  1. Finished reading Eternity Now by Francis Lucille, really enjoyed it. A lot of moments like: "Yes!! It's exactly like that". Started to read The Multi-Orgasmic Man by Mantak Chia, Douglas Abrams. That's the book where I learn a lot of new things ?

  3. @Corpus Re-dosing while smoking is so cheap/simple, no need to "jump" through fears. Start always small and increase in the same session until a breakthrough. That was my point. What is "small" for you it's another question, 5mg is manageable for me, not a breakthrough. I am open to the possibility that my smoking technique is not the most effective but so it can be for any other person. 5-MeO is not trivial at all, amazing substance

  6. I feel the urge to share a few tips regarding 5-MeO. I am not, by all means, a professional psychonaut. This is advice for newbies smoking 5-MeO I use an oil pipe and torch lighter for smoking 5-MeO in a freebase form. My advice mostly regarding the fear before the trip. First of all, do the 5-MeO when you feel the best, I usually do it after a cold shower or Wim Hof breathing. I do it in silence. One tip is at the beginning of the trip you may concentrate on deep breathing to calm yourself down. Another tip, say to yourself: "It's all good", "I am God", "I am Love", "It's a Dream", "I love you". The main tip is: you can smoke a few times in a row. Smoke 5mg at the beginning, after smoking just 5mg the fear will decrease significantly then you can smoke 10mg... So, you can start from a really low dose, you can even repeat this low dose a few times, and then increase the dosage until a breakthrough. I find one breakthrough in one session is really enough.   7. @OBEler yes, at the come up stage you can concentrate on breathing to calm yourself down. But on the peak, you let go fully, it's just your dream, so doesn't really matter. Trust in yourself, it's all good, nothing to worry about. 5-MeO may just help you to realize that this is actually the case.
  8. @AlwaysJoggin how do you meditate? Just sit in silence with closed eyes and straight back and put attention on the breath, breath from the stomach. Whenever you catch yourself going into thinking return the attention to deep breathing, relax the body. That's all, as simple as that. How meditation can make you depressed? Only the thoughts about meditation can make you depressed. If you feel that this is not the right time for you to meditate – do not. Meditation is supposed to help you to let go when you think you are going to die, so you don't have a panic attack, not the other way around. Find whatever relaxes you and do this as meditation. Personally, cooking cappuccino in the morning literally a meditation practice to me.

  12. @Breakingthewall The only "should" which I would suggest is to relax, deep breath, do what feels good. By doing so you are allowing so to speak Infinite Intelligence to guide you, take care of everything, as simple as that.

  17. You'll never know until you try. Psychedelics as a tool for spiritual growth, combining with regular spiritual practices, may definetely help to realize that there is no "me", "body" or "outside" ? It even may help to realize that there is no psychedelics. Everything is you.

  19. Enlightenment is the self-realization of who you are. Death is a lie. Dream/Life is endless and it's you. Yes! Keep going to tell this story, be optimistic, you can do it!!!!! You think you are stuck, but you are not, this is a lie. There are no problems with pursuing materialistic goals, don't blame yourself, be easy on yourself. Meditate every morning before doing anything else, 1 hour, enjoy it, to be sure with the beliefs. ?❤️

  23. @Espaim did you have a breakthrough with DMT? I only did a low dosage of DMT, but can imagine it should be something similar to 5-MeO (if you don't have many visuals).
