This is true, but why do you want to torture yourself like this? Is somebody else doing this to you? It is because of your life situation?
-
Consciously healing diseases. He also taught this ability to many people.

@Buba Who said you can't? -
@StarStruck All these things are relative. As you mentioned, there might be a situation, where you would want to sacrifice your life, maybe if the secret police went to capture you and your family in the war or something like that. You have to defend your country only if there is danger and only if you actually want to defend it and have a reason for it. And some people just don't want to enrich themselves. High consciousness view point is love. If you love yourself, then you also don't want to sabotage yourself and others, because it causes you suffering. But if you want to suffer, go ahead.

How can it not contradict? You are trying hard to survive here.
-
@Leo Gura Do you think the healing effects might be similar to the thing Wim Hof has achieved?
-
You know it, but you do things wrong in practice Why are you doing that?

Do you guys meditate before reading spiritual books? -
Being turquoise doesn't make your brain have an infinite capacity It's not like you remember stuff. I would say that green can understand how others feel, which affects their situation in life, but they still hate many of the stages. Yellow then understands all of the colours, how they see the world, on many different levels. And then I don't know where yellow ends and turquoise starts really, but I don't think it makes you into a person, who doesn't know what to pursue because of some mental mess, even though that can be the case. I guess the best thing you can do is to work on yourself as hard as possible, because if you want to help others, you mustn't be a hypocrite and you better not bullshit other people, that's why you need to be developed yourself. There is not a clear distinction between selfishness and selflessness. Selfish behavior can be a selfless behavior in an indirect way and vice versa. I think that if you interact with people and you understand, that they are God and that they have some survival strategy, that is working for them and you love that - then you can start understanding people on a whole new level in my opinion, but it takes a lot of concentration and awareness. I think @Serotoninluv talked on this forum about turquoise compassion
-
@DivineSoda I try to interact with others with intense concentration and compassion, no matter who they are.
-
@Psyche_92 I solved this problem by realizing, that presence is a more valuable thing to go for and it even makes me more stable, conscious, compassionate and loving, therefore better prepared for a relationship. I think Maslow and Grof talked about this? I am not really sure, I don't want to spread desinformation and also I have been with 1 woman in my life and I am also 16

I am also a teenager and I've always been hesitant to go to parties, especially with alcohol. I was on my first alcohol party this year and I didn't want to drink anything there. Of course my friends put something into my drink and I felt it, but I was just too humble (this sounds weird) and affraid to pour it out, so I said to myself, that if I try it this one time, it doesn't matter. I was one of the few who did not get drunk at that party, but I still had this effect, where my shame levels dropped and it felt like a mystical experience and I actually integrated this later on, so I don't regret it... Also all of the people who got drunk there realized, that they are not doing any party with alcohol again, (they went to tell me) so I was happy to give them this lesson

@winterknight Why exactly do you put so much emphasis on freudian psychoanalysis? -
See Leo's video on understanding relativism. He talks a lot about compassion and understanding others there.
-
@Psyche_92 Maybe you have it associated with some negative event from the story of your past, which would lead to the things others have said.
-
@Florian I heard from my friend, that some people debunked this having more time, because the dreams also take some time to happen, but I have never heard of this getting better at sports while dreaming
-
@Pallero Monopolizing God can result in a lot of selfishness, that's the main point.
-
@Truth Addict Have you seen Leo's latest video about relativism? It really helped me, I was very judgemental about other perspectives and world views, but then, when Leo put some light on them, it all seems more understandable and acceptable. Arguing definitely is a defense mechanism, I guess you should be honest about what your ego sees as real, but the ego is just a made up thing, so is its worldview, so this is not the real „being honest“ if you know what I mean, you would have to dig deeper.
-
I agree with this
-
@Viking nice
-
@Viking I smell some insecurity. Are you sure, that it is not a deeper problem? I am having a similar problem myself and it feels like I am not sure, whether it is a good idea to fall in love with someone, sounds familiar or not at all? I am trying to find the rootcause.

@Preetom ? -
@John West When you have multiple partners, you show all of them different faces and this makes your ego branch out into multiple directions. It is also necessary for you to lie to handle this kind of harem, given that at least one of the women is not aware of the other ones.
-
@electroBeam Sorry, I haven't really gone through this process myself, but what I've seen and heard about AI is pretty mindblowing, it has so many uses, I bet you could use your knowledge of it in almost any field... Ecology might be one of the harder ones though, it will take a lot of imagination.
-
@electroBeam Maybe you can work on the integration of these fields?
