  1. Fun little video putting the wealth of Jeff bezos into perspective. R.I.P Byron anyways. He was treating his depression with mushrooms and his psychologist told him he does not support his decision.
  2. I've done 2-3g of Psilocybe cubensis and I was afraid of the same. I didn't know what to expect from a mushroom trip which is kind of irresponsible from me. But I felt relatively sane during the trip so I did end up sitting in my 5th floor balcony looking down at people walking by. Didn't desire to hop or anything
  3. @Phyllis Wagner you just got yourself a big money idea. Scale the business of un-sticking peoples pans (?)
  4. I had the same issue until i learned to cook on lower heat. Also good ammounts of coconut oil help. And adding a little water so the pan is never dry heat. My topp 3 cooking tips for ya
  5. I love having some shrimps or mussels from time to time. But recently I've seen videos of those Thai waste consuming shrimp farms and ugh... Also I realized mussels are pretty much livers in a shell. They are like a filter for all the crap that's in the water. So goodbye my shramps. Or can anyone here link some good resources on how to pick the right seafood without breaking the piggy bank?
  6. This video " Exposes" Napoleon Hill as the biggest con artist . I have no idea about any kind of proof but I feel this fits here
  7. Leaked blog post of kyLeo after 30 day strong determination Ketamine retreat ( just kidding ) ?
  8. I had some mild heart palpitations after 8 hours on 1/4 th tab of modafinil. I take 300 mg L-theanine, Lions mane, bacopa monnieri, and ginkgo biloba ( + omega 3 and vitamins ) and I don't feel any side effects. Maybe a little gut irritability as the vitamin c pill sits in the gut for hours and hours. When I took L-theanine and a cup of coffe I had INMENSE ammounts of physical energy for like 1 hour and then I had severe restlesness and heart palpitations for the next 6 hours or so. I do not recommend mixing this if you are as sensible to caffeine as I am .
  9. @Yali consciousness is like a snapchat filter. The experience is one way or another depending the filter you have selected. If you only had the dog face filter your whole life you think it's how stuff really is, and only way it can be. Untill you learn to swipe to the sides and access other filters ;0 Or like a fish that has beeing swimming in water his whole life thinking its the only liquid in existance, an nort even noticing the water at all. But then you drop the fish into a pit of acid and he completely melts, and experiences being the whole pit. And then he "survives" And goes back to the water, wondering wtf
  10. @mmKay Besides sugar. That sh1t is addicting AF no matter the ammount
  11. I have a friend who took a shot of gasoline with his army buddies in drinking game. Later he got stomach cancer at 20 years old but he recovered. IDK if this is connected though.
  12. oh DAMN so this is what this movement is called. I heard many people talking about the same thing but I never got to find the core of the concept. Here it is : https://www.youtube.com/user/FreedomfromGovernmen rly interesting stuff
  13. Not long ago there were riots in Barcelona because they jailed some rapper that was making anti-government rymes. There was a lot of discussion about freedom of speech from different people. One of the best phrases from the people I heard was : You wanna take the freedom to rap about terrorism and rape? Do it, but with the freedom of my cock in your mouth. Lmao. Sounds even funnier in Spanish. And good point as well.
  14. @FlyingLotus now come up with an unhealthy green
  15. Any intuitive clue 'bout what caused your SIBO?
  16. Make sure to get those electrolytes in during the fast, otherwise you'll experience extreme fatigue ( sodium potasium magnesium and possibly more) . Also when breaking the fast what worked for me was some 100% pure pea protein isolate or some lean lean meat ( maybe Algae for veganos) . I've broken numerous of 1-3 day water fasts with fish , vegetables, eggs , fruits and other stuff and the results were nightmare.
  17. @RoerAmit single is ideal because you can go for instant dates, if you are with a wing you can go for 2 on 2 and if you are alone you can also just approach any group and do the prince charming move where you go in and playfully show interest in one girl even with her friends there , and get her number / social media, then gtfo and hang out with her later solo. Big groups are cool as well. Once my wing pushed me to approach a group of like 7 girls during the day. I was scared shitless but turns out 2 girls were extremely receptive and the rest actualy just dipped lol i said smth dumb like hey , you cant take pictures here. they blushed, then giggled and just followed us around.
  18. @actualizing25 For me, wheat bread spikes my blood sugar extremely and makes my energy crash no long after. Also, wheat is adicting. No joke. I had a phase where I was somewhat nihilistic and my go-to emotional crutch was junk food. I could have as much ice cream, chips, or fried food as I wanted and I never felt full until I ate something bread-ish. I heard dairy has a similar mechanism : If you wanna do burger buns and bread for sandwiches, you can choose flax meal, tahini, peanut butter, chickpea flour , coconut flour and almond flour. You can bake a whole loaf or do individual buns in a mug in the microwave in less than 2 minutes. You can literally mix in a mug chickpea flour only with water, stir it until it becomes dense and clump-free, and throw it into the microwave for 120 sec. Boom. Gluten free low glycemic tasty bun for your vegan sandwitch. Some people feel little bloated after it, some dont. Also : cauliflower crust pizza.
  19. nah, it's the most authentic raw natural desire I've felt. It's not some kind of conditioning for sure .
