat, but unfortunately I couldn't, since it requires too much time to sustain the results achieved on retreat (e.g. the ability to have a free flow quite easily).

Haha, nice one. -
Haha, yes! I am also a little bit confused even after making a big research on the topic. Maybe this is the answer: Let go of desire to control it, let it be, love it.
-
I am glad you guys open to this technique If somebody told me about such technique one year ago I would probably laugh and call it at least 'silly'. But after trying psychodelics, attempting Vipassana retreat, meditations AND feeling synchronicity everywhere I am sure this technique works.

@Mezanti I think that microdosing triggers neurogenesis, but it is too shallow. For a real permanent change the full dose of psychedelics (at least few trips) is needed . But anyway microdosing is amazing tool. My ideal arsenal of tools (from practical view point) are: microdosing + meditation + from time to time a full dose.
-
Microdosing is beautiful, mushrooms or lsd. It helps with socializing, mood-boosting, creativity, empathy, integrity. Has somebody suggested "do nothing" meditation to you? So, you don't need to focus on anything.

Cool technique -
Definitely, a hope arises for a serious stuff.
-
@Harikrishnan thanks for suggestion. The coin result was always correlating with want I want so far.
-
@Serotoninluv I honestly don't know. I think I choose it spontaneously right before the coin flipping. But it seems I always put the "right choice" to my favorite side of coin.
