  1. I understand your confusion. The reason is because you simply haven't experienced a different STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS. @Ethan Marnewick a.k.a EGO - is a STATE of consciousness. Your dreams at night is another state of consciousness, per se. What happens If you meditate or do Kriya yoga or other spiritual practices you may stumble upon DIFFERENT, HIGHER states of concisouness, where the boundries of your identity - EGO - EXPAND and you ( depending on what state of consciousness you stumble upon) BECOME EVERYTHING, or NOTHING , or you merge with your visual field aka - samadhi experience . And once this happens, you will have enough reference experience to understand that all this time you've been a fish in water taking for granted the EGO state as the one and only state of consciousness. Obviously from your current state of consciousness you are not a coffee table. It's not true in that state. In your dream it's true that you can fly. Once you wake up it's not any more . That's just a certain depth of it. There are infinite more degrees that I dont know yet. If you want anwsers, learn the spiritual theory and then take some psychedelics, to have some ground when you are mid- trip. But that's only if you really want anwsers. Do not go on this path if you don't want to see behind the curtains.
  2. @levani Glutathione is depleted in trying to remove metals like mercury and Lead. the body is not up to the task since its doesnt have an infinite supply of glutathione. Fasting promotes autophagy. The first cells to die during autophagy are the sickest ones and our sickest cells are the ones full of heavy metals. So when the proteins and cell parts are recycled the metals escape the cell and have to go somewhere... so new cells that were before healthy cells recieve the toxic metals and new cells get sick and burdened with the metals. So yeah, fasting not the best idea.
  3. @levani Methyl mercury, the kind found in fish, is fat soluble and very easy to absorb. Once it is in you, your body takes the methyl group off and transforms it into the more dangerous, water soluble inorganic mercury. It gets past your cell membranes to start in its methylated form, but then it is demethylated and not fat soluble anymore. It gets stuck in whichever cell or organ it wound up in.
  4. @levani In mammals inorganic mercury cannot be remethylated and excreted. Mammals don’t have the enzyme that allows this to happen. No matter how many methylating supplements you take, you cannot remethylate that mercury. It is Stuck inside you behind lipid barriers and it will never come out on its own. You don’t have the right enzyme to methylate mercury. Fish do. They can remethylate mercury and move it out of their brain and other organs. This is why fish can have such high mercury levels and remain healthy. The fish stay healthy, but the people and other mammals that eat these fish become horribly toxic. To sum things up: in mammals and birds, methylation has nothing to do with detoxifyng mercury. In fish, methylation keeps the mercury in them safe. Nothing you can do about methylation will help your detoxification pathways clear out mercury. You don’t have the right enzyme. You can’t remethylate mercury. Only fish can remethylate mercury. So if you want to actually detox, you need to follow the ACC protocol.

  6. Looks like 80%+ of my personal questions have been anwsered. All the info is so widely avaliable that It's basically just taken me a week. Some conclusions and anwsers for myself : It seems to be safe to go into the chelation protocol without testing. No urine test or hair test. I don't mind not knowing the before chelation numbers and after chelation numbers. I don't feel like taking the risk of reacting negatively to a high dose of DMSA for the provoked urine test. Nor I want to spend 120€ on a hair test to tell me that in fact I need to chelate ( I belive I do need to do it anyways ) Going by feel is how I will navigate. If I take chelators and feel bad = I'm toxic, I need to lower dose and keep chelating for a long time ( I expect to do a year of rounds ). If I don't feel anything for like two months ( positive or negative ) while chelating it means I'm actually clean and heavy metals are not my issue, and I have to go back to researching other possible causes of my mental decline . 3 days is a minimum round of chelation. I can go longer If I can take the side effects but not shorter. Increase the rounds by one day each time. Longer rounds are better to avoid redistribution as blood levels of chelators drop and the heavy metals are dropped around in our body. Supplements : vitamin C, Magnesium. Vitamin E. Zinc. AKA core 4. I'll also will be taking adrenal support and liver support supplements ( posted before ) and most likely also some Iodine for thyroid support and I'll experiment with l-tyrosine. I still need to adjust the brands to see If I tolerate all of them properly. Also omega 3 fish oil and Vitamin A since my personal diet lacks these. They're relatively safe and the book recommends them. Viamin A = under 25.000 UI a day. Fish oil I don't remember but feel free to ask me and I'll look it up for ya again. Both of these brands are high quality and recommended by Leo. Dosage for chelators : For initial rounds start slow and ramp things up : 12'5 MG is a very conservative ammount but I'm okay with starting slow. If all goes well next round will be 25MG, 50MG and so on. ( going by feel and when I find the right dose - aka when side effects are just bearable, not too strong ) I'll stay there for two months before progressing to higher doses. I'll only start with DMSA for like 5 to 10 rounds of increasingly higher doses. After that I'll start taking ala by the same method : slowly ramping up the dosages. 12,5 will be my initial dose. Ala is the most important chelator because It's the only chelator that removes heavy metals from your cells, organs and brain . At this point I'm just waiting for my order to arrive so I can start walking the walk and not just rambling. But there is more to be read on the ACC FB forum protocol. You don't know what you don't know, right ?
