I’m from Arizona and I’ve always had to build up my immunity Or a tan for sun exposure especially after winter time. if I wanted to avoid a sun burn I couldn’t go out for longer than half an hour depending on the time of day but since I learned about the lymphatic system, I can directly see how, depending on its cleanness, the risk risk I’m at for irritation/burning by the sun. I can literally feel my skin cooking if I’ve eaten a lot of acidic foods but I won’t burn all day if I’m in detox

This is a fun one to listen to, thanks for sharing! interesting I’ve found that the food I consume is directly influencing how my skin responds to the light of the sun. The more alkaline food I have in me the better I am able to absorb sun light without actually burning

Yes well I still find peeing in a lucid dream to be quite risky “But if you like pina colada or getting caught in the rain” (sorry off topic) -

Have you tried accepting this unideal state of being? You will know when you’re ready to accept it because all the emotions will come flooding to the surface and you will then expel all the negative energy or resistance. if this doesn’t sound so easy right now then be gentle and talk to yourself (the inner child needs your love/support), you aren’t your conditioned thought or behaviors, they are just a program to rewire. Keep in mind change isn’t forced, it’s allowed like caterpillar evo butterfly, pure magic. Question (not judge) every arising thought, explore every emotion/sensation. We all come to these road blocks, that’s life, and the question can be ‘how best to move through them?’

Audiobooks and music are a few ideas that may help bring you into the force. If you’re doing anything that feels more like putting up a forcefield then it’s not the right idea. Simply using self observation while doing any activity will yield powerful results as the subconscious mind is much more efficient at doing the dirty work -
Playing around with the stages, id say we get triggered most by whatever stage is closest to our current mode of operation. Broadly speaking, if im primarily green then orange would undoubtedly trigger me the most as it's nothing new but very fresh in my current understanding. I also think it's safe to say no one is primarily one stage along the spectrum as everyone is constantly expanding/evolving in various areas as more space is created

if you can accept yourself as being nothing than sure, anything may be possible How about 'greater purpose judgement'? A challenge going beyond our own personal bias. It really looks more like a question like if i were you how would i question my own belief or position? Sometimes these greater purpose judgments can be disguised as attacks but are only used in an attempt to breach a hard/irrational understanding. Often people misinterpret the greater purpose judgments often made by mods in closing thread subject matter because of their VP (imo)

Tier 1 still assumes reality to be static rather than kinetic or in motion. Tier 2 is not caught up in over rational mumbojumbo of thought and positions yellow sees through all but turquoise, which I don’t see as visible in the same sense as tier 1; also yellow doesn’t morally judge although may appear to and meets at the appropriate level while orange may feel threatened, annoyed, or simply turned off by a green perspective, feeling unable to relate statically speaking

Do you want me to see your hot side or ugly side? Tough luck you don’t get to decide what I focus on because I make my own happiness and whatever I focus on is simply providing me with the happiness I need right now

I have what’s called “disorganized attachment” and it’s been a blockage for Intimacy and relationships. It leads to all sorts of problems with trust, behaviors, manipulation, fear, consequences, vulnerability and rejection. In this video, teal interviews a person discussing loneliness and avoidance, disorganized attachment. Why some of us don’t ever feel lonely depending on our attachment style, how we may or may not feel comfortable in certain situations and operate from a specific judgment pattern based off our childhood relationships to caregivers please share your advice, experience and thoughts I recommend watching!

Pushing comfort zones is about expanding your sense of self finding a healthy way to express anger/negative emotions. Some people are geared toward only allowing the positive emotions and suppressing the negative despite how they might actually feel. Examples: If you're really having a bad day, when someone asks, share your honest feelings. If you really hate yourself right now, admit it to someone, transform the anger into compassion When someone tries to tell you how you should feel, maybe even about yourself, if this triggers you, express how and why it triggers you and communicate boundaries

"when we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change" Very powerful quote imo and it goes to show there's not any real gain in perceiving the work force as being a wage slavery because it implies you cannot control your future. What does it mean to change one's vibration, to shift a perception, to beyond comfort and fear? Most successful people had to hit rock bottom to realize the true potential 'out there' and so failures/mistakes can truley be the way to "freedom"

@LfcCharlie4 yeah the belief created from experience of having lost the passion to play and allowing seriousness to take over in every aspect of life. When something becomes an obligation and takes up a large aspect of one’s identity. Thanks for the quotes man I like them. Creativity and joy arise from unattached/unlimited focus and connection with the activity, I think

