  1. @Serotoninluv liked the analogy. Oh, I am going to a vipassana retreat in one week, but my name is not Paul. Thank you All for contribution. We are all One... dream
  2. I try to be more specific. I've read the "letting go" book. There wasn't any specific technique, so I used the Sedona method which questions a feeling and trying to let it go. Now I am wondering whether this is the suboptimal approach. Maybe, the better approach would be to put the awareness on feeling and stay with it as much as possible, without trying to resist feeling. Am I getting the "letting go" technique right?
  3. 20ug on Friday − that was a wonderful day. With 10ug I still could do something − like cook steaks, with 20ug − that was a day of enjoying nature, writing mini-poems, relaxing. I think I am going to stick to 20ug once per few weeks. I was able to get the insight about my relationship.
  4. That was an interesting experience. I had better focus, felt overall more happy (a similar experience to armodafinil) for the first 4-5 hours. Then I was walking in the forest with my friend and there was a moment like I am almost lost myself (similar experience when I smoked a lot of weed), the feeling of time was a bit lost. It was a bit scary, but I tried to surrender as much as possible. Overall I was more relaxed and felt more love to people for 8-9 hours. That's the non-sense which I wrote after the first hour of taking microdose: I am okay with everything We are in a dream. Humanity tests the boundaries (laws) of this dream. If someone asks long enough to change a law, the law may be changed if it's interesting enough to be experienced. Even better when more actors in the dream asks for the law. Let me give an example. Somebody dreamed about flying cars. Then the idea of flying cars infected more people. More people dreamed about it and eventually, it was manifested into a first plain. So, before the dream of the person in this reality, there weren't any flying cars. What if people have dreams in order to influence the current dream? Since all dreams are essentially the same thing (due to one source) one experience from one dream may be transferred to another dream.
  5. "An evening dream − everything must have been an illusion; I cannot explain clearly even one part of what I saw. Yet in the dream it seemed as if the truth were in front of my eyes. This morning, awake, is it not the same dream?" − Ryoken
  6. The Sedona method suggests a few questions to let feeling go: may I allow the feeling to be? could I let it go? would I let it go? when? Is it resistance or letting go?
  7. Finished reading the book today. I could see immediate results after doing more appreciation of the people around me. Some time ago I started to read a book about the Sedona method, read 1/3 of the book and switched to this book. I feel it was useful to know the Sedona method before reading the book. I could immediately apply the method in places where David R. suggested to let something go. I liked the book.
  8. @28 cm unbuffed hey I was doing every day "doing nothing" meditation for six weeks or so before the retreat. I think I started from 20 minutes and after a month or so I found my favorite spot on 45 minutes for one session. Good luck.
  9. @Mezanti thank you for making me laugh
  10. @Viking what was the toughest day for you? So, I can relax after that day.
  11. Thank you, this is useful to me. About 'no talking'.. there is talk with teacher in case of questions, right? So, strictly speaking, there is low chance to be silent for 10 days.
  12. Hah. I was doing Talabya Kriya with a mirror. And somehow after 10 reps or so I realized how making suction. Thanks to my Higher Guru. ?❤️
  13. I am excited to try something new. I had a fear before, but after 2-days solo micro-retreat the fear is gone. Yeah, to bring chair would be a tough task. But I am wondering whether they usually have some additional goodies for meditation so I can comfortably meditate.
  14. Thank you for the thread, I am going to my first retreat in 2 weeks. Somebody in the different thread suggested to watch "What is Actuality?" video before the retreat. I received the email from the retreat: > Please do not forget to bring cushions for mediation, house shoes and bedding with you. I usually meditate on my sleep pillow and/or chair, so I am going to take my pillow with me. Should I buy a specific cushion for meditation and bring with me?
  15. I do Talabya Kriya wrongly. I can’t make suction thing to glue tongue to the top of mouth. I have small cracks on my tongue the whole life maybe that’s why, I do not know. Any suggestions? Should I drop Kriya?
  16. Inspired by our leader I am planning to have my first 2-days solo retreat next weekend. Basically, do "do nothing" meditation, mindfulness through labeling, concentration, some kind of self-inquiry. No internet, computer, phone, writing, reading − just be for 2 days. I am planning to do intermittent fasting and cook for this period on Friday. Also, I am thinking about going to walk for an hour or so in a forest every day. How does it sound? Does it make sense to do such a short retreat? Any advice? PS: I am planning to go to Vipassana retreat in April. Maybe, it will help to prepare.
  17. @moon777light not many.. apart from the realization of how hard to be in Now for me.. I also realized my deep sexual desires. After micro-retreat I went to center and walked in a main street. It was so beautiful. I saw a lot of details, that was hidden for me before. It was easier to look into people eyes and smile.
  18. I started to meditate only 3 weeks ago. 2 minutes of concentration and then 20-40 minutes of "do nothing". Now I started to experience for a few seconds some interesting stuff. It's hard to describe but I'll try. It feels like energy goes from my bottom body to head and up and my mind frequency is going up. It's a little weird and scary feeling, so after a few seconds, the mind tries to return to a regular state and everything goes back to normal. On the other hand, the experience is pleasant. Also, at the beginning of meditation if I look into some particular point everything starts to move in waves a little bit, but then mind tries to rationalize it and waves disappear. Just wanted to share my experience. Maybe I need to create a journal instead.
  19. Thank you. @noselfnofun yes. Now I am not afraid to go to Vipassana retreat, start Kriya yoga.
