Yes, in can be said like that ? There is no 'you', a separate entity that controls something. To have a control you should have at least two objects, but there is only one (a.k.a. Non-Duality) ?

Great to hear bro. What is "my own", "for me", is it undeniably True? Can you find the separate entity in the direct experience that declares "this is my own conscience", "there are others"?

How this idea feels to you? Do you feel joy/peace/happiness/abundance or do you feel fear/lack/neediness while thinking about it? If it feels like fear you can show the?to every "fear-based" idea and be happy.