  7. - Quote - [. . . ] If you think something is wrong with your child after reading this section, try chelation. ( it was a section about the symptoms of heavy metal toxicity in child development ) Just do it. The instructions are the same as for an adult. Only the dosing is different. In a few weeks it will become very clear whether your child needs to chelate. If something happens, they need to do it. If nothing at all happens on round or afterwards, they don’t. It won’t matter how much chelator you give them. If there are no metals to chelate, the chelators will have no effect at all. If something happens, it’s because there’s enough toxic metal present to be a problem. I'm kind of convinced of the safety of this protocol after finishing the book. Great read. Very insightful. Highly recommended. Does chelation remove important minerals? The chelators discussed , alpha lipoic acid, DMSA and DMPS, are highly selective for heavy metals. They do not directly remove the lighter nutrient metals. People who have mercury often have low magnesium and zinc because mercury keeps your body from holding on to them. When chelating, this problem may be exacerbated for magnesium. No other metal is affected.
  8. @Craigxt22 Get into essential oils. It's a whole world with endless mindblowing fragances ! For now I love Peppermint oil and Grapefruit oil, Defintately lemmon grass oil and Coffe essential oil. The smell is beyond amazing. You can get some cool humidifiers and even wear them as cologne. Look up the proper way to do it and enjoy !
  9. @Striving for more Some acute hair loss here as well. But it's most likely covid after effects for me .
  10. I didn't think that would be the case for men but I see it as plausible. Now that I think again it would make no sense for genes to suffer any major changes over a single lifespan, so personal evolution and development has probably little to no effect on the money shot you will transmit to your wifey. Quality upbringing would be the key. Genes probably evolve over hundred or thousands of years (?) For women i was definitely expecting the genetic material to be worse with age as it's clearly visible + all the passive/active poisoning with accumulating heavy metals, smoking, alcohol, trash nutrition, etc. There is a 7 year gap between me and my younger brother and there is a mile between his genetic quality mine. My skull is almost twice as big as his. Edit : i'm aware this is not the original topic but it is related.
  11. @Striving for more being inocently poisoned sucks. But I recently finished the book and It looks like chelation is effective, relatively cheap, safe and quite simple. It may be not exciting and perhaps kind of annoying, but the vision of finally having a sharp mind and energetic body is SO jucy , at least for me. BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL YOUR INFO SINCE YOU HAD MERCURY DENTAL WORK AND CHELATION IS SAFE AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE STRAIGHT-FORWARD PROTOCOLPROTOCOL. Otherwise it is not even deadly. But it will leave you literally severely crippled for life. In case you missed it, I'll link you the book again. Together with the ACC FB group, where you can ask all your questions and they're anwsered by admins quickly, you have more than enough to thrive. Get the chelation going soon! A bright future awaits us. Again, make sure to follow the proper protocol for your unique ( but common) case.
  12. I read this, went about my day and then something hit me : If you freeze your sperm and 20 years go by and then you decide to do artificial insemination with it wouldn't the kid be getting old software of yours instead of the latest version ( as in your genetical evolution / development)? I have no clue how development throughout life affects your current genes or if it does at all. But still I intuit a fresh nut may be better material. Also, what about the ramifications of using frozen sperm for insemination? With the infinite complexity of conception i feel that there may be a long chain effect may possibly affect the kids development. Now, all of this is just speculation and not even relevant to me at this point of my life but some sharp curiosity started bugging me. Any theories are welcome.
