Has anybody read this book? If so do you think the advice is useful and valid?

I would like to hear your opinion on his values and view on money.

I don’t understand why y’all are so against pickup. In my opinion you should meet women and have sex with them if you like but don’t neglect their emotions and don’t let your main goal of approaching be puting your dick in her. Just don’t be pushy and be conscious of how she is feeling and reacting while you are interacting with her. But if you feel like fucking and she does aswell then go for it. But I wouldn’t really worry about getting arrested if you don’t come across like complete freak.

For a while now i didn’t create any meaningful connections or relationships with people. I feel somewhat different and awkward opposed to other individuals in our society. Although I don’t have any problems with talking to people i have a real problem with creating a true conversation where a person truly meets me and real connections are made. I had many great opportunities to create a relationship with a woman but my inability to open up was holding me back. I don’t know what to do. Although i am aware of this situation it is not easy to fix it. I feel like my personality is not really developed enough. I am well educated in subjects of spirituality and nonduality but I am having a problem with including this in my personality since it could really weird people out. I am 17 years old

Fair point It is not like i am suffering because i am beating myself for not being social. But i do recognize that a change in my view on humans and realtionships must occur. Since i have been quite isolated for a while and i was rationalizing my situation by saying that i don’t want to create relationships and interactions with people who aren’t into spirituality or aren’t as open minded... But you still have a point since if I would’ve been let go to a significant degree i wouldn’t have these problems.

@Maya_0 @Leo Gura @Brenzo2 Thankyou all! @How to be wise I don’t feel lonely or even awkward but i feel different. Becausa i am young i feel like i should be connecting with people more. But I don’t want to isolate myself because of being different and since true spirituality is very rare in todays society and especially with people my age i find it hard to really connect with others. But i guess the problem is more in me lacking social skill and authenticity.

@bejapuskas Yeah some great points there! I completely agree with the fact that teacher can’t really do everything for you. And i am really not criticizing Leo since he is truly fucking amazing. And yeah you might be right about his downgrade from attachment.

@bejapuskas ok he does. But what i was aiming at is that he doesn’t really give an alternative of how you should go about life. I mean he does to a degree and this is why I can’t talk any shit about leo. But he doesn’t really emphasize it much. Ty really gives you a kick in the ass as far as this goes.

@bejapuskas yes i feel good when i’m dipping my toes into nondual awareness but this whole enlightenment is rubbing against my ego real hard so I can’t really say. Another thing i agree with Tj is spiritual ideology. I am not saying leo is some kind of spiritual ideologue and neither am i saying you are but leo doesn’t really emphasize this part that much which can make younger viewers deluded.

Actually i think Ty has a very healthy ego. Although he does say some shit about leo and his work i really don’t think he is doing it to feel one up. Some of his critique of leo is very valid in my opinion. For example he often points out how depressed are the people from actualized.org and you know what i am not surprised. The thing is that leos content is very high quality and is also very philosophical. And I can’t even say that it is missing anything but i can say that his content is not a guideline for happines. The content Tj puts out has a much more practical value and is better for young audience in my opinion. Leos content is great for younger audience aswell but if you are young and don’t really have much experience and no life purpose the content Tj produces can give you great pointers for your life. But i still think Leos consciousness is much more developed than Tjs

I was suffering from headaches since i was little. I tryed many different things but one thing that actually helped me was acupuncture. Since then I haven’t had any more migraines.

Does anybody have any experience with combining LSD and MDMA? I heard many trip reports about this bot none from well developed people spiritually. Basically i am interested whether this is something you would recommend or not. Because psychedelics can often be accompanied with confusion i would like to know whether this combo would make a clearer and more relaxed experience or just a bigger mindfuck and even more uncontrollable.

Humans usually characterize themselves as rational beings but we are often not as rational as we think we are. I found a very good example of this on youtube. Example: Sam is looking at Steve and Steve is looking at Pam. Sam is married and Pam is unmarried. Is a married person looking at an unmarried person? a) yes b) no c) not enough information post your answers bellow. I will reveal the correct answer in an hour. the correct andwer is yes. Although we don’t know whether Steve is married or not the answer is yes. Because in case of Steve being married he as a married person would be looking at pam (unmarried). Now if Steve wasn’t married there would be Sam (married) looking at him.

I will be having a meditation retreat and I thought about using a psychedelic last night before finishing. So i would like to know which psychedelic will give me best results and will be the least confusing. I know 5-meo is a pill to enlightenment but I don’t have acces to it. So what would you recommend.

@Leo Gura yeah you are probably right especially about meditation which I’ve been slacking with lately. The biggest problem are these uncontrolable thoughts, feelings and sounds going on in my head. It is just like certain phrases repeating themselves on and on and there is nothing i can do about it. Do you think these things go away when you start becoming more conscious in your daily life or is the problem in the dosage and the type of psychedelic.

@Leo Gura yeah true... although i’ve don lsd and it si much more clear and a bit less confusing than shrooms. I also believe it will effect me way differently after a couple days of meditation and doing nothing than previously, since i’ve never done it like that. I am also interested in 2-cb and how it is. The biggest problem for me about psychedelics and especially shrooms is just how disabled and confused i get.
