  1. I present to you a fully immersive guided journey (guided visualization) which will take you to school in the astral realm. You will learn two useful spiritual skills, and also learn to receive inner guidance. Nifty, right? Headphones are strongly recommended for 3-D audio. Unlike many guided visualizations you find on YouTube, my guided journeys are crafted to be full length entertainment pieces. So these are NOT for going to sleep. Therefore it's important not to try these when you are feeling very tired. You must only be at rest and alert to the story to go on this journey. And of course, visualize the scenes as much as possible. Please leave a comment on the youtube channel if you enjoy your trip. Thanks!
  2. When you interact with people here on the forum, do you form an image in your mind (even abstract) of who you are talking to and who's responding? Does this happen differently for you from when you speak to someone on the phone?
  3. 'I don't have a name, so you can call me whatever you'd like. I'm not tied down to anything.' - anonymous
  4. @integral no. I don't know if it has to do with the sourcing or not. I specifically searched for a quality brand with good bio - availability.
  5. Not in my experience, but I understand the caution.
  6. Thank you so much! Gosh I sure know who to turn to for some awesome classical tracks ??
  7. I agree about cigarettes. They lie to you and say they will reduce your stress, which they do for about.... Five minutes or so, and oops, time for another one. I stopped smoking last year during covid break. Was my third or fourth time stopping. Luckily this time it held, thank brilliance.
  8. Hey I resemble that remark ? Also your gym sounds super boring.
  9. @Kalo why do you use he and him? Just habit?
  10. By letting it go, into a whirling vortex of being. enjoy ?
  11. Interesting. Have you been exploring out of body? Sounds like some thing's itching to get out.
  12. Experimentation is the best answer?
  13. For a helpful tonic, I suggest GABA
  14. @Michael569 here is a good video to get a basic idea. This focuses on how to use the mind palace as a memory retention tool. Additionally, I use my palace for intuitive reading. For example, I could grab a book from the library titled - what should I do today? (or literally anything else) then open the book and see what's written on the first page. Of course if you don't see the writing, you go with the first thing that pops into mind.
  15. What if it could remember being a moth? Lol jk. No I wouldn't want to try and explain death, merely have a guided look to facing it. Like, just stop running and look at it. That sort of thing.
  16. @Mu_ ???? splendid. You have me so much fuel for thought. Since my guided visualizations are guided journeys, I was thinking of doing it in a haunted house episode. ?? I think I would address the fear of growing old in same thing. Very connected and huge topic amongst my friends(well when I say huge, they just complain about it but don't want to talk about it.)

  18. Thanks, interesting approach to talking about death. It's like youve been reading my mind ? I've been thinking of doing a guided visualization that would help to face the fear of death, but still considering the right way to go about it.
  19. Leo is grace, whatchu talking about? Is it not matching up with your concept?
  20. @bastih follow your heart ❤️?
  21. My local sonic drive thru is hiring.