When i reflect on my experiences with competition and sports as well as my father, who has always been quite the sports fanatic, i see many other dynamics in play regarding the appeal and reasons for developing a passion in sports. I recognize that most of my life i used "passion" and "love" for the game as an excuse to push myself never to give up or quite playing the sports i felt really drawn to. Soccer being my primary sports attachment lol. What i notice in those who are ultra competitive is they struggle with a specific attachment style, usually dismissive avoidant or fearful avoidant. They tend to seek control and use neurotic tendencies to cope with the lack of connection. Once the healing process for the dependent attachment styles begin to manifest, there seems to be a lot of questions and uncertainty involved around understanding the purpose for competition and how it can be seen in a new light. Not sure how true these ideas are but i thought i'd share them anyways. Most of my life I would see a competitive soccer game as a war of the heart, always played with everything i had but because i saw such divide between the 2 sides this limited the creativity and joy available

Cool I was just in costa rica and had some on a few occasions while on a fruit detox/cleanse and it felt much like modafinil but without the duration. And while detoxing i've found it's very unappealing to take moda because it gives pretty severe headache detox symptoms the following day. Doesn't even make much sense as mental clarity comes with the body cleanse

self observation/awareness (consciousness) work is what i advocate. I'd question how i define beauty/attraction, levels of consciousness and explore the beliefs i hold regarding beauty, success, self expression, materialistic values, and self fulfillment/LOC. Teal swan is an attractive yet a guru. Pick yourself apart

I think you’d enjoy this discussion on mind mastery

@WisdomSeeker To assume the answers are found outside of yourself is self deception. I've found it to be most effective to change approaches, start with the inner of my own experience, then stepping into various shoes of perception rather than trying to guess what might be the case for others without knowing 'who i am'. Without this knowing, it's an inaccurate/incomplete guessing game seeded in illusion, ignoring shadows and our mirroring effect on reality

Fear, honesty and uncertainty I think...lol no one is simply good or bad, there’s a choice to be had on the feelings and sense of self but sometimes there needs to be cleansing what’s more empowering than knowing I’m no more good or bad than any other person. Sometimes I must express bad so that I may heal, this is only done without judgment (Not illegal activity but conscious expressions of positive and negative energy depending on what needs to be released to arrive back in wholeness/completeness)

What seems to be an ever-evolving process, learning how to eat while we live is something we may begin to take a deeper look at to avoid such costly side effects as mental/physical disease, clinging to dieting belief systems and the consequences of premature aging/dehydrating the body through fear and ignorance based living. Learning how to eat involves ‘why’ we eat rather than ‘what’. Anti productive eating habits, cravings and when pleasure turns the mind against itself. Fasting is a doorway unlocking new potential for the highest levels of vitality and consciousness, connecting with the true self and nature New look at diets and the health of the body (Jon shamanic) https://youtu.be/CFTDIrHHhjI what is the healthiest diet for humans? (John rose) https://youtu.be/rO_9sRiK2XY testing knowledge (John rose) https://youtu.be/hFhOzbnW01M What fasting will reveal about your diet, and the connection between all the states, physical, mental spiritual emotional etc (highly recommended) (Elitom elamin, breatharian) https://youtu.be/qF7NGrsaDEM

Yup there’s a difference between thinking vs judging. Knowledge isn’t the enemy but it can easily seemingly become the problem when we cling as you say. Consciously choosing habits boding the best results is a challenge given all the cultural and societal conditioning. A raw foodie may never get sick anymore but does that mean we should all go raw? People like to argue we aren’t all built the same, and we have many genetic weaknesses but this also comes with the belief that we aren’t naturally regenerative healers with the potential for vitality on a whole new level @Rasheed learn how a breatharian sees food, it’s good to get many perspectives this focuses on the purpose of fasting https://youtu.be/qF7NGrsaDEM this video is looking at the various diets humans have found themselves exploring https://youtu.be/CFTDIrHHhjI

Changing your approach, this video may shed light on deeper needs or some behind the scenes reveals on sex https://youtu.be/9Feb6b1kIsw she also has one specified for masturbation and attraction worth watching imo

Just do and explore whatever you feel you need to shadow work and inner work for me is all part of the journey so self observation is key. Plenty of teachers to reflect on as well
-
I think we can always block ourselves no matter the kind of meaning for connection we create and feel with another. Self acceptance breeds the love connection but the more inner and shadow work, the more there is to offer another, joy to create and oddly the less need for a relationship bond or attachment
