  1. @AdamR95 In most of the cases there is a strong tendency to believe that you a separate entity, then it's enlightening to push to absolute view. In rare cases there is clinging to absolute view & dismissing relative view which is a duality by itself. In that case it's enlightening to show that relative view has the same "validity" as absolute view. In all the cases the words are just pointers, so it's more important to have fun, rather than one "right" approach. "right" view is a lie by itself.
  2. Roughly speaking there are only 2 ways: there is strengthening the belief in separation or loosening it. The culture/society already strengthened it. Keep inquiring by doing a meditation practice and other spiritual means, who "knows" that you don't exist. It's not a lalaland understanding, investigate the direct experience. Godspeed.

  5. @knakoo There is no enlightened person. Everything happens in you, experienced by you, made out of you. You are Meditation. ?
  6. @Vision What's the point of anything? To enjoy it! Meditation practice is a hell of enjoyment.
  7. @levani It's impossible to increase consciousness. You can just realize that you are consciousness. Relax the attention to what is not changing in the direct experience as often as possible. ?

  9. Enlightenment is not personal, and you are already enlightened. The only thing that stops you from realizing that is identification with a person. I meditate every day for 1 hour, it's truly a miracle. It may appear to be hard. Once it's clearly noticed it's the easiest 'thing' ever; you don't need to do anything since there is no you. ?

  11. What if you let go the ideas about ego death, glimpses, higher levels of Jhana, etc. What if you let go the expectation that meditation should take you somewhere. What if you start doing the meditation practice just for the sake of enjoying the experience of meditating. What if you start relaxing attention on attention during the day as often as possible. What if you start doing what feels good more often, like singing, dancing, cycling, walking in nature, etc. What dreams may come.
  12. @Gabith Deep breath, relax. Try to relax attention on attention, do not engage in a thought "I feel bad", "I don't have people". You are the whole experience, pure miracle. ??
  13. There is no "my friends", especially there is no "aren't awake friends", that's a story, dream. Everything is you, you are Consciousness, Consciousness can't be not awake, wake up! ?

  17. @Kel Varnsen Life is the teacher. The only 'problem' is by identifying yourself to a separate person you can't listen life properly, there is some distortion. By believing to more ideas without investigation of the direct experience there is more distortion. Relaxation, gratitude, doing what feels good, spiritual practices suppose to decrease distortion. Peace is always here, but you can't see it from a separate person viewpoint. You are life.
