No longer need the information. -
@Eoin The videos so far are awesome. Do you post anything on youtube or other platforms?

I have unleashed dogs run up to me, but my dog will bite them in the face sometimes. If I sensed any sort of attack from the other dog I would attack it to protect my dog. I don't get much threats often. You did the best to just ignore it and move on. Put the dog on a leash though.

I had seen a guy who was in an older running event shirt and he looked like he was 70. Jogged just fine. I think it is more of a mental thing than anything. You love running obviously. I think it is one of those things that can help keep a lot of balance in your life and keep you stable going through harder times too. It's a big tool for me in my personal development.

Look at how much percent the dollar inflates every year. It's usually the investor that is risky and not the investment. You could really make an investment out of a lot of stuff. Hobbies with items, businesses, etc. If you want to lose money every year, then those would be a good option to invest in. If you have a lot of liquid capital and want it on the sidelines, then go for it. But I assume most CDs will have a penalty if you decide to withdraw it. I could tell you a bunch of different investments that would be "good", but it wouldn't really be doing you any favors. You need to learn a lot in the field if you plan to invest in if you want minimize risk and maximize profits. If you just want to stick some money away go talk with your local banks and see what interest rates they offer. Education and experience will be your best bet if you want to progress. -
A lot of the time if you move too fast you don't keep the growth or much of it. Imagine if you got 1% better everyday it would be easier to maintain and improve. Now of course you will have peaks and times where growth seems stagnant. The foundation stuff is crucial. So blowing through it isn't really going to benefit you. One of the most important things you could do is be able to identify things your need to work on for YOURSELF. Not everyone else around you. Not very many people are capable of doing this. It's easy to figure out what others should be working on, but how about you?

@Meditationdude I was considering one of those. I figure gas, time, and energy of getting the gallons of water adds up too. So that isn't an unreasonable price. I am not quite decided on going the distilling route. But I had seen that was one of the better purifiers. I thought about getting their hiking version that is like $30 to see roughly how the taste quality would be like.

@passerby That looks pretty awesome in the picture. Not sure I could use something that big right now though.
-
@DrewNows That sounds pretty intense. I should probably go back and see what I need for protein. I get over 100g a day I know that, but I workout daily. I probably drink too much protein powder that I do not need. But it is a good fill for early day calories. It's a plant based superfood one I use. I did see some supporting stuff for the distilled water and it removes more fluoride too. The taste would be ideal as well because my tap water is gross tasting.
-
@DrewNows I'll check it out it! I subbed him, so notifications will pop up later. Yeah, I am more interested in learning more into a raw food diet. I appreciate the information. I will keep looking into the water and see what I find.
-
@DrewNows I drink a smoothie daily and am on a plant based diet. I have some vegan junk food stuff on occasion. If the diet effects it I am not really sure. I take daily vitamins and etc. I am not sure what is best really for the water. I would make since it needs the minerals and what not would be found in the traditional sources of water. But what exactly are the minerals I should be looking for? I also do want the water to not taste terrible would be a plus since the tap water is not very good tasting.
-
@outlandish Yeah, there is arsenic and other bad stuff in my tap water. I had the water tested here before. I am sure it would be "okay" to drink I just don't want to consume so many chemicals regardless of the content. I had seen stuff that adds minerals and etc. But I will continue to keep looking at what the best solution may be. I do consume a decent amount of Himalayan salt if that matters. I just got my first natural organic baby shampoo today. I have sensitive skin, so need to use the baby one lol. I was going to find some natural toothpaste as well. Thanks for your response I will keep digging into more. I have looked into a good amount of reviews and stuff. Just nothing really saying what is the best. Some of the best tasting water I had was from a purifier of the water of the mountain I was on in my picture. The snow melting at the top would have little crystal clear streams. As well as the distant lake in that picture you could see to the bottom.

It likely won't last like mine did. It very well could have been a drug related cause. However, I had many other typical causation factors. Just be good to your body and mind and it should return the favor. I smoke one per month at the moment and do fine with it. I try to use it for self actualization work and to get stuff off my mind. But I would like to eventually do away with it I think. I'm fairly undecided. I want to use psychedelics in place of it for the personal work. So maybe I will find that I really don't want to use it at all.

Hope you are doing well. You will get back on track. It happens to the best of us.