  13. You won't need your pre-frontal cortex when you have these techniques up your sleeve : ( just kiddin )
  14. More on Gut health : [...] Probiotics are organisms that should be present in your digestive tract. You can take them direCtly or grow your own in cultured foods such as kefir, kimchi and yogurt. Mercury compromises the immune system and an impaired immune system can allow yeast and other harmful microorganisms to grow out of control. In addition to mercury, many food chemicals, additives and ingredients interfere with how the body regulates yeast and other organisms. Some of them can also act as a fertilizer. Chelating with DMSA can cause yeast overgrowth and is an issue for some people. When enough chelation has been done and the immune system Starts working properly again, yeast and dysbiosis will cease to be a problem. In the meantime, you will have to be constantly on the lookout to keep it under control. One of the most effective remedies is dietary modification. Eliminating sugar is the most important thing you can do. Yeast loves sugar. I knew it . I've been doing my own water kefir for over half a year now and the results and improvement in gut health is beyond words . Check these videos out : Tastes beter than fanta or any other sh1t soda. and is literally THE SUPREME health potion.
  15. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acupressure Interesting . Posting this because they recommended Motion sickness wrist bands as helpful for upset stomach and nausea.
  16. On digestive tract problems : [...] Digestive issues are an almost universal problem for people with mercury poisoning. Mercury deactivates many liver enzymes and prevents the pancreas from releasing digestive enzymes when needed. It directly poisons the immune system, causing it to stop killing yeast and parasites and go berserk attacking innocent bystanders like gluten or your own body. It can contribute to the factors that cause leaky gut with its attendant immune and allergy issues.
  17. On the Liver : [...] The liver is the body’s central chemical factory. Mercury concentrates in the liver and can block the myriad enzymes it uses for its various metabolic processes. When the liver malfunctions the effects cascade into almost all the body’s Other systems, so working on the liver will often clear up problems in other places. Mercury attached to alpha lipoic acid leaves your body via bile so liver support is always a good idea. If you're concerned, you can ask your doctor for the following : The SGOT test . It is a blood test that's part of a liver profile. It measures one of two liver enzymes, called serum glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase. This enzyme is now usually called AST, which stands for aspartate aminotransferase. An SGOT test (or AST test) evaluates how much of the liver enzyme is in the blood. An ALT test. It measures the level of alanine aminotransferase, also called ALT or SGPT. ALT is one of the enzymes that help the liver convert food into energy. High levels of these enzymes can be a sign that the liver is injured or irritated, and the enzymes are leaking out of the liver cells.
  18. Now I remember that I used to suspect that I may have chronic allergy to something, and I speculated it was Mold. I have a history of living in EXTREMELY moldy spaces for YEARS AND YEARS. I got my ears checked because I suspected something was wrong . Doc says I'm fine. I'm left scratching my head . I got my nose tested ( it's chronically stuffed ) because I suspected something was wrong. Doc says I have a chronic allergy to something. He doesn't know to what , and recommends me some random nose anti-inflamatory spray that may actually contain heavy metals as I've read recently . I do have itchy eyes quite often. like really itchy . Mostly after contact with water ( there may be something in tap water as well ) I was recomended " Toxic: Heal Your Body from Mold Toxicity, Lyme Disease, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, and Chronic Environmental Illness , but for now I've only skimmed it a couple of times with no valuable insight. Leaving this here for curious people . Figuring out if all those years have an effect on my current health is another journey.
  19. Leaving this here as I recently purchased a Iodine supplement. " Iodine intake should be limited to 500 mcg a day. Taking large amounts will cause your thyroid to be low." My Iodine supplement, just if anyone is curious . I'm confused. Is each dropper 75 MCG or 150 MCG of Iodine ? (it's liquid Iodine )
  20. @Michael569 Maybe your favorite nootropic cocktail for focus and mental performance, but actually I'm open for surprises ?
  21. Hey I just re-read this thread and damn this is a quite nice life hack. Got any more of these up your digital sleeves?
  22. Probably I should invest and research Adrenal glands . I resonate with much of the symptoms : People with adrenal fatigue: 0 have a hard time getting up in the morning 0 are tired as soon as they get out of bed 0 struggle to keep up with life’s demands D are fatigued all the time D are weak are extra sensitive to pain, smell and taste may crave salt and need carbohydrates As far as I remember, you check your Adrenal glands with a saliva cortisol test. I may be absolutely wrong though. - to be researched . I already got my thyroid tested for like 60 bucks . ( its a blood test, so get ready for that pinch ) Initially I thought I may have thyroid issues because of the chronic fatigue but most lifted after improved diet ( eating grass fed grass finished organic ground beef , and removing wheat, dairy, sugar, soy and artificial chemicals ) and supplementing vitamin D. I used to experience the " puffy eyes quite often " ( which is a thyroid problem symptom ) but then I learned that it's because of low Iodine levels. A few cans of sardines helped me out even though I purchased an Iodine supplement that's on the way to avoid BPA cans ( they cook the sardines in the cans and I CBA worrying about it leeking )
