I am glad you guys open to this technique If somebody told me about such technique one year ago I would probably laugh and call it at least 'silly'. But after trying psychodelics, attempting Vipassana retreat, meditations AND feeling synchronicity everywhere I am sure this technique works.

@Mezanti I think that microdosing triggers neurogenesis, but it is too shallow. For a real permanent change the full dose of psychedelics (at least few trips) is needed . But anyway microdosing is amazing tool. My ideal arsenal of tools (from practical view point) are: microdosing + meditation + from time to time a full dose.

Microdosing is beautiful, mushrooms or lsd. It helps with socializing, mood-boosting, creativity, empathy, integrity. Has somebody suggested "do nothing" meditation to you? So, you don't need to focus on anything.

Today I am 30. I found Leo only in November 2018. Thank you Leo so much. I think my life improved quite a lot. I found more friends, I improved relationships with my parents, my wife. But the most important thing - I found direction in life and what this reality is all about. Yesterday I decided to be 100 open to my wife and said her about my 5-Meo-DMT trip and LSD trips, that I am going to continue to do LSD from time to time for spiritual growth. So far so good, she was fine with that. Anyway, wish me anything.

You never know until you try I did it backward. First a high dose of 5-leo-dmt and then a few full trips of lsd. I would say lsd trips are awesome and nice, but they are not going to prepare you to 5-meo-dmt that much, it's a different experience. I just suggest to follow what Leo suggested with starting from a low dose. If you feel you are ready for such a life change and really want to try 5-leo-dmt, then why not.