I struggled with depersonalization for years. It's not really the most pleasant thing, when you are not use to it. After so long you will grow to accept it if it persists. In some cases it is kind of nice, but most of the time not so much. Depression and anxiety usually tend to amplify it heavily. I recommend that you fix your diet and exercise routine as these benefited me the most in progress. Put yourself in situations that give you depersonilaztion issues and work through them. Stores use to cause a lot of issues for me as well as some other public areas. If you find somewhere or something that heightens it, then keep going back until you conquer it. Conscious breathing and focusing on grounding yourself when it gets more intense can help too. You might have a lot of bottled up emotional issues that you need to work on as well. I have a lot of direct experience with this and would be happy to help you further.
-
Age does not really matter for the "success". It will probably happen when you least expect it. But you have to be persistent. What are your hobbies? What are you good at? What are you interested in?
-
I've never meet anyone like that. My guess would be that they keep to themselves. Which I mostly do myself anymore. You can find some, but be very weary of the quality.
-
I had recently thought I was attracted to a girl a couple minute conversation made me not very interested anymore. We create a bit of what we want instead of reality. There is a lot of women out there even if this doesn't work out. I would try smiling at her often. Get it to where you can have a bit of a deep stare at each other while smiling. She will probably initiate it sometimes unless she is shy or not interested. That has been a pretty good gauge for me if they are interested. The note thing could work, but probably skip the skittles. Coworkers aren't that great to date honestly, but if you hardly see her there it could go well.
-
You just need to make a small improvement everyday and try to focus on the positive. Maybe try to go for a walk for 10 minutes a day. And stat to increase that as you go. Rain or shine. It help you feel happier and help you get your mind in a better place for awhile. I hope to see you doing better.

@Justincredible76 Thank you. If I were getting $1,000 a month I would be putting it towards a real estate business or my own personal business. I would see probably increased competition raising the price of the real estate. Which would raise the price of it. Supply and demand would have changes in a lot of markets I assume. My primary business would probably be booming if people had more money to spend. If all else failed I would just stick it into a roth IRA every month into the S&P 500 every month. I'm not so sure it would work as smooth as he presents, but there is no way to see it. I think by simply just meeting their base needs will help them get the point of gaining a purpose. Stable housing, food, healthcare, and relationships would go a long way in society. Even the money could be spent on getting people more information, or better programs in school to help with this stuff. -
@TrynaBeTurquoise I'm about to go for a run, so I will think about it. I have been doing workout binaural beats with it a bit too.
-
I kind of want to work on my creativity as that is something I don't have too much of an outlet for. I do some with business stuff and what not that I am getting into, but I kind of want to expand it a bit. I am going to try psychedelics too. What do you guys do to be creative?
-
@Alex You should try hiking or some adventurous hobby. I found that my liking in the game for that spills into reality. I play 4 usually if I play. But eventually I will get a graphics card for video editing and I could play some new vegas. The games go on forever though haha. If I casually play 4 it feels like I do not put a dent into the game with all the dlc.

You should watch the backsliding one. I watched it over and over every time I thought about not going for my 6 mile walk. You time is not important it is the quality. I have had some of the largest spiritual growth in a months time. But it has taken me years and years of work to get though the hoops of basic personal development and I assume there could still be more to come. Start with one habit and get that habit super strong. Don't skip more than a day! Pick one thing that would be the most beneficial to you right now. Then once you have done that all month try to add something else maybe. Slowly change your diet etc. It's okay to feel like you are a little stuck. You could be having some ego back lash and it happens. Just maintain the habits you have a foundation for as best you can. I have had the walking habit for over a year now and I will go through snow, rain, high heat, etc. It would be very difficult for me at the point to actually just stop doing it. Yeah, I have to kick myself a little to get out and go, but I do it. I jog 2 of 6 miles, then upper body for like 20 minutes when I get home. Then the next day I do either a 7.5 mile biking session w/ 20 ,imute upper body or a full hour plus workout at home. I just now integrated it to not miss a day and have been doing great. But you know maybe a day here or there I could miss the upper body. I even dropped off the upper body for awhile at one point, but I want it badly enough to maintain it. I want you to think of how much better your life could be with those habits. Mine is so much more fulfilling and good I love it. I am completely different person than what I was a year ago. This was me one year ago. 50 LBS heavier Addicted to nicotine Ate fast food and garbage a lot In an extremely toxic relationship Tons of toxic friends that would use me and steal from me No exercise Weak purpose Weak daily routine Just doing enough to get by and look the part Me today: Vegan Bmi is like 20-21(forget what doctor had) But I look way better No added sugar No alcohol No nicotine No added sugar Super clean diet Strong mediation habit (working on making better mediation though) Left all negative friends. Have one I see to go hiking with sometimes Left toxic ex Can attract nearly any girl I want, but want to find a high quality partner for meaningful relationship Working on building a big purpose and a very meaningful life ( I love the business I have now) Strong work out routine YOU CAN DO IT. I know you can. My life has been a loop of fighting and fight and finally I just said fuck being a loser. I've had a large amount of hurdles, I could have just sat around and given every excuse in the book and I did for a long time.
