Depends. Usually when the physical pathways of the dormant start to disappear, (speaking about chakras: orange into yellow into blue, being the dormant state). When the energy regains natural pathways, the palms will start to sweat and energize, same for the feet soils etc.

The body knows everything (is the whole fabric of the universe in miniature), the mind is limited (is only a conception of the body and surroundings).

It is a phenomenal brief tool, for escaping faster blockages and drama, like cannabis. But alcohol by itself will destroy one if does not know what one is doing and only wants to escape reality.

From experience, I can say, the path to awakening cannot be given to another human being. Simply there is no method. For everything else, there are infinite ways. The techniques on the religious books, art, etc. They are built only to create initiates on the right side of the matter. They can be understood entirely only after insanity and the return to a new reality.

After stage Gold, the possibilities are infinite.

Duality is not only a mindset, a thought or a conception; it is a set of physical patterns, muscle straining in a certain way, the reptilian parts blocked to just follow the mind. Escaping duality is the release of the other highway we have inside; I speak about those patterns in the belly button wich in the past where connected to the mother, and if one escapes those patterns of the once connected to someone, awakening arises and it is a continuous growth after. We never stop growing (physically, mentally, rejuvenation), it is a misconception for the majority only.

The fastest way one can learn what to relax in the body and where to focus the energy & attention. After that, there is no need. By the way, it is a misconception to focus on the forhead just saying. I don't know.

When one does not identify with the body anymore will fall into the "light, good, morality", duality. (egoic enlightenment, as the majority of gurus, are). The suffering arises because the body in the majority of us is atrophied, the cause of many decades of only worshipping the head and the mind (having literally the attention there). The majority of spiritual teachers are liars, including the written knowledge in any spiritual or religious books; they are like a double-edged sword. The truth is encountered upside down and backward usually, as in art too. Have you ever wondered why old people have right side body issues? And why we age? Identification outside of the body. In reality, as humans, we have a hacking tool as the Planet Earth has. There are life and death constantly, being the reason Planet Earth can go to immortality so to speak. Humans who decide to follow the Planet Earth vibration will die. We have the same tool as Planet Earth, we can extend life through awakening/enlightenment because we are literally autonomous in the sense that we use the own body tools and food from outside to literally manage indefinitely. Sounds insane until one discovers it. I don't know.

SATAN (earth, south, Saturn) is nothing more than Muladhara Chakra/Red/The Rabbit Hole form the Matrix movie. It is that way in Christianity so people can't escape duality.

Nonduality is the unlocking the capacity of the body/mind beyond the only 2 chakras that the majority of people use. After one is aware of the energetic system in the body, synchronizes it, then nonduality arises. After unlocking the body and focussing only on the upper side, language, light, good, right etc. Give sufficient time and one gets stuck again in duality. The same language we use every day to communicate is built in such a manner to make one stay only in duality if one follows the meanings of the dictionary and mainstream schools.

David Ick uses metaphors already known to release deep truths. Look behind the images of extraterrestrial beings to find the truth. If per example I'll tell people how to awaken, the techniques and all of that, the majority will take that as a crazy thing to do. Because in reality, the path to awakening is no different than going insane, but knowing how to come back and be aware of it.
