The more you get the direct experience, the less you resonate with how people language spiritual things. It's very easy to get lost in other people's way of languaging this stuff. I don't even like the word "consciousness" anymore. If I had to use any word at all, I'd choose "being".

There are better ways to release stress. I actually don't believe that my case is special. I think most men lack experience with semen retention. They haven't experienced the contrast between masturbating every day and abstaining from masturbation for thirty days. You learn through contrast. Experience the contrast between these two different states and you may want to stop masturbating forever.

I don't believe that. It's true in my direct experience. If your experience is different, more power to you. There's no point in saying "no" to the pleasures of masturbation, if that doesn't bring you any benefits. Since it does bring me benefits, I've decided to say "no" to it.

Don't compare masturbation to things like shitting and sleeping. If you don't shit and sleep, you will die. But no one ever died from abstaining from masturbation. I don't even need to ejaculate to feel exhausted. A few seconds of stimulation renders my brain useless.
