  1. Christians will always have a reason to avoid the truth based on childhood trauma.
  2. In my experience, I haven't searched for Awakening nor Enlightenment. I was a recent atheist coming from a theology degree perspective of life. One day came to me the crazy idea that I'm GOD the Almighty. So it started for me by reading LaVey's Satanic Bible, this helped me a great deal with the Christian indoctrination I had from childhood. I had no clue what chakras are and meditation, only had a very biased opinion from pastoral theology studies. So I followed the crazy idea of being god and used affirmations without knowing what this is happening. I did this about 2 weeks, after a couple of days of not sleeping and revisiting with the mind what was the bible and the truths in it I found myself following my Breath, was something automatic, without knowing what the hack meditation is. So after 2 weeks of the realization of the mind of how reality works and huge dream/hallucination like, I just followed my breath and started to search info about what is this. Because in those days I saw that I'm the almighty and even seen many spiritual teachers wich the world was talking about in religious books and media. So from back then, I started meditating and now I know almost every piece of art I look at or any religious book and I can identify the truth behind. Took me many months after to really grasp what was happening in my first awakenings, and was like a domino of thousands of awakening experiences in about 2 years. Now I'm in a period of consolidation, expanding and optimization, full body healing and meditation is second nature to me now. Best of luck!
  3. I had heavy lung problems from a little child. I remember going with my parents around 100km to a nearby city to get injections shots every week. What doctors and old people advice my parents back then was Donkey milk, so they gave me that to drink. Now from my adult experience, I can say that Meditation and relaxation can help one the most with respiratory problems. Learning to breathe from the belly, base spine and talons, it is a discovery of Muladhara which will open the Heart/Lungs, will take practice but is worth it. I also use on a daily basis: Haritaki, Raw cacao seeds, coffee, sometimes dipping tobacco (lung enhancer in my experience), maybe alcohol in very strict doses may help.
  4. Practicality Folks, Practicality... The Realization of how anything works is not the point of Enlightenment. Is beyond all that.
  5. What we Fear we attract the most. This is the real law of attraction.
  6. Ground the energy of the head and the upper body into legs.
  7. No. Is just the stage we are each of us, each stage has a different awareness.
  8. When a human being enters the journey of self-discovery it is a very painful process, due to the re-routing of the physical an emotional processes that lead to genuine awakening. Remember! No Pain, No Gain. Those who deluded themselves of a pleasurable journey are stuck in their heads. Only in pain, one encounters the bliss.
  9. Let's not confuse Egoic Enlightened people with genuine hermitage Enlightened human beings who are healers at the same time (they are very raw and difficult to understand by common folk). The egoic usually are initiated by those who nobody speaks about them (the majority of gurus and spiritual teachers are initiated, they are very literate).
  10. Channel sacral into the root/colon, left side of the body, left leg. Let the energy build up and then use the appendix along with the liver to channel the right side into the right leg *remember the wound in the bottox of Forest Gump? You would ask me: what do I channel? THE BREATH! along with those bodily fluids into Muladhara. Enjoy
  11. Depends. I myself more hardcore than an average monk, I meditate anywhere anytime, any activity. No wasting the seed outside is a rule, you use the seed only to bypass a huge emotional blockage or give birth. There are days on which I like to sit, others I like to run. I don't force into my self a special technique sitting, otherwise will lead to nonsense. Enjoy life in its full splendor while you have the full attention in yourself above anything else, this my greatest joy.
  12. Doing my doing is not your doing and your doing is not my doing.@i am I AM
  13. But at the same time, we are 100% separate from anything else while being connected hihihi. So, in reality, I talk to myself and not, what is the third?
  14. Love is Enlightenment. Outside of oneself is not called love as this almost whole diseased society is and preaches.
  15. Use more of the horns, the shaka shaka will make you have a big awesome brain with full of something, i hope you get my jokes.
  16. No conflict, no growth, the Pacifism idea is just an idea to control the zombies who sleep.
  17. And to awaken one has to discover the 6 & 9 Fibonacci spirals in the body if you know what I mean, they are physical, don't ask me, ask your breath or follow the fancy mind of yours.
  18. Meditation is simply attention on breath above any thought and feeling, period!
  19. Meditation is nothing more than the attention on the breath consciously, do that until you find yourselves completely, there is no other alternative to discovering the truth, not even a DMT trip from the perspective of the mind.
  20. No. Is literally living the breath (the famous BEING in the MOMENT) as the main center of your attention and use that center to see into the whole. The mind cannot see into the whole without the breath. I think you are neurotic about control. The mind has to be controlled by the breath, and to do that one has to do it backward/opposite as "the knife cannot cut itself".
  21. The total awareness comes after conquering the breath in the attention, is a direct link, no clue what you are tangled in. There is no full awareness outside the breath, only bits and pieces. The reason being is that the breath is inside and outside at the same time. So Breath/Prana is everywhere is tapped into the whole, in and out.
  22. You are neurotic about using thought on the breath Let me put this in practice: The mind has the center in the head. It is the survival control panel to sleep or to transcend. Use it to focus on the breath to transcend or be scared about using it and die, is that simple.
  23. I don't stop on the Breath either, in fact, I use it in 4 different attention points at the same time consciously. In other terms is the 4th witness level and beyond to really synchronizing the whole of the body/mind.
  24. The attention of the mind is the tool to self-encounter the whole and the breath is tapped into the whole directly. The thymus was born first in the body, all the other organs are servants to the thymus. Ignore the Breath and one will cut directly the lifespan.
