  1. Perhaps you are just going into the wrong field. ?
  2. @Hulia there are some cows that I think would make great pets. Although I grew up on a limousine cow farm and they seemed as smart as a box of rocks.
  3. Hiding will never ever work. Sure, you could be a hermit and do your best to never interact with a human again--and then no, you won't need to face the fear of social situations. Hopefully you like yourself enough if you were to try it. ? But, who really ever benefits from such a closed feedback loop? (relatively) Alone time is great, for maybe up to two weeks IME. Or two hours.
  4. Do you doodle when you talk on the phone? I do, drawing and scratching on various symbols like triangles, circles or whatever... Kinda keeps the wandering mind busy while mostly focusing on the conversation itself.
  5. I think it's a good idea actually. As long as you can maintain the context that you are acting, and that the events which may arise in the 'negative' visualizations are not identifications, then I'd say let loose. It's a great way to face things that you wouldn't normally take the time to do.
  6. Yeah my next suggestion was to override your initial hallucination.
  7. Oh good ? let me know
  8. @blankisomeone@blankisomeone Next time you are talking on the phone, play this video on mute. Watch it nonchalantly while still focusing on the conversation.
  9. Haha too funny. Yes a fish bowl does sound appropriate in that scenario ?
  10. I present to you a fully immersive guided journey (guided visualization) which will take you to school in the astral realm. You will learn two useful spiritual skills, and also learn to receive inner guidance. Nifty, right? Headphones are strongly recommended for 3-D audio. Unlike many guided visualizations you find on YouTube, my guided journeys are crafted to be full length entertainment pieces. So these are NOT for going to sleep. Therefore it's important not to try these when you are feeling very tired. You must only be at rest and alert to the story to go on this journey. And of course, visualize the scenes as much as possible. Please leave a comment on the youtube channel if you enjoy your trip. Thanks!
  11. When you interact with people here on the forum, do you form an image in your mind (even abstract) of who you are talking to and who's responding? Does this happen differently for you from when you speak to someone on the phone?
  12. 'I don't have a name, so you can call me whatever you'd like. I'm not tied down to anything.' - anonymous
  13. @integral no. I don't know if it has to do with the sourcing or not. I specifically searched for a quality brand with good bio - availability.
  14. Not in my experience, but I understand the caution.
  15. Thank you so much! Gosh I sure know who to turn to for some awesome classical tracks ??
  16. I agree about cigarettes. They lie to you and say they will reduce your stress, which they do for about.... Five minutes or so, and oops, time for another one. I stopped smoking last year during covid break. Was my third or fourth time stopping. Luckily this time it held, thank brilliance.
  17. Hey I resemble that remark ? Also your gym sounds super boring.
  18. @Kalo why do you use he and him? Just habit?
  19. By letting it go, into a whirling vortex of being. enjoy ?
  20. Interesting. Have you been exploring out of body? Sounds like some thing's itching to get out.
